First Customer Service Breakout CVO
Hello, I’m new here and have a breakout CVO since August 1st, who can tell me what the 1600km customer service can cost maximum? Must say, this is my first Harley and with the forum I don’t know how this works 🙂

Harley and quality
Despite many voices that spoke against it, I now own a Street Bob. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the mopet itself. Unlike many other motorcycle manufacturers, I already had the feeling of using something reasonable at Harley a dozen years ago. And by this I mean now not the driving behavior, but the choice of materials and how these… well, to be kredenzt, even if you look around here in the forum, you quickly notice the least about he the mopped in itself and its quality is spoken, but much more about any cultivation parts etc. How does it look now with you? Have you ever had any problems with your cart in general that were caused neither by conversion measures nor by own faults, and which spoiled the fun of your Harley??? Marcel

Paint damage (metal damage) “ex works” on the tank at new Harley; danger of leaking the tank
Servus together To my pleasure, I discovered a paint damage on my 3 day old Street-Bob. The metal coat no longer seems completely unscathed (e.g. oxidation?, mechanical abrasion?; can only be seen with zoomed-in photo). In addition to the optical damage I have the fear that the tank might leak due to the damage in the medium term. I would be pleased about assessments. – Is the tank made of steel or aluminum? – Is it leaking at the front fold possible me? – What strength does the tank plate have? Thank you and best regards from Wolff

How to attach the turn signals to the front?
Would like to mount the front turn signal instead of the light bar. Now the lamp cover offers itself, there the lower screw thus no collision with the tank arises. But the question is how do I get the cable cleanly through? The turn signal itself always have a hollow screw through which the cable is led. But if I put the turn signal into the lower screw connection now, how do I get the cable cleanly to the back? There should be no cellar men as in the picture, but d The new turn signals are to be fixed there. Thank you for your help…

New presentation 03.02.15
Moin together, I’m the new one here. Come from the Rhineland, more precisely from Dormagen. Drive a 04 V-Rod since last year with which I have a lot of plans and would be happy about riding requests, help/opinions of any kind. However, there is still a project on what should look like this and about which I have a few questions: 240er with short rear fender made of aluminium(Anniversery model) First, what do I really need. I got so much input and always something else. What I definitely need is a new swingarm,is clear. Do I need an air suspension? That’s already a statement I don’t want to hear at all and don’t believe either. I think someone here wants to pull the ashes out of my pocket. What I think I need: Schwinge,Pulley set, a short aluminum fender, seat bench and a hobby screwdriver who has an idea of the matter and who would love to help me. DlzG Markus

New presentation in the forum
Hello dear HD rider, my name is Alex and I’ve been motorcyclist for a long time. At the moment I’m still driving an intruder but since I want to drive a machine with ABS :-), an HD increased. I know you always find reasons for such an expensive hobby. It has become an XL 1200X – Forty Eight, which was converted by HD in Bonn very nicely. It has been changed: 12,5L Peanut tank, complete exhaust system of V2 Genscher, lateral Cultwerk license plate holder and leather Bobber Solo Sa ttel. I immediately fell in love with the machine. In addition, there is LED light on it. The sweetheart is still standing at the dealer’s shop, but should be in my garage the next few days. I hang up 2 snapshots and replaced them on arrival with me. I am looking forward to lively exchange and possibly meeting.

Brake Blocks Exchange Tool
Hello, to be able to loosen these screws, I ordered a 12-kant nut set 8-24mm. The name is Torx inch multi-tooth nuts 8-24mm 12-kant. Question: Is there a difference whether metric or inch at 12-kant? Thank you…
