Moin, Such a long way, I have paid my FXBS breakout at the Harley dealer and allowed myself the new FXBRS. I had done a test drive before and that fits. I have the impression that the gearbox is much better switchable at 117 in contrast to the 113er. The idle on the 113er reads quite cumbersomely. Question to the M8 117er Rider: What did you notice so positive or negatively on the 117er? How about the new cylinder head cooling? Is the engine For example, thermally noticeably more stable? The 113 has switched the rear cylinder in traffic jam or stop and go and ParadenConvoy driveless. How does the 117er behave in the situation? Otherwise, I didn’t think that the new breakout is noticeably more handy, why ever. So describe your experience with the 117er. Otherwise, I’m very much looking forward to the new season with the new one.

Speed-dependent vibrations on the Fat Boy 114
Servus together, since last year I was allowed to call the Fat Boy 114 my own (new vehicle). Since the beginning I felt a vibration on the whole machine at higher (from 2200) speeds. Since this was my first HD, I thought nothing about it. But now the vibrations increase, so that the driving becomes really unpleasant. Was at the dealer, he turned around and meant that all is i.o. The day before yesterday I got a second opinion in another HD workshop. He drove for 15 minutes and was my opinion. Not normal! Now I got an appointment at the dealer for the 16.8 to check the bike. Did anyone have similar experiences? Before, when you pull the clutch lever, it no longer vibrates. (Built is a Kessetech complete anchor, a dragbar handlebar and lateral KH. Best regards Mo

Harley Davidson Electra Glide FLHTC 1993 1400ccm 90th Anniversary 153/1340
Hello together! I would need a little “expert knowledge” and especially some information. History: After 6 years (!) still standing in the garage and only to unsubscribe this year in January, I finally convinced my father to sell the Harley. Since that is nothing for me (use rather what for the city) we agreed to sell it. But I don’t know what is worth such a thing? Here the data: Harley Davidson Electra Glide FLHTC engine capacity: 1400cc km: 34865 First registration: 1993 And the most important (an emblem is on the Harley) 90th Anniversary Vehicle Number 0153/1340 That’s what they say and write only 1340 pcs.. And I have the 153th here. I know that they could be driven up to last (so 6 years ago !) without any problems. Also service was made. But start I don’t trust myself after all these years. Since I don’t know because of oil, damage etc at the engine then possibly. As can be seen on the photos – the garage dust is above and a row As I said, it has been untouched for 6 years. Vlt could someone tell me what I can expect in price? Say: What can I ask for it? Have a lot of photos. If I’m interested, I’ll send you some more. The location is Vienna. *edited due to thread name – garage find removed 😉

Big revision at 80000km for 1200-1300€?
Hello. I wanted to register today with my Harley dealer for a customer service (Road King Custom, 2004, FLHRSI. 100,000 km). Looking into the old customer service bills at 80 and 90,000 km they now noticed that they probably missed a so-called large revision (cost point 12-1300 €). Here, among other things, the oil pump and another part is exchanged. The topic, so it was sold to me, is a similar to the control chains/belt problem in vehicles, which also Can anyone confirm this here, are the costs within the scope? I am represented by a dealer in Spain. Many greetings and best thanks

Exhaust too loud ;o(
Moin boys. I’d like to have a problem there.. Sounds funny, but so. I moved and my moped is standing in the underground garage with a narrow exit. In the morning two times at work and there had happened. Neighbors do themselves together and want to report, because Moped is too loud. With one the glasses inne showcase, with the other the bellows and so on. I want to build a exhaust for the sake of peace, which is a little quieter ;o) I would like my big radius to be quieter ;o) I have a FXST 96er EVO Softail . What could you recommend there ? Do not interfere with the green color, should be repainted possibly next winter. Greeting Ralf

Height problems
Need your help: Was with my softail slim 103 (bj 2013) on the way to the stilfser joch. At height “francenshöhe” the machine simply switched off during the ride. It then immediately started again…. continued until the next turn, then again, and then again and also a fourth time. Then I am the other way around. Thought actually that the machine became too hot. Friends told me that this is hardly possible. Rather they think that the problem with the height has to be closed (approx. 2. 200mt). Can that be??? When driving down, she died 2 times. At some point, she went perfectly again. Never had the problem. Injection nozzle deffekt???? Or where should I look??

An evening, does one of you have a self-supporting rear fender like this one and / or experience values (stability etc.) with it?

Buy a vehicle with 62000 km or not?!
Hello community, I’m looking for my first Harley. Now I also found a machine in the “www” which I like so much. The Wide Glide is EZ. 2012, is in an optically maintained condition, except for a scratch on the tank. It is a Vance&Hine exhaust installed, there is another Sozius seat to it, and so I really like it all but the Sissy Bar. But it can be dismantled quickly. The machine gets, before it is handed over, noc The only thing I’m not quite sure about is the mileage. It’s 62000 km down now and I wanted to ask you what you think about it. MfG Atze1991

The played Porsche driver joke 😉
Servus, after I came here as a Porsche driver exactly over this thread and had already been reading for some time, I have now made nails with heads No, but no Policeharley but I actually found here only 50 km away MY Road King. Year of construction 2010, first-hand, delivered in Regensburg at the Harleydealer, well maintained with checkbook and equipped with exactly the goodies that I would have wanted and made for myself at some point. Kess Brüllrohr, open Lufi, custom mapping, sissy bar for the lady of the heart, backrest for me, luggage rack and a bit of bling bling. Got the first few hundred kilometers behind me and it’s quite a change from my Käthe But it’s awesome. Only I have to rework the chassis again.
