Hello here at the Harley Forum! I’ve been an ami driver and (auto-didactic) screwdriver (68 ́ Caddy CDV) for many years, but I’m playing with the idea of switching to a (possibly old) harley, because that was always my secret dream 😉 However, I have to admit that I haven’t dealt with the topic very well so far. Are there pages on which I can comprehensively inform myself? What about the technology? With the old Amis I know myself, can I Is it worth the import from the USA? Are old Harley (70 ́er) affordable and technically still reliable or is it expensive and time-consuming? Hi, I just saw in pictures that the 2007 models have apparently floating brake discs. Since I am disturbed by the slight grinding noise of my brake disc and I want to switch to EBC brake pads, my question: Do the new discs fit my 2003 HD without modifications? The brake pliers look optically unmodified. I don’t want to use the EBC brake discs, because of the gold coloration, I don’t like that. Thanks, Sven

I have been asking the following question for quite some time. How do the owners of an adjustable exhaust system manage it if the gentlemen of the office want to carry out a measurement? I can’t imagine, at the best, that the system is driven consistently in the place and only outside then open. In case of a check you ask for a little patience until you have brought the story to the proper state? Hello I drive a Dyna Super Glide Sport Built 2004 . Generally I am very satisfied with the box , only the chassis leaves in my opinion something to be desired . I have the handlebar flutter in long drawn curves nice slowly and want to fix it with a steering damper afterwards . Hello guys, yesterday I got my new FatBoy. I left my 98ger EVO-FatBoy with a tear in the buttonhole… Here my first 40-kilometer impression: Krass more power (plus 200 cubics and plus 23 hp) Precise circuit, still cracks quite well The sound is, well,(as a series) better, at least in stand tuckerts usable. During the ride the throttle leads the exhaust to the lower, quieter pot and that’s funny, not acceptable to me. At Harley they have changed the lower, narrow pot for an upper, louder one. I listened to myself, is already many better-costed about 500 Euros. I lack the tuckering, dat wobbles and moths. The standing gas is quite high, who think that would be no different with a injector… So I’m not so sky-highly shouting many greetings Gerd

Hi together I made last year’s driver’s license, driving a softail custom. what’s missing is a matching exhaust (legal). I was recommended the adjustable trots by penzl but I’m not sure I looked at youtube vidoes the other day and found amc pipes, someone has experience with the trots and especially what does the fun cost? mfg domi

Hello! Have given me a psycho-ape (20″high,37″ wide,1 1/4″ thick)and need now longer gas trains/coupling/brake cable and cable(for interior installation). Does anyone have an address where I can get it,without,just like with the “friendly”,like having to leave a kidney and the left arm there? Guess so 6″ excess should be enough,or does that have to be longer?For helpful tips I am grateful to you on Ewig Sunburn
