Hello, I bought a Kawasaki ZZR 600. It stood 12 years and has only 12000 km down and looks accordingly real new ; ) … I cleaned the carburetors since they were completely glued. Before I start the machine I want to change the following things: engine oil, oil filter, air filter, cooling water, brake fluid and gear oil…my question is now whether the ZZR has gear oil at all… I heard that such motorcycles usually have only one oil cycle, so the al What do I still have to do on the machine before I can drive??? Hello guys, after my car (which I bought only recently) finally from setting up and putting up chain again I thought to myself: The nuts on the exhaust mount (i.e. directly on the engine) were extremely rusty, so I got to work with rust releaser and gun. Well, and because after Fest, Ab arrives I unfortunately had not only the mother but also part of the thread in the hand (plug rusted in the mother). Does anyone have any idea how to fix something like this again. Can you??? Do you have to drill this or what does it look like?

I’ve got to use my gpz500s motor with 23tkm now my problem before 100km it started in the oil glass so a white shutter on the disc ausderm ogne at the filler nozzle with a bit of komdenzwasser!!! when I drive the long then eats away I drive but only short distance!!!! and I now have a problem from 1500 – 2000umdr one hears a quiet clacker but has full power and runs like ne one!!! the engine had got new oil and a filter before ca 500km it was 2 liters normal 15w40 and 1 liter partlyyntetisch!!! besides I made a new head seal on it but tightened everything with torque!!!!! someone knows advice or answer have fear that I could destroy the 350€ expensive motor!!!!

Hello people. I bought two new grip rubbers for my GPZ 500 at Detlef. Diameter 22mm. No problem on the left side, but at the gas handle all the more: 28mm is required there. Besides, there are so funny gears on the gas handle side that should fit into the grip rubber. So is that supposed to mean that I have to buy the parts (pig-priced) from the Kawa dealer? Or does someone have another solution?

hi I’m a newcomer here and therefore I’m asking straight after… I have the following problem, and I hope you can help me here.sorry but it’s getting longer, please still read so: my machine doesn’t start any more. reason spins off, motor also, gasoline in it, new spark plugs (spark also), from cylinder to air filter no wrong air (have extra everything new montier again), benzin also arrives. so at least the candles are wet when I turn them out, but the h eats that it constantly drains, doesn’t it?? tank ventilation also works. so it runs from time to time but only if I give gas when starting it. however, it doesn’t run long then it goes out. achja when she last ran she has always stuttered in the lower speed range and went out in the stand. the chuke I think works but also. it’s power-reduced also 34 hp another question still.if I put down the tank and put the petrol tap on then has to let out petrol if or not???? because there’s no gasoline coming with me, normal?? so I hope you can help me. thank you in advance

My Z750s suddenly has no spark after changing candles and cleaning. One day later it ran again. Now since the weekend is finally ending with sparks or start.
