I never get a spontaneous idea out of my head. What happens if you get into a police control with a loud exhaust. Only the bike but before the green males take a sound sample “accidentally” gives up the mind. (by means of a hidden switch) Can I then push the bike home under the pitiful looks (until the next corner)? At least pick up a tow truck (always better than police custody) or will my state make me (all) What do you think about it? I know, is probably a snap idea, but maybe also expandable.

Loud Pipes Save Lives…
Hallihallo! I originally posted this post in the general biker forum, but I think I’m getting more understanding from you, even if I don’t have HD… I’m from Vienna and I’m driving a Honda Magna 750 and a Yamaha Virago 125. I’ve installed quite loud exhausts on both of them (that’s actually too loud…) even my 125-man Virago sounds really great! I just think that Chopper/Cruiser has to sound like something… Anyway, I haven’t had any problems with the Poli yet. How do you feel about this? Are the police officers in Germany stricter than with us Ösis? Servus! So, if you look around in the US forums, I’m curious to see how things will go on with the models at HD. In the future, the EPA ( Environmental Protection Agency ́s ) prohibits the use of non-EPA legal modifications, the exhaust system, as well as the intake side ( Lufi, carburetor, EFI ). A HD can only be driven as it was delivered!! Not only the drivers, but also the companies that sell “racing” or performance parts can be prosecuted. !! That’s why HD also takes the Screamin` Eagle exhaust systems out of the program. Only “Street Legal Parts” are sold. I think HD has to act in the future. How else can it resist against 2 liters of Nippon Chopper with 100hp? Injection and german.Kat are only the first step. HD is forced to do something. I’m very excited! Now the questions to the community: – Does someone experience with it, it works? – Are there experiences about the different versions, soft, x-soft, xx-soft? – How expensive is the installation, can one do this as a hobby screwdriver or should one become a professional screwdriver? Alarm system with radio control from 2006
Moin people, I want to sit down this week and program the original Harley alarm system. Finally the part can be set manually with the radio remote control and switched off, in any case theoretically. Does any of you already have experience with the thing or can someone give me tips, what I have to pay attention to during the programming? Night Train capable of curvature?
hello biker, how do I have to imagine the driving behavior/curve behavior/handling at the night train? significantly worse than with the dynas or would I not even notice the difference between the two harley models as a newcomer? am I not sure if I should get a super glide or SB or NT next winter (all needed). curve banger I have never been, but fear states I also don’t want to experience and have to get angry about an NT afterwards. in the NT I didn’t find so pleasant despite 185 cm body size. the handlebar is quite front and the footrests are standard as well. there was the “folding knife” feeling (despite only light bierbuchs) rather deterrent, at least not relaxed. could you trim that right? thanks to ahead!

Night Train or Sportster rebuilt ?
Hello. I intend to buy a Harley soon, but I can’t decide. On the one hand I find the Night Train very nice and would like to get it, but then I wouldn’t have that much money for a conversion. On the other hand I could also buy a 1200 Sporty (of course then a needed one), transplant it into a star frame and then convert it from the ground to really horny (for that I would have the money) with everything around it (new tank, tires, new paintwork) g and so on). Well, now I’m standing there and I can’t decide. I would only convert the Night Train to a minimum (tires 200s, small turn signals, nice loud exhaust system). But I would also have a lot of fun completely remodeling everything, then the Sporty would come into question. These are the facts: Night Train (there I would buy one from 2003 because the last one has a carburetor and it’s the 100 years model). Is in the shop for 17,000€ NEW. 000€ for the conversion, that’s all. So I would be here at approx. 20,000€ A Sporty I would need to get. Let’s say for 5000-60000€ and then would spend another approx. 10,000€ for the conversion and just do a lot of things myself because it’s fun. My question now to you: What would you do? Many say it here in the forum that the Sporty engines are the better ones, why?

Hello first of all, I drive a sportster 883 vun 2002 and want to upgrade so that I can take my girlfriend with me. I have several questions about this. 1. Since my sporty (still) is throttled, I have enough power at all to drive together? 2. Do I have to get new saddle bags because it is Throw-over ST? 3. Which seats are particularly recommended in terms of comfort. I have already read a little about la pera, corbin and mustang, but don’t look through at all. 4. Still a question about the saddle bags: I removed them at some point for cleaning and don’t know how (what) the things were fixed. What is the best way to fix them? I don’t necessarily find the leather strap optimal. Servus to all Harley drivers Somehow I’m already disappointed, since I bought a Haritage Softtail FLSTN 5 years ago with lots of extras, a really nice part, drove this without problems 25000 km and now? Just because I want to buy a BMW now, I am supposed to amuse my good piece to a dealer, because apparently nobody wants to drive a Softtail. An unbuilt special model accident-free and very well maintained goes into the dealer’s box to be sold there profitably. a? Actually, someone would have to ring the alarm bells. If not, I don’t care, she goes away in any case, only someone could be happy about a cheap price, or. this is not a hidden classified ad, I find it really a pity that someone should pay more.
