Hello, I would have a question, which old Harley bunnies certainly only elicits a tired smile. If I put in a gear, e.g. from Neutral in the first, then the gearbox acknowledges with a loud “TAAAACCKKK”. Is that normal? Wouldn’t surprise me. Yesterday, however, I stood next to a BMW and did not hear an almost so loud switch clapping. The clutch is fully pulled. Will not break anything, I only had the bock since Saturday. Gruss Eric

Hi together, drive a 98 ́road king with Evo and injection. I’m after more power. HD tuning doesn’t convince me. A new engine must come from..just what to choose?? S&S and RevTech have great deals with TüV..who has experiences? Gibs qualitative differences? Recommendations from you? And where should I order it? Hello, I’ve recently turned 18 and I already have my car and motorcycle license. I’ve already bought a car (Ford Mustang 66) and now I’m looking for a motorcycle and I’ve fallen in love with the Harleys! Up to now I like the Fatboys of the optical best, but unfortunately I have no idea of the technology etc… I also saw that you are sitting on the Harleys quite differently than on the sports machines. Can you drive with them even longer distances ? And how much do they consume on fuel? I’m not so the racer, and would rather just drive so comfortably across the road so I don’t like the sports machines so well. I hope someone can help me…

Hi guys, I’ve been a happy owner of a brand new Heritage Softail Classic (my first Harley!) for 14 days. Of course I’m totally happy – a really cool part, actually a perfect motorcycle. Well, because thanks to euronorm 2 nothing more can be heard from the achso famous Harleysound and questions like “Is the engine already on?” the result of my buddies. So what can be done? – remodeling existing equipment, tumbling it up, boring it up??? – buy new complete system (what would be to em miss, with ABE, legal or illegal)? Questions that have certainly been asked here many times, but I am still new here. Would I be very pleased about plenty of information!

Hello, the new Daynas create the required values of the ASU also with the e.g. exhaust system Kess-Tech manually transferable in closed condition ? Or how is this if you have to advance with the original exhaust system u. later converted again to the Kess-Tech . In case the values do not correspond our friend & helper will surely monetize the mounted Kess-Tech with a control or ? How does that work ? Or are the values in spite of another approved system oh a cat so good that they can withstand each ASU exam ? Who knows more precise ? Bernhold

Hello I’m not too long Harleyman yet. On Sunday the first 30km on my brand new driven but today there was massive trouble and that was through the customs office. Had ordered me for the first time at hmhd in USA a few small things (value 142$). Got after 14days mail from the customs office, parts were there. I opened and checked there this morning. The clerk meant here something was unclear. There was a request for confiscation. I believed in a joke first and still meant She called the head of the office who wanted to explain to me that the customs procedure had not yet been completed. Meanwhile, the clerk had called another job and told me that Harley Davidson or her lawyer had applied for confiscation, since this would be a “parallel import”. It could also be possible that the parts were intended for other markets, e.g. Japan or Taiwan. Harley would have the right The stuff is now going to a legal representative of the company, who then decides whether I can have the goods (my paid ones) as well. Here I ask myself what HD is imagining itself. I want to buy where I want, as Harley does by the way. It is produced or bought a lot e.g. in Taiwan, China etc. I mean if HD wants to protect itself the market this should be done about quality and attractive prices and not with such methods. Has anyone experienced similar things?? I’m curious how things continue.

Hello all, I would like to have a sidecar screwed to my softail. Who knows a company that can make such a thing to some extent cost-effective – with TÜV. The sidecar should be with adapter so that I can also drive solo. For every advice or experience worth it I would be grateful to you. Hello, I have Porker Pipes on my EVO and for some time now dissatisfied neighbors, as I drive to work very early in the morning. Now I have seen at Hein Gericke universal slipon silencer. Does anyone of you have experience with these dampers regarding sound and volume? I still have an original cracker system. mfG

I am looking urgently for an ABE for a 100db system. have bought me the two pipes only unfortunately are without TÜV. – I knew I just wanted to hear the sound, now I am so excited and would not do it at all. My TÜv Spezl meant I only need an ABE from a similar system-so brand doesn’t matter… must be only 100db. Can someone tell me where I can get something like this or can someone mail me anything??? Would the hammer!! sounds a lot more better than the AMC HD1. Already Merce in advance!!! Greetings TTbazi
