    Hey guys, I’ve been driving a brand new Z125 (2018) for almost 2000km now and I haven’t had any problems until now.     Hello, since I have read a lot of “negative” of the cheap watches regarding synchronisation of the carburettor, I have made a hose scale. However, ask me to what extent this works exactly. Has someone ever done a test in which a hose scale was opposite the synx x-log? What strikes me mom., that the hose scale can be very flawed. If I put e.g. vacuum on hose 3, the levels of columns 1.2, and 4 fall differently fast. build up my scale. It’s certainly all going somewhere, but if there’s the same underpressure everywhere when they’re on a line, it’s on a completely different sheet, so I think that this method is enough for rough adjustment (similar to the ball method), but to make a really accurate synchronization, it’s the most modern technology you need, or how do you see it? Or does it make sense to connect each tube seperately to each other directly? PS: The scale is no not quite finished, wait for hose connectors.

  • Ignition plugs order

    Hello experts! I did not find anything relevant to my problem: spark plug sequence. At my KZ 550 GT, I changed the ignition coils (born) as a first measure after they run out in warm conditions (always shorter distances). I Dösel did not remember the order. The ignition sequence is 1, 2, 4, 3. Well, from where do I start like? M.e. seen from the left in driving direction with the left ignition coil continuously and d according to the 1, 2, 4, 3 ignition cable one after the other to the right on the candles. So I did at least, but the moppet reluctantly only jumps at full chop, nevertheless runs relatively low-touring and goes out when pushing in. Thanks for the corresponding hints.   • Valve play set.. now it doesn’t start anymore

    hallöchen.. I have a big problem… my mopped has an inspection behind it.. I myself am not a mechanic.. there I put them in the hands of friends who are… I myself just stood up with it.. Engine up.. Camshafts out.. Valves set.. Spark plugs are still in order to me (5000km)… Air filter cleaned (K&N).. new oil… everything was built together again… everything looked very well… I also looked at it again that also all plugs etc. teder are connected… tank on it… joa and now she no longer jumps on… it only starts when I give light gas.. but as soon as I release the gas it goes out again… since she has an injection that regulates it myself I don’t understand why it doesn’t matter without giving gas.. and it runs very restless… maybe someone has an idea about the problem.. mfg

  • Carburettor cleaner tipped in tank – motorcycle does not pull

    Hi, this morning I had about 10 l of petrol in the tank and for this 10 l some carburettor cleaner (quantity according to manufacturer specification) tipped into the tank and then drove straight away. I noticed that the machine hesitated to give the gas (drive). I give gas and it waits briefly and suddenly pulls it through. So somehow delayed. Instead of driving fluidly. Hope you understand what I mean by it. Maybe it was because I immediately after the tilting of the 4 clock carburettor cleaner, lo Is that what I’m doing?

  • Starter does not spin. Push without success

    Day all together, I have a problem and I tried to start my motorcycle today. First off: the motorcycle stood about 1 year and ran until this day without any problems. I cleaned the carburetor, changed spark plugs, made oil service, changed brake fluid, changed brakes, gear oil changed, hoses renewed, battery renewed. Now the problem is that at first the starter did nothing so no clacking no turning garnix. Thought I didn’t want to push the 300Kilo up again. I found out that the lever of the clutch was loose and fastened it. See that the starter turned off shortly and before shock. I wanted to try to start again after that, but now only the relay and the starter remains silent. Even after the 1000 attempt not. I noticed then that the whole of the downhill organ Gasoline from the air filter box Lauft (had not made the petrolhan any more). So everything built out made clean and tried to start. Starter don’t make a sound… I knocked on it with the rubber hammer a few times anyway nothing. Battery is full. Also made bridge from the car, cylinders are not fixed (otherwise he would not have nailed mountain off). All cables checked and are fixed also have contact (defense also goes all light brake etc. What could now d he watch thing? Bzw what could I still try before the starter expand comes into question?   • ZXR 400 Problems with the alternator

    Good day, I try to describe my problem once, maybe one of you already had a similar problem or knows each other. I had 20V in the stationary gas between my battery poles, then I changed the voltage regulator (one component together with the rectifier) and the battery. The problem was fixed and the motorcycle ran several thousand km. For reasons of time the motorcycle stood for a short while, but jumped immediately without problem at the first start attempt. e. I put on my helmet and gloves and let the bike run a little warm there she started to get restless, shortly afterwards she was off. In further attempts at the start she was already very weak, the starter barely turned. I pushed her back, drove the few meters back to her parking space and turned off the battery then 12,*V overnight I charged her and was the next day at 13,3V. I started her and with running engine at approx 3000-4000 rpm 12.3V with light measured on the battery. My suspicion was the alternator, this is a strator that sits around the crankshaft, a cable with 3 wires goes off to the controller. On this cable I have a resistance of 0.3 ohms between the veins and from none of the veins a passage to the mass. So according to measurements no short circuit and low resistance. I started the motorcycle and measured between the 3 veins of the LiMa each 33V AC voltage. atthandbuch should it be at least 43V. That means my LiMa does not produce enough performance. Now my question, what do you think it might be and is there perhaps a method to check this without opening the cover in front of the LiMa, since I have to re-seat it?   • Gpz 550, what speeds per gear?

    Hello together. I’m having problems with my machine, GPZ 550 UT, and since I (yet) don’t own a DZM I’d like to ask if someone knows up to what speed I can go out per gear? Since I’m a beginner I don’t have any experience with how this all should sound, and I have the feeling that it has little power, but it can also be that I switch off too early and don’t really drive out the gears.
