  • Starter without function

    Moin, last weekend went from one day to the next of the starters of my motorcycle no longer. If I press it, there is only a quiet crack. I checked edie battery and then dismantled the tank and the panel and bridged the starter relay with a screwdriver. That worked and the starter ran! I thought I had found the error, ordered a new relay and installed it. Unfortunately the problem is still the same, and it cracks just easy. I made a video on which the sound can be heard. At the end of the video the starter even shot very briefly. I can’t quite assign where the noise comes from, possibly from the ECU? Could a defective ECU cause this error? I would be happy if someone had an idea…

    Hi, I’m driving a Kawasaki Z900 Bj 2020. At the moment I’ve raised the Bridgestone S22, but it’s slow to finish. I’m happy with the tire, only that the front tire, when it’s cold, makes problems for me. I had noticed that this year extremely in South Tyrol, in the cool mountains.   • Search Ignition plus for USB socket on handlebar (Kawa Z650 Model 2023)

    Hello together. I need your screwdriver swarm knowledge, because the SuFu has not brought me any further here. I am looking for Ignitionplus (like near the handlebars) to connect a USB socket for the mobile phone/Navi. According to various Google entries on the cable harness behind/under the front mask already a cable is laid and there is freely accessible (so it was then also with my 125er Duke Bj. 2015). But unfortunately I find with best will no cables with me, we I have only found a grey cable under the seat of Sozius with an open socket. (Can someone explain what this is for?) Unfortunately, I haven’t really found it when I was looking for circuit diagrams, cable and fuses in the net. So I hope you can help me. Thank you very much.

  • Z900 Entry into service

    Good morning, I finally fulfilled my dream and bought myself a new Z900. Now it is time to drive in so that the machine will remain with me for a long time. My question is how to drive in properly. The dealer did not mean over 4000 rpm and has adjusted the switching flash accordingly. I keep to this requirement even if there is something different in the manual. The question I ask myself about the speed is whether it doesn’t matter how I reach the 4000 rpm? On the highway f Do I take the gears with half-/full-gas up to 4000 rpm or speed up from the 5th or 6th gears. Do I do this right or should I do something different?   • Rest value ZRX1100 catastrophic / Big Bikes Used market dead?

    Hello together, for 12 years I own a ZRX1100. I bought this used. It is model 1998 in bordeaux with just under 25tkm. I have driven very little in the last years with the bike. Reasons were neck breakdowns, professional reasons etc… for a long time I have been considering the change to a more comfortable bike and have looked at the Yamaha XV950. I have now decided to hire my ZRX at Mobile.de. Don’t worry, I don’t want to offer the bike here, sonde rn generally talk about the used market of older, beautiful big bikes. I bought the ZRX at the time for 4200 euros. And yes, of course I know that the loss of value strikes accordingly. But the response to mobile.de for such a bike is practically zero. My dealer offers me to sell this bike via a used bike dealer for 1500€ (be honest, I would have real pain, and if I had room, I would just put it somewhere…). did the market lie? I see the prices at mobile.de rather as worth keeping, less as help, how the moppeds end up going away… Or otherwise asked: who is still buying Big Bikes? That’s why I would like to know from you how you estimate this market, because I have not taken care of it more or less in the last years, I am not up to date. My old, not so beautiful SR500 I sold last year for 1650€, after 1 day! Greetings, would I to be very happy about every discussion and every comment.

  • ZX9R Blinker Problem

    Moin together, with my old lady from 2003 suddenly the turn signal went off today, of course I started from the relay and changed it, of course it didn’t work out, now I started to disassemble the sweetheart and I noticed that the turn signal runs when the mouse cinema (tacho) is plugged off, someone knows the problem and knows what to do ?   • Protech running light indicators do not work after assembly – Kawasaki Z900

    Hey together, I mounted the license plate holder on my Kawasaki Z900 and carried out the wiring. I installed Protech running light indicators, and a matching LED relay is already installed. The license plate lamp works perfectly, but the turn signals remain without function – no matter how I connect them (left or right). What I have already checked: • Voltage is there, because the license plate lamp is lit. • I re-poled the turn signals several times, but without success. • I led the cables through the intended opening – can it be that it’s too tight somewhere? • I also tried to plug the plugs in deeper, but it doesn’t bring any change. • Yesterday the turn signals lit even though they weren’t completely plugged in. Addition: None of the four turn signals flash. The front two are still the original ones. I tried to connect the original turn signals again to the original relay and original cable, but fun Does anyone have any idea what this might be all about? I am grateful for every tip! Greetings
