Krummer 2 & 3 remains cold
Greetings from Lower Bavaria. last year I bought me a gpz 600 bj 86 and optically patched up the good piece again. new, tires, all fluids and candles I also donated. thanks to the workshop manual most reperatures and intervals are no problem. so far I have not driven a meter with the machine yet. after I have now brought the complete lighting back into operation, I started it today and found that it is only running on two pots ( 1 + 4). At the moment the left ignition coil (primary connection red and black) is connected to 2 + 3. according to whb, if I interpret the circuit diagram correctly, the ignition cables of the left coil go to 1 + 4. I now see the expl. drawing, then exactly the ignition cables of the right coil go to 1 + 4…. in the net has one times like this, the other times like this… I now have no idea what is right now. if I connect the ignition cables now according to circuit diagram – what happens then? maybe we know ß someone rat. gruss lars

GPZ 600R rattles extreme and gas adoption is bad
Hi, so slow I’m going to get to the end with my GPZ 600R. The engine flapper is extremely busy up to approx. 2000u/min. Keeping the engine running very restless. Gas is not assumed to be 100%. In the meantime, the machine is jerking out while driving and trying to fold out more power. There are only small bumps. And that is when the engine is still running. Everything is very strange. So, after I have freed the GPZ from its 3 year sleep all liquids were changed. The battery and the ignition plugs were renewed. Then the carburetor was cleaned 2 times by me (without success) After that I cleaned the carburetor in a Kawa plant and had to check it again. There was also a carburetor in the ultrasonic bath for 24h and already pre-set on factory settings. In addition, the carburetor was again synchronised by a test engine. In spite of all that I also did not have the synchronised again.

Screws mother fell in the control chain shaft!
Hello, I wanted to solve another problem of my GPX 600 R (Bj 1988) today and have now created one. I removed the valve cover and then a mother fell in. First the mother is still visible and I tried to pull her out by mangnet in connection with a thin rod which unfortunately did not clap. Now the mother seems to have fallen further in and is now not visible from above. She fell down in the middle of the control chain. How do I get the mother out now? Vll this has happened to someone here already and has a fast possibility perrat?

Kawasaki KZ 750 E – turn signal no longer, newcomer
Hello, I got the old “girl” bequeathed by my brother. So far so good. However, the turn signals no longer go for 2 weeks. Since I am not yet knowledgeable I ask quite bluntly for help. Where do I start looking best? Light bulbs are usually, fuses under the left side covers were also quite. I have no idea where the relay is sitting etc. Thank you in advance

GPZ 600R cooling hose
Hello, I found a squeezed hose at my gpz 600, which goes away from the balance tank. Where do you get one of these, or what can you take alternatively? Does someone like that have one they don’t need?

ZX6R 636 A no longer starts
Hello Kawa-Fans, after two years with my old ER-5 I have recently done a ZX6R 636 A Bj 02 (picture in the appendix 🙂 ), because the ER-5 is then somehow quite weak on the chest. The good piece stand though a few years, has only about 14,000 km down but had up to some smallnesses actually no problem. 2-3 weeks ago I then did Tüv again and until the penultimate weekend then everything was actually really great, until the little Ninja suddenly simply went out. The starter turns, but also with starter spray does not really work on – quite a little ignition but nothing significant. Nevertheless I had already checked some things, like e.g. petrol filter, petrol pump, fuses etc. – everything was no problem. Therefore now I suspect that there is a problem with the ignition. The starter relay, that somehow switched a lot suspiciously loudly, I have exchanged for a used one – but no improvement. What would of course remain to the ignition picture?

Kawa transporters
Moin Forum. Actually, klinky has been looking for a spotlight for his GPX 600 R. Then he asked me for advice and somehow I made the mistake of showing him a photo of my ZZR 1100 “Sargnagel”. The long speech short sense: The coffin nail has to be near Horb at the Neckar (Landkreis FDS) in the circle Unna. That’s 470 km Originally, klinky wanted to take the train and drive the ZZR home. At 2 degrees and announced new snowfall 470 km with an unknown 150 hp shot I find no good idea, especially since with train and fuel up to 170 euros come together. more alternative: iloxx mopped-ship 1000-1700 ccm to 600 km = 179 km + insurance, so almost 200 euros, but above all it takes up to two weeks and if at Easter Mopped weather has, maybe Klinky bites himself into the most valuable. third possibility: to rent transporter or hanger, to make oneself slowly at home with a gutter. In randomly one of my eyes has to take a GSF.

Kawasaki ZZR 1100 D Clutch transducer cylinder for motor sniper replacement degrade
Hello, drive a Kawasaki ZZR 1100 Bj. 96 with 54.000 Km on the clock. I would like to build a new chain set and have the question about the clutch sensor cylinder. Can I simply loosen the three fixing screws and remove the clutch sensor cylinder with hose? I come from near the Dutch border near Venlo (Mönchengladbach,Viersen) and maybe one of you has an interest in a common screw and exchange of experience or maybe even on common tours? Would I be very pleased if I would get one or more answers. Greeting Sebastian G.
