Hello, I would like to buy a Z as a new machine, i.e. a 2010 model. The local dealer unfortunately has no Z as a demonstrator, so I hope for some tips or recommendations here. I can’t decide if it should be a 750 or yet the 1000……. So far I have always only driven Harley, I would like to do “relaxed” on a bike day tours of about 200 – 300 km. The seating samples on both Z in the shop were pleasant, only Sozia-ta Both are probably not possible, whether 750 or 1000. I like to drive as fast as possible, because it seems to me of the paper form the 1000 probably more to lie, but you really need so much HP ? highway I do not drive at all. Insurance technically is certainly no difference, or ? They both have more than 98 HP, so the premium should be the same with both . . . . . The Kawa dealer advises me to 750, he thinks that this would be “tourable” than the 1000. But the 1000 s looks already hornier, already alone the rims …………… Okay, the “Mäusekino” cockpit does not have to be……….. So, what do you mean ? Which should I take ? Thanks for tips/experiences ! Fixing tires??
Hello guys, I got a new rear wheel tire at my GPZ 500 almost 2 weeks ago (Bt 45) there was a screw in my old one! NUN BIN I BON’T WEEKING in a nail apparently. My tyre dealer wants 30 Euro for the “friendship price” for patching by means of bolts which is plugged through from the inside and cast away! However, all insurance technical without guarantee or similar! Has anyone ever had experience with this? Is that safe? a new tire costs 85Euro + m 15 Euro are proud 100 Euro. If the three times are the same, I would like to know your opinions on the subject of tires patching by means of bolts!

El252 Puzzle ?
Hey guys, I got an offer for a Kawasaki el252. Hooks on the thing is that the engine is completely dismantled. Dh gearbox is too. But there are all parts and screws available. Do you think it is possible for a not mechanic like me to build the el again? Have already overtaken a Vespa v50 completely. So simmering bearings etc. So changed is technically not untalented. The el should cost 200€ and also looks top. Then I will simmering seals u nd Vllt camp change. I calculate with 200€ so a total of 400€ + TÜV. What do you think? Lg Fredchenhh

Hi, everybody, I bought a Z750 last week and asked the dealer how best to drive the machine. He said: the first 1000km not over 5000 RPM then oil change and then it can start. But in the manual there is something else in it. Are 1600km not over 5000 RPM. What is your experience and what is best? Greetings

GPZ 500 s,Power hole at 4000-5000 revolutions
Hello, since 54 people have looked at my articles but not one could give me a help, I try it here again now. I am looking for help for my problem on this forum and try my luck. I hzabe a GPZ 500s EZ 94.27tkm, which unfortunately stood over a year without movement. If you accelerate it does not go about 4000-5000, also on the highway I reach only a maximum speed of max. 95km. The gassing lids I removed today also the diaphragms look ok. I tipped the event. I can blow everything free. Tomorrow I want to give again on the highway and gas. I would be happy if you could make me a few far more solution suggestions. I come by the way from Berlin/Neukölln. GPZ 400 rotational speeds fluctuate at idle
Moin moin the following problem: recently got me a Kawasaki GPZ 400 of 86 with 33,000 km. Carburettor still needs to be synchronised and possibly cleaned. If I drive now and chop out the speeds are normal.In standing, however, I drive then 2-3 minutes and then stand again at the ampel my revolutions at about 4000. Choke pull and stand gas screw are also quite loose, means the Choke will probably adjust itself during the ride, however, will not My question is now after your experience, whether it can only be due to the stand gas screw and the choke, or also to something else?
