Hi guys! I have 4 questions: 1. How much do you still appreciate this bike worth? Would you buy it for 600€? : Kawasaki ER5 Twister VEHICLE SCHOOL RAD with approx.240.000 km scratches on the tank, glue on the turn signal, Tacho is slightly slippery but still works (except lighting) Does TÜV still have and still rides (up to now it is still used in the driving school) 2. What would the maintenance of this car cost me (I have absolutely no idea)? – Any registration costs (number plate and so?!) – Insurance (Never registered 19 and still in the probation period) – Taxes?!? – anything else? 3. If I have enough money for the car but then she doesn’t want to drive in winter or have enough money for the maintenance – would you advise me to buy them anyway and then just wait (possibly n year or so) until I have the coal? 4. How long do you think the part still drives and comes over TÜV? (has already 240.000 km on it and was always from beginners) hrn da Fahrschule) Thank you very much!

GT 750 high oil consumption
Hello together, in juli as a new enthusiast a visually impeccable 750 GT (KZ750-P3, bj. 84) with a good 70 000 km increased. meanwhile the old lady has 75 500 down and starts to drink oil. needs meanwhile well a liter on 1000km rather more. was anfans less. externally nothing is to be seen (“furry dry”, at completely squalored she tells. statement of a friend who drove behind me, something. not that I have something against mature smoking women, but I worry a little about i It was re-oiled to 15 W 50 with an oil change, but then it was refilled with 15 W 40 car oil, because we don’t get any fuel partlyynth. or min. motorra oil. only the superteure hightechpampe. meanwhile, however, I got a canister 15 W 40 mineral oil from louis. at the dame on wear symptoms. (cob rings? called in the cylinder bush?) should I already after a schöschlich me for her to die, or is it worth looking around or (in view of the expected financial cost) a motor revision? what does that cost about? someone had you do something like this before? have no left hands, but would not exactly call me a screwdriver. greet mike

New Kawasaki ZR 7 on the road
Hello, I passed the driver’s license 3 weeks ago and decided a few days ago and after a lot of test drives for the Kawasaki ZR 7. Since I made the driver’s license, I have tested the following motorcycles: Suzuki Bandit, Suzuki SV 650, Suzuki GSX 750, Yamaha Fazer, Hona Sevenfifty and just my ZR 7. Since I am 2 meters tall, unfortunately I sit on not many machines well. The most uncomfortable at the test drives was the Fazer and the SV. The Handa went like this, the seatp The bandit, the GSX and the Zr7 are actually all suitable for big people, although I felt the most comfortable on the Kawasaki right away. My Kawa is Bj. 2000 has only run 6000 Km, is sheckheftgepflegt( was continuously maintained at the same Kawasaki dealer and also rebuilt) and cost me 3400 Euro after long negotiations. At the beginning it should cost at the dealer 3900 Euro, however I had to be at Three years ago, the motorcycle was completely rebuilt at the dealer’s shop, with new handlebars, sports exhaust, small paneling, and paint in Kawasaki green. I haven’t seen a ZR 7, which looks just like it, so it seems to be quite rare in color. ( Maybe it looks ugly, I have some strange taste) Now, of course, I hope that I will pay the current price myself. I did not decide for the wrong brand and my “green” will accompany me as long as possible. Greetings Frogger 79 So and this is the good piece

GPZ 1000 RX: Strange engine behaviour
Hi, I recently bought a GPZ 1000 RX and I’m about to get it back in motion. Everything is done so far, only one problem I have: it runs funny. When the engine is cold, it starts immediately and without problems. When it gets warm, the speed drops. If I turn it off, it doesn’t go on again. If it has cooled down a little, it starts again, but only very badly. I opened the lufibox for tests, but did not change anything. K one of you can solve the problem and help me? Thank you very much!!

So get up and recharge battery, press spark plugs new and the start button…. ratter ratter ratter she runs…… but only on the outer cylinders. Well I am a layman in the direction and thought it was fixed with a little start aid…… nothing…. The only thing I noticed is that the two inner cylinders imme r want to bathe with fuel, that means wet to go no more. Can I do something outside a workshop in my garage?????? Would be grateful for every tip. Thank you in advance Frank

ZX-9R which year/weaknesses
Hello, in August I finally got my 34hp time behind me.I’ve been reading through various test reports for some time and had finally decided on a kawasaki zx-9r, honda cbr900rr or gsxr-750, where I like the 9s ninja best, this has already been tested. my gsx600f has to go away, because this eternal twist annoys me and even with 86ps it is too sluggish. therefore my question: what does it look like with the models 97-2000 with reliability or motor damage ? I have already heard from several that the models have problems with the head seal up to 1997 more often, there is something about it and if so, which model year would you recommend (newer than 2000 will not be financially in) Are there any weak spots in the 9s that you have to pay particular attention to. unfortunately, you only get to know them when you had to build up your moped a few times. already many thanks in advance MfG Helge

Unbelievable or yet normal….
Hi, so I’ve been complaining about my GPZ 600’s uneasy idleness, jerking or speed hangers. For 3 days now, she’s been reacting zero to the choke, and the first 2 KM was bumping like a tractor. But when it was warm it was good except for the defects described above. Since I had time today I’m at the booby and I ripped her heart out (gassing) and distributed it on my workbench. So far, I’ve cleaned it only “normally”. the idle mixing screws: cylinder 1 – 2 revolutions outside cylinder 2 – 0.5 revolutions outside cylinder 3 – 4 revolutions outside cylinder 4 – 3 revolutions outside I liked the screws myself best, only with cylinder 4 was a small O-ring in it, with the other only screw and spring… the idle nozzles were closed with cylinders 1 and 3. The rest was however OK. Well, the carburettor housing is now in the Yamaha screwdriver in the ultrasonic bath around times really an S I’m not surprised that you can adjust what you want and yet nothing changes. Also, the consumption of 6-8 liters should be explained. Greeting Peter

1 gear crashes while inserting (e.g. ZXR)
Hello, after several BMWs, a CX 500 and a VF 500 I have now landed after five years break at a ZXR1200. (2001/22.000km) A basically great motorcycle – if someone has experiences of all kinds, I am very interested in it. BUT: I actually never or almost never manage to silently lay the first gear out of the idle. At best there is a loud “crack”, sometimes it crashes quite. Of course I have already checked whether the clutch is well separated – it does. Waiting for 3-5 seconds with pulled coupling helps rather randomly. MY QUESTION: Is that to be avoided, how do you do it right? With whom is it just as loud (would calm me down!) Are there any concerns about the service life of the gearbox? Greetings from UlrichS
