Hello ! Have here a HD Vrod Muscle model 2014 where during the ride sometimes the engine and battery lamp approaches and first the battery and then the motor lamp runs out again. Sometimes it comes several times so every 20 km for 1 minute. Today in the city area where the fan jumps more often on the cooler the error went no more away by ignition. After refueling at somewhat cooler temperatures the error did not come up any more on over100 km. At home I hung a multimeter to the battery and The HD dealer said it was the controller. PS: in winter I charged the battery with an expensive electronic charger adjustable car/motorcycle/maintenance. Could this possibly have damaged the electronics ?

To be more precise, in winter heads and cylinders were dismantled, stage 1 kit with worked heads, sharp camshaft, adjustable push rods and Mikuni carburettor were installed.
