  • ZZR 1100D final speed

    Hello people, I have a question. I have two 1100 D models standing in the garage. one is built 93 and one 96 How does that happen that the 96 is registered with 270kmh and the 93 with 246kmh ? What is different about the older one? But it seems to me that the older one pulls much better than the 96. Can it be that the 93s has less scratching??? thus better pulls but less final speed? The 96 goes according to tacho a little over 300kmh but does not pull like the 93s… Can it be n with the pinion???

  • Start problems with Kawasaski Z650 B1

    For many years, the Kawa has refused the start service if it is longer than about five days; then only something goes with start pilot or/and bridge from the car. Previously done: Original ignition coils exchanged for that of a GPZ. Renewed carburetor parts. Switched to DYNA contactless ignition. Powerful gel battery tried out, which resulted in partial success; but I had ruined the battery because I had connected it to a normal charger… Regulators and rectifiers by a compact unit replaced. Recently as good as all cables of the tree renewed, while eliminating some bad masses. Now I stand on the hose… Can someone help me down there again?

    Hello…….. I introduce myself first, so my name is Stefanie, I am 30 years old and drive a white Kawasaki GPZ 600 R, built in 1987!! Now the tank was rusty from the inside with my Kawa, which I affectionately call Diva. Now what do??? I heard from a friend, take DanKlorix, let it work for a few hours and shake it again and again. So I tipped 2 bottles a 1.5 liters into the tank, shaken, maintained, shaken, waited etc. then the Zeuchs so after 2.5 hours ra The rust is still there!!!! Think, think, think!! What to do??? I then bought 3 bottles (as an experienced housewife) Bref Power Cleaner. Bref is really a super Zeuchs, let it work only briefly on soap residues or lime stains, rinse off FERTIG!!!!! It is a red bottle with a white spray head, now stands on the label against lime, rust, dirt, soap residue. And you should not let it work for more than 5 minutes. So I am full of action 3 Flasc hen a 0,75 liters in the tank tipped, let it work about 1.5 – 2 hours and shake again and again in between, then Bref out, rinse properly with water afterwards and see there, the tank looks from inside like NEW!!!!     Hello dear Kawafriends… for a few days now I find, when I drive over Kopfsteinplaster, that there is a blow on the handlebar..You can feel it right… on a straight track everything is normal. Now both dampers completely removed and brought to the workshop, these should take a look. Today call from the same.Yes the diving tube has Riefen, the springs are still good.Woln for both dampers with new ÖL and the Simmering seals 500 Euro. Have an old Kawa El 250 B year 1992 has now almost 54,000 KM down.. Actually I hang on to the part. What do you mean for the price…is here in Berlin a brand workshop. Gruss Dettilein123

  • Kawa problems in empty run

    Hello together, yesterday I bought a Kawa er5 bj 2004. Unfortunately I noticed only at home a funny cracking or rubbing when the machine is in idle.It sounds like I’m making the gear in, this noise comes sporadically. from the driving behavior everything is top and nothing unusual to recognize. I now contacted the previous owner.   • Kawasaki kle 500 bj 2006 with problems

    Hello dear Commuity I have a problem with my kle500 bj 2006 I wanted to make them ready to drive again after two years but they didn’t jump on. So I gave them to the workshop. There was a new battery installed and it was recommended to do an ultrasound cleaning because they would run down restless (pronouncement of the workshop ) After I got them again after two weeks I got proud 300 km far. After that she went g which started again but went out again and took no gas. It was then to the workshop more a horse riding than a driving. After a week then came the first diagnosis, it was the ignition module defective, this had to be ordered however. After another week then the indication that it was not done with the ignition module there was still a wobble contact somewhere in the wire harness. After a week I then got them ready to drive again, everything seemed fine,after another 6 00 km drive I stayed then again laying with the same problems. The kle went off simply, she let herself start again but then took no gas or only very difficult , moreover I noticed below a puddle with gasoline , this ran on a hose near the main stand from below looked . With trouble and need I rode with my kle back to the workshop , there I gave the hint then to a possibly dirty tank when I had called after a week knew not yet wodran it is located however I could confirm that the tank is clean and ok. Does any of you have a tip what I can do there.????? Thank you for your help

  • GPX 600 R – Engine went out in rain – ZX600A

    Hello together, I have been a member here for years, but so far only in the car area. I only made my motorcycle ticket this year and bought me as the first machine a GPX 600R, year 1989. Today I had a problem, which gives me headache. I have been on a tour today, weather was dry, machine ran wonderful. Suddenly it started to rain and hail strongly. Bin Landstraße approx. 100 km/h in 5th gear at 5000 rpm. Suddenly I noticed how the G It got worse over the next KM, until it didn’t take any more gas and went out immediately. Then I rolled on the footpath, wanted to start again, but it didn’t do anything. Starter turned, but the engine didn’t start. I tried that again and again for a few minutes. Meanwhile it also stopped raining. Then I played a bit with the choke and suddenly with full choke it jumped again, but only at 2000 rpm. Normally it runs with v Ollem Choke at 5000 rpm. I then put the choke on half and held with the gas tap speed and drove off. Shortly afterwards Choke completely removed. After that she ran quite normal, but also did not rain so much. However, from that time on I had the feeling that she has a small hole when accelerating at 5800 rpm. Hope you have an idea what that could be! I am still an absolute newcomer in the area of motorcycle! Many Then in advance!
