And the honorable gentleman wants for footrests , handlebars (16″Fat Abe ) and tires (Dunlop 402F front and 402 back) have certified the admissibility !!! My question : Do I get these at a dealer or how does something like this work ?? And can I not stick the badge on me because of a worn engine storage ??? Experience report Harley Rocker C
Hello, the first season with the rocker is now over. It would be time to exchange some experiences. I am very satisfied with the motorcycle, driving behavior is fine, braking now . 500 kilometers a day are no problem. Would everything be fine if the extreme tire wear would not be at the 240 pelle. More than 4000 km it does not hold. I have now driven 8000 km and the second tire has again almost no profile…………and the new one costs again correctly. Has someone sc hon another factory mounted e.g. Metzeler ME 880. Unfortunately there are the additional front tyres not in the size 90/90, but only in the size 100/90 (?).If so please ask for info! Harley Davidson for beginners and beginners
Hello I have discovered my passion for the Harley again after almost 5 years, actually it was never completely gone but the last years I was just someone who looked at the spectacle from the “Tellerrand”. But now I have to do really seriously before my motorcycle show next year and then it is to become a Harley Davidson Nightster. I already deal with some questions in advance that many of you are already an old hat. Despite in-depth search in the Int ernet I could hardly find satisfactory answers to my questions, so I once allowed myself to open up such a beginner area here, because there is certainly more like me. As I said the questions I have, would be occupied only when I really have the bike standing there but I would like to know a lot already. So first of all a question that many of you certainly have never dealt with before. ^^ What about the helmet regulation? I would like to have a Big German (Wehr The helmets that I have seen have no CEC approval, but are sold under motorcycle requirements. Are such helmets allowed without restrictions in Germany or are you in danger of being stopped because they are not allowed? How does the sound technology with the Nightster look like? I would like to put on the helmet) I was told that it doesn’t matter in Germany, however, seems rather unbelievable to me, in a country governed by regulations like ours. If you like to have a Harley-typical sound, but without this typical German whispering crayon, are there legal ways to make it possible?

Grinding noise engine front left FLSTC 1996
Since last week I have had a strange grinding noise on the engine. It sounds like it comes out under the oil filter or from the primary box. It changes its sound with the speed but is independent of an inserted gear (so also in neutral). Does anyone have any idea what that could be? Thanks in advance ……. :-)(((

Road King 2008 in the USA in the “Harley-Rausch”. a) Which modifications are necessary in order to get the road registration / TÜV? b) with what understandable costs is to be reckoned with? c) Who has possibly successfully imported the same model (2008 – Road King, injector) already? Ventilation of the crankshaft housing BigTwin 1.890ccm How can the pressure in the crankshaft housing be reduced without losing the motoroel? My engine still has the crankshaft housing ventilation at the bottom of the crankshaft housing. After a longer service life or after a fast highway ride, the motoroel pushes out of the ventilation. The amount is too much than that it can be fed through the intake hopper of the carburetor of the combustion. Who has an idea? Thank you very much!!

Helmet suitability after fall
Moin together, I would like to learn your opinions or facts about the helmet suitability after a fall: Fall situation: speed approx. 50 km/h – front wheel slipped away by blocking – after body also bounced with the helmet on the ground, visible damage is scraped off varnish and approx. 1 mm material on cheek height in a size of about 3 cm width and 7 cm length. Helmet is an X-light integral (I don’t know exactly model) of the Nolan Group, all standards are available 6 – 8 months. Is a new purchase from your point of view necessary or should the helmet be able to put it away without a significant loss of strength?

small end-pot excitation
Tach people ! For many weeks I have been pushing the problem “Which end pots ?” before me. I always guessed whether I should buy a Kess-Tech for approx.1500 Euro or Remus-Töpfe for approx.1200 Euro. Many of you then also clear out these plants, since (especially Kess-Tech) they are quite “to stuffed”. D.H. also these plants are then driven illegally. Now I have ordered two pots at Dock66 for 60 Euro (yes, only 60 !), they have mounted and the sound has me The pots have 2 years warranty and I compared them with the Kess-Tech sound. From that,that the things are a little smaller but look like the original pots, the sound, look and especially the price of the socks blows me off. And when the parts are gammeln away after three years, I buy them again!! But they make a good impression! Even connoisseurs, who for years SE od he drive Kess-Tech, did not take away what the pots cost. Can one explain to me now why one spends so much money for end pots ??
