as always, all come over a skirmished bad motorcyclist

How much does a faller reduce the value of a motorcycle?
If you’re just at home on the weekend, the partner isn’t driving, there’s just too little time there. So I’m going to try to hand her over in good hands. She’s technically perfectly fine, still in the guarantee and has only a few kilometers down. But she fell down in the parking garage, sort of standing. Of course, it pissed me off, but since it’s only in the exact view, I didn’t think it was that bad. Maybe I’m wrong, because just one interested person canceled the viewing date. Is that really sooo bad? Can you give me an assessment of the impact of this on the price? She was then for the first inspection and is 100% ok except for a scratch in the footrest and a MiniKratter in the hand guard. ciao woodstock

Motorbike Camp as “Fear Bunny”
Greetings! Many years ago I canceled a motorcycle driver’s license, when at the beginning of the 30s, because I had the feeling that I was not up to it (so far only marginal bicycle experiences in terms of two-wheeled). At that time everything ran well up to the 4th or 5th hour about, then came the full brake exercise. I dared not so well, so braked at first too timid, and finally it ended with a fall – the driving instructor was then also still unheededed and angry-nerved And so I announced with the intention to practice with a scooter (which I did later). Ok, I also felt pathetic and ashamed, I saw how the significantly younger students had no problems here. Now I want to try again, if necessary, this time, should I start again, also with iron perseverance-wills – but if, then in one of these 5-7 days camps / intensive courses. I think also a “burned” child like me (in the meantime almost 40 years old) ahre alt) has quite good chances to put down inhibitions before the full braking, but what if you are not fit enough for the (still on site) exam after the 7 days? So how does it go on when the week is around? Register again for expensive money in a regular driving school? Or can you “retrace” and sign up for another camp for small money again? Sure, there is no “guarantee” that you can make it, but the advertising on the homepages d he camp provider always sounds very optimistic (“has everyone managed so far” etc.). Is that so that “actually” everyone should actually exist / can exist? Thanks for tips or experiences in the matter! Greetings and cheers

GPS Navigation
Who has experience with navigation? So far, I still ride my tours with a map. But often every 30 minutes must stop and look at how it goes on. However, I also sometimes change the tour while driving. (I am a roadbook fanatic, there is too much planned for me in detail). What does GPS, software and maps cost? How long-lasting is such a device on a motorcycle (shakes, rain, heat, …?

Touring
Hello together, I drive a good year a Honda CBR 1100 XX (before Kawa 1100 etc) , I have made about 12,000km with the part and am more than satisfied. Now I want to ride really big tours, Alpine passes and such things just. The problem is, I have to drive first about 800-900km to get to the starting point of my there tours. At the XX you just sit so the legs are strongly angled. Up to 400-500km it goes but everything that goes beyond to the T Is there anything to fix this problem? No – the legs are not shortened – that only if someone comes up with such an idea. 🙂 Or is the other alternative to giving up the XX and buying a pure tourer? Actually, I don’t want to separate myself – but I might be willing to do so. Greeting Dietmar

Be warned of crazy people! – Or the unexpected risks of motorcycling
No, it should not be about members of any forum! In the newspaper there was an interesting report. Perhaps you can read it for a while at the following link:http://www.goslarsche.de/lokales/liebenburg.html (The Goslarsche Zeitung has been in financial need for a long time and with the information only moves out against Bares.) In Liebenburg there is a mental hospital. This means that the probability is higher to meet someone who “uninhabits” benim The case is quite interesting! I repeat it in my own words: A man did a tour with his motorcycle (according to the picture a Goldwing, and he wore a jet helmet). He drove through Liebenburg and saw a woman (on foot) standing still and her handtasha started to hurl. She seems to be a natural talent, because she met him in the middle of the face despite a disc on the Goldwing and jet helmets and broke his yokebone. The woman behaved completely aggressively and insulted the motorcyclist after the accident. Interestingly, however, that the motorcyclist will probably remain at the expense. There is no insurance obligation for mentally unstable people. And I doubt that an insurance would pay with obvious intent. The clinic rejects any liability outside of its territory. From my whole pe In fact, such an incident is a risk that results from driving a motorcycle. It will at least go to that point.

Not even hit, and already hit :/
Hello guys, now it happened to me after 6 years of moped for the first time, an accident and even with my new machine with barely 600 KM on it. I missed a stop sign and the A4 in front of me did not. When I looked after the look to the left again, there was the A4 like a rock in the surf. Despite ejecting the anchor I slipped on it at the back. At the A4 nothing except a scratch from my protective sheet is to be seen. With me everything seemed to be healthy also, except for a I guess I’ve got 5 KMH on it. Now I’m really insecure. It’s all running round, straight out is top, cornering is no problem, the handlebar doesn’t flutter by hand either. The police and the ADAC said that they have to be able to take it off, otherwise it would be in the ass after every pothole or curb, whereas the triumphal driver who turned around again (thanks for that again) thought she had to be measured better. What should I do now? What do you think you would do? I mean people do the Stoppies constantly burden the fork, that actually holds too!? I could vomit, so stupid, I was just on the way back and then look over such a huge stop sign, just embarrassing. VG Dumans

What else is allowed in the test drive?
Hi, I didn’t think of a better title but a question if you want to sell your car: Is it understandable that the interested person also wants to do a test drive. What I noticed, however, after the interested person had gone that the rev indicator was turned to stop. It is digital and stores the highest speed. I had set this once to 0, but could not remember that I would have ever turned so high. You can’t blame a interested person for the fact that I had a good time. What if the vehicle takes damage? Is this an unavoidable risk when selling or what do you do here in case of emergency?
