Hello, I’m new to the forum here and I have a question. I have now 12 years my motorcycle driver’s license and I haven’t driven since. Now, however, I have the pleasure and I would like to buy a Harley. It should definitely be a sportster. I have now looked around and found a Harley which I like. I would like to hear another opinion, however, if this is a good offer. Here the basic data: Sportster XL883C in black (is a leasing back runner) Model 2 007 First registration 06/2007 471 kilometers on the Tacho standard condition staple maintained mint condition Price –> 7900,- Euro I can guess this somehow totally bad, because a comparison is relatively difficult. Hello guys, I bought a new softail from England. “From the biggest Harley dealer in Europe” On the website was noted incl. VAT (15%) Then came the bike with papers and “VAT not paid” I now have to transfer 19% to the treasury and the 15 are not counted. In the meantime the website has changed. Has anyone else had similar experiences or tips as I can take against it. Judicially across the national borders can probably forget. Thanks for all M parents.

Nevertheless the following question: I still have the slightly modified original pots on my 09er Rocker, the heat signs of crackers and pots are black coated. Since I actually like the optics, but would like to have some more open pots (mainly because of power yield in connection with new mapping) the question arises, whether there are retrofit pots (for example the Screaming Eagle), the exact same size as have the original ones and so I could keep my heat signs…??? I would have asked a question to the screwdrivers…in the near future a new clutch will be due at my dock(at the latest in winter I want to change) Have ́da two and now my question-has someone experience with it? Which one is recommended?RIVERAor the one here I also come out as a complete clutch newbie (if there is such a thing) – never had anything to screw on the clutch. Is the change easy or rather tricky? Hello, last year I built a Fehling-Apehanger on my HD, which was too wide for me from the beginning, I think I look like Jesus on the cross. Therefore the question: Can one bend such a handlebar e.g. with clamping straps a couple of centimeters narrower or will the material brittle? Thanks in advance for your answers! 29palms

Hello everyone, we drove yesterday after a long drive (1200km) at very warm temperatures the last 50 kilometers before the place of residence for an HD quite fast. So according to the motto: Just blow the dirt out of the bags. At approx. 160km/h suddenly the engine throttled its power and ‘tubed’ only a little….and did not take any more gas. Switching down and slower driving was possible. At the local mountain then (a short but steep climb) the same thing happened; ‘tubes’ and no gasa I then drove the last kilometer in the 2nd course. What happened?….What can/must I do? Thank you for any idea. Greeting Motard

Hello together, who has experience with an imported Harley to obtain a guarantee from H.D. Germany? I have an FXDB from England and they try to cancel the guarantee with formalisms. For example, the GB dealers store the PDI (pre delivery inspection) data online into the H.D. network. That’s why there is no paper in GB. In Germany, on the other hand, there is still paper that I can’t put on. And that’s what H.D. Germany uses by not using Garan without this paper. Everything is in its original condition, nothing tinted, antrazith painting top condition, I’ve already visited the bike and will pick it up in the coming days! now to the question: KP is at 13,500, full inspection, tufted and with all necessary German papers, so just register and go!!! Is the price from your point of view / experience ok? h for months Compare prices and years of construction, for the money I get some 95s or 97 fatboys offered!!!
