  • Upgrade from CBF500 to CB1000R

Hello! I just wanted to ask you briefly if it is fair about 4k € from the little one, Bj06, 32tkm with ABS to pay up on the big brother and if it is also half-handleable for the average driver? This was installed: Rizoma rear Rizoma Pro Guaro lever guard LED number plate lighting LED turn signal steering damper LSL Sturtzpats LSL LEOVINCE exhaust end pan with ABE original available Discontinued at the performance test stand With performance diagram fork service with Wilbers springs progressive tires new Ertig Rosso II Sozius seat is there. First possession all service registered. 133 HP Bj08, 32tkm respect I have before the displacement, much bigger and heavier it is not and you will not be insanely faster either. But switching idle driving and more reserves are certainly no disadvantage. Did anyone have a similar update here? Sg

  • A2 motorcycle up to 500€

Moin together, I will probably be finished with my A2 driver’s license at the end of the month and want to deal seriously with the used market now. I was of course not idle the last months and have already taken a picture of what there is. Indications: – 198cm large – A2 -> max. 95 ps – max 500€, prefers direction 4000€ – radius Lübeck preferred, but I don’t have to worry about whether I should use a motorcycle with 48 HP stick or a throttle. In the driving school I drive an ER6N and I think it doesn’t hurt to put in money for accessories or rebuilds. I can say that in terms of my size it fits. I would prefer a motorcycle with disguise and windshield, because I often drive towards Cologne and 4-6h highway would be completely exhausting without windshield. Otherwise, it is to be said that the motorcycle will be my main vehicle, so every day it will be used l. I have now in mind: – Yamaha XJ6 – Suzuki SFV 650 Gladius – Suzuki GSF 650 Bandit – Kawasaki ER6N/F – Honda CB 500F I am open to opinions and recommendations. I have to sit in front of vehicles sample, but I have already interviewed Cycle Ergo before.

  • Tiger 1050 vs. BMW 1200 GS

Hello together, I’m currently driving a 2004 XT660X. Very handy reliable bike. Since I want something more comfortable and more comfortable (I’m already over 40) and more horsepower, I’m looking all the time. I’d like to see your views on the topic. I’d like to invest 4500 to 6000 euros in price. A BMW 1200 GS would make sense. Certainly one of the best motorcyclers on the market, but very expensive and visually not everyone’s taste. I find the Tiger 1050 more cheap and visually appealing. The 3 cylinder is more than often positive. Disadvantages: Chain instead of Kardan, In D rather an exotic (workshop/replacement parts?). Since I have not driven both and this is currently hardly possible with the snow, I would like to collect your opinions. Would I be pleased if you had your experiences or views here? greeting T

  • Search Allround Beginner Bike

Moin, my name is Norman, is 22 years old and I have to drive class A in the spring. In the last few weeks I’ve been looking intensively for motorcycles that meet my requirements, but I didn’t quite realize where to put preferences and what the really hot tips are. The following use is provided: – In good weather I want to drive the motorcycle to work for sure, which means once across Hamburg. – I want to go in the summer min I have taken Sweden into consideration. So I would definitely need the possibility to mount suitcases, comfortably travel longer distances and should be able to ride a dirt road or gravel road. The whole thing also with Sozius. – Sunday tours Accordingly, I would probably be on the road in the area of Tourer/Reiseenduro. My budget is at a maximum of 1000 euros. I would like to get involved in the maintenance and repair, so that I can do everything possible. It is clear to me that the crux of the problem is my scarce budget. But: First, I just can’t spend any more until the season and on the other hand, I also have serious concerns about parking on a more expensive bike in front of my front door (theft or vandalism). What I’ve been looking at so far were the Yamaha XJ 600 and XT 600 (of which I can do it myself). in the circle of friends belongs only good, but can not really estimate even if the is not too endurolastig), Kawasaki ZR 550 Zephyr. What can you recommend me?

  • By scooter or motorcycle driving through the winter night; (job-related).

Good evening, I will open the topic in relation to this one here, (http://www.motor-talk.de/…/…er-und-zustelltäetigkeit-t3462570.html ), since I suspect that the motorcyclists who are reading here have quite different experiences with regard to driving in rain, snow, ice and cold, if they are travelling outside in winter at all (and rarely look into the scooter forum). In some winter themes and this one here, (http://www.motor-talk.de/forum /approach error-avoid-t4234132.html), I have partly already read in. So what should be considered, especially in winter? The following conditions are given: – smallest speeds, since 30 zone and stop-and-go; – fine to coarse asphalt, split, but also potholes or concrete roads requiring repair, partly cobblestone pavements; – slight gradients such as slight gradients; – constantly changing load with regard to weight and volume; – night driving at Schu mmerlicht, (street lighting), resp. absolute darkness, (missing street lighting); – so far lowest, nocturnal winter temperature around the -20°C; – previous snow ceilings within the place hardly over approx.7 cm; – only rarely heavy snowfall, but it snows already 2 to 3 hours at a time; Also here short: currently approx.600 ztg., (previous maximum weight about 156kg, but not with 1x shop), plus letters at a current all-night total distance of approx.28 km. ier for tips, tips and suggestions for driving in winter? ciao Wauhoo

