It is a black jumper Classic Built. 2005 (model 2006); Big Bore Kit, PowerCommander, Passing Lights, AMC HD4, saddle bags, removable windshield. Has 19000Km down. Then I heard a short tree of the starter, and then the squashing, which makes everyone look and think “DAMBERED :-(((” That was’s it for yesterday afternoon. But h I hope at least, therefore my question : Can anyone give me a cheap alternative battery for Sporty 883 Built 2001 ?? Thank you Greets sunny John 🙂

There you have a forum and read only after having made the wrong decision 🙁 My old battery didn’t want to be so right anymore and since I think you drive by on the way home with aunt and see what they have. So there was no maintenance-free for me but there was a fabulously discounted Delo + 2l acid for about 65 €. Then home, acid pure (1 liter has passed), wait, refill, recharge, get some acid again. So when was the battery then inside And what happened? Engine turns but ignition malfunction. Curse. Candles out and put on engine. No spark when starting. Only ONE spark after I let go of the start button. Had I only read the post from Sunburn. Short test with car battery shows, with power goes. Aunt took everything back and wrote it on my credit card again well. Did I think well what should I say, my friend gave me a maintenance-free for 109 €. Could start right after installation, because the things already almost full I was thrilled yesterday to have the wind blow into my face in sunshine until it got too cold on my fingertips. Do you need better gloves or do you drive with electric heater? What do you learn from it? Even if a cheap battery was supposedly xfach test winner, she is not necessarily good enough to record it with an original. Cheers Pete

Hello, I have a 03 sportster 883. When I arrived at work this morning I fell on the liquid runs out. It was petrol. After I turned on the fuel supply it stopped running out immediately. After a closer look I also fell on a hose on which probably slipped out somewhere. Unfortunately I can not find the place. And why could I drive at all if the fuel supply should be interrupted after all? Are there 2 inlets?

Hi together, would like to install a wider tire at the front, but I have been warned several times now, more problematic driving behavior, more restless straight running etc. Has any of you made experience with the mentioned sizes?? I would prefer the 18 customs officer, the 16 customs officer seems cumbersome to me. Thanks in advance SBsF
