Harley-Davidson 2009 News
Hello I found something about the 2009 HD models. Seems to be a preliminary information for the approval of the 2009 models. In the tourers the Road King Custom seems to come back and a new model Road King Heritage; whatever that is. According to this list the engines seem to remain at 1584 cm. Can one tell me what exactly this is for a list

Harley and Skulls?
Just because I’m curious and thirsty for knowledge. There’s a whole series of Harley parts with the pretty skull on it, it has a historical relationship or just according to the motto “Hard guy is distinguished by skull”. We don’t have to discuss other taste issues, that’s very different. There’s black, black or black matt . Greeting Lone

Harley Davidson Night Train Bj.2007 goes out during the ride.
Hello everybody, I have a problem again. I will describe it to you briefly. So I drive about 20 – 30 minutes then it happens for the first time. If I was e.g. at a traffic light or otherwise deep-touring and now want to give gas it goes out. If I then idle in and start it immediately again and I can drive a few km until it happens again. I also turned on the turn signal to see if it has electricity. Has it and everything except that it is off. The timings when si e is starting to get shorter and shorter. Today I was able to drive just a few hundred meters at the end before it goes out again. The funny thing is that it starts up again immediately and I can drive a bit again. As said the track gets shorter and shorter. At home I read out the errors about the speedometer times. It was the errors P1353 and P1356 deposited. So P1353 Front Cylinder No Combustion EFI Front cylinders without sparks and P1356 Rear Cylinder No Combustion EFI Hinterer Zylinde r without ignition. Has anyone had this and can help me? In advance thanks Frank

Callback for Harley CVO Street Glide
The Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide is one of the fattest motorcycles on the market. One may not imagine what happens when this nearly 400 kilogram iron gets out of control with its Knapp-two-litre engine. However, that can obviously happen as a recall from the US authority NHTSA suggests. So far, so careful. Unusual, however, is how Harley-Davidson wants to fix the problem. The problem that the manufacturer has reported in accordance with the law is that copies of the Pr oduction period from May to October 2023 at over 160 km/h “possibly more than expected can react to road and environmental influences (e.g. road unevenness, wind gusts), says Harley-Davidson. According to the recall, there is an accident risk “if an increased vehicle reaction occurs and the driver does not follow the instructions in the operating instructions (i.e. lowers the speed and brings the motorcycle with relaxed grip into a controlled condition). says: The bike becomes unstable and if you are not attentive and careful, the ride can end abruptly and painfully. And so Harley solves the problem: simply strap on a weight belt! It is officially only 1464 copies affected. For those the manufacturer wants to provide in February a special recall set, which is installed in the workshop. In addition, the engine control gets an update. The set essentially includes a weight, which with a strap to the Fah How good that lightweight construction at Harley-Davidson is not a big topic. Just for information.

Description FLHTCUSE 2 from 2007 in german
I’m looking for a complete description of my FLHTCUSE 2 from 2007 in German. My E-Glide has footrests as a highway bar as standard on the fall bars and I want to prove that they were on delivery series. Can someone help me? German is not included in the above descriptions and the race management usually can’t speak English 😉

I’d like to introduce myself
Hello, I’m new to the scene, bought me my first Harley in August (see picture) and fulfilled an old youth dream with it. I said to myself: if not now, when then? Short to my person: I am 60 years young and since April I am a cheerful retired person. My career with two bikes: 1966 – 1968 I drove like many young people at the time Kreidler Florett, then 28 long years “only car driven, because unfortunately I had not made a motorcycle driver’s license (as an apprentice I could not I have to mention that at the time the movie “The Wild Angels” with Peter Fonda ran in the cinemas, practically the predecessor of “Easy Rider” When we had seen this movie, we were freaked out with our 50 Kubik bats and came and before like the wild angels, that was a crazy time. As a result of the movie I had the Harley virus in me. Then in 1996 the regulation came that you were allowed to drive 125er with car driver’s license (before 1980) I spontaneously got a Yamaha SR 125 It came as it had to come: three months later, when I was 46 years old, I sat in the driving school and made the motorcycle driver’s license. When I had passed that, I bought myself a Yamaha 600 Diversion, which I was throttling to 34 HP for two years, and then, when the two years were around, I changed to the 900er Diversion, which now has 12 years. When this year’s movie “Easy Rider” was on television, the Harley virus woke up in me again, and there I did it, see above: “If not now, when then?” I am so excited about the Harley ride that I now ask myself the question: why I did not do it much earlier….. Greeting: Mike 60