  • Which motorcycle fits…

Hello, as I have been allowed to count myself among the motorcyclists for the whole 8 days have of course already accumulated some questions and I hope here on the experience and the knowledge of you. As I said only a few days ago I got my appearance (A open). Currently I am looking for motorcycles that I can test drive because I just could not yet determine which machia I would like to drive later. In the driving school I drove with a Yamaha XJ6 u And so far I have tested the Honda CBR 500 R (CBR 650F was unfortunately not available). Therefore, my first question, apart from the fact that this machine was far too small for me (at 1.90m at 75 kg) I noticed that the Honda can drive very “cruppy”. Is this the case with all 2 cylinder machines, or is there any difference? Next I will borrow the Kawasaki ER6F. I am very excited about the difference to the CBR 500R. Do you have maybe noc h Suggestions which motorcycle should I try? As I said, I’m 1.90m tall. I don’t like the optical chopper or enduros. It should be more sporty, with an athlete/super sportsman rather falling away. On the one hand, because of my size on the other hand, I should be able to ride 2, 300 km at a time. Thank you very much for your help 😉

  • Switched from Yamaha Virago to something more sporty!!

Hi guys, I’ve had my open mopped rags for almost 10 months now. At the beginning I had a Virago XV 250 month and then the Virago XV 535 until today. Actually I really like this style, but somehow I’ve been looking for something more sporty since the last few days. At the beginning I had rather decided on Naked, because I always had the idea in mind to get the disguised with a flipper expensive (plastic cladding). The second reason was that I simply, like a You like to sit upright on bicycles and not bent forward. What I didn’t like at all and doesn’t do it today are these half-shelled creatures in the style of the Yamaha Fazer. So either completely or not at all. So, of course, I don’t know which direction to move in. Price-wise I wanted to stay in the area of the XV 535 or possibly put up a maximum of 1000. Now I picked out the GSXR 600. If you look for the slightly older model If you look around, you can already find good copies between 2-3000 Euro. On the videos, the sitting position does not look so much bent forward. Or maybe the GSR600 Do you have some tips for me?

  • Which headset

Servas together ! Would like to add a navigator for my mop at the latest at the beginning of the new season. Can someone recommend a headset to me, possibly from their own experience? – Act. Helmet X-lite 602 – quite tight – language instructions have to get through clearly – micro does not necessarily have to be present, because is not on the phone during the journey anyway – Navi will probably become a TomTom Urban Rider I would be grateful about every recommendation and every experience report.

  • Conversions Bobber/Chopper/Naked/Fighter rats…

The one or the other has already read Fred in the “New Bike-New Happiness” and conversions seem to change some. Depending on the financial possibilities, craft skills, technical equipment and more or less good relationships with the TÜV, there are hardly any limits. I too have been dealing with such a bike project for some time and would like to know who has already realized such a thing or who plans something appropriate and what he considers to be the basis for (CX 500, V – Japan, V-Ami, Boxer, V quer, V ängs or a row quarter ?) . The two BMWs presented here – Bobber are still in my memory, which have liked with well. Only this was a rather commercial post. What you can google I know myself. Beautiful (or less beautiful) pictures are it however not alone, it is the experience and possibly the suffering paths of the MT – members. I want to learn what… My project is the Ducati Monster. Still it looks like the Krummelmonster or a Schrot Later on, she is supposed to shine in new splendor, slightly remodeled in moonlight blue pearl effect. I also made the painting myself. That will be funny…

  • Motorcycle riding despite limited knee joint bending

Hello together I am Claudia and after an accident can bend my knee joint to the left only maximum of 70 degrees. But now I absolutely want to ride a motorcycle. Can you recommend me machines with which I have no big knee bend, or can drive with relatively stretched legs? Since it is the leg with which I have to switch, I would like to have an automatic bike. Except, there are motorbikes with which the circuit is on the right side? Is there something there? Is there an automatic bike? I’m more like the touring or cruising type. More like 750ccm can’t have the machine. I’m about 170cm. It would be good if the machine wasn’t sooo heavy. LG from Lake Constance Claudia
