Hello together, now I’ve been looking in several forums but somehow I’m not sure what’s right now. It’s about the following, I’m proud owner of a Sportster1200 Custom, year 1997, mileage26,500km. The bike is in perfect condition. I’ve read now that the Sporty needs some time to get to operating temperature, so what I’ve read about 20-25 kilometers. Since I would like to use my Sporty for the work path I’m not sure about whether it hurts her or not. The working distance is 7km, the engine is so sensitive that it is not possible to complete such short distances, even if I of course only ride it very moderately and not directly overcharged the engine with high speeds!? Moin municipality, yesterday drove a sportster with pre-set footrest system and found this much more pleasant than with my 98 custom with central footrest system. However, it did not look very great with the other sportster. The footrest system looked quite cheap. Was somehow quite scrapy attached to the frame and the switch bar looked like a very thin wire, which also ran quite strangely on the mopped. The owner could not tell me anything about it, since he the Mop ped had already bought so. Do you have a few left, except the super expensive usual suspects like Custom Chrome, where you can order such a reasonable made?? Would be grateful for tips and experiences.

Hello first of all I drive a HD xlh by1994 with 75 ps has s/s carburetor and 2/2 supertrapp discharge everything with tüv blessing.Have now decided to install a wide tire kit with 200mm tires.Naturally with tüv for rim and kit.Would like to keep a two-man operation.And now my question can someone with a send fender recommend or has such a thing .would be grateful about a picture or tip …

Tach, would like to convert my old Flatty to 12V. Have a Lima + controller with the data 65-69 Big Twin / 65-81 Sporty. Should probably be for 32Ah battery. How big does the capacity of my battery have to be at least, so that I don’t get overcharging problems? Wouldn’t want to install a low charge controller as much as possible.
