    Hello, with my kawa the 8 years with some gasoline in the tank, the sweat seam inside is brownish. However, the entire tank inside is otherwise like new, no rust stains nothing.   • Original handlebar Kawasaki Z400J (dimensions, part number … ?)

    Hello. I would like to put an original handlebar on my Kawa Z400J (bj. 1981), but I don’t have any measurements or the like, because there is another handlebar on mine (at that time it was bought). Diameter is 22mm. The search for the original handlebar for the Z400J has been unsuccessful so far. There are always identical parts that were installed on different Kawa models. Does anyone know if there are other Kawa models with the same handlebar on it as the Z400J? Or maybe jema And the exact dimensions, part number or the like of the original handlebar?     Hello MT friends. I recently bought a KZ 440 LTD , 1981. 30 000 km. The seller had failed with it at the HU, because of too much axial play at the rear wheel swing. Lt. his statement is said to have said a colleague of the examiner, that you can set something at the axle nut to reduce the game. That seems Spanish to me, I thought there were only plastic or bronze bushings pressed in at the recording. But that was a mistake, I Googled u 2.Question: Lt. a WHB on the Internet as PDF should there be a smear nipple, unfortunately I find at the pictured place in Real none!     Servus together! Unfortunately, I haven’t found or overlooked a theatre so far. Please let me know if necessary. On the actual topic: I will probably get a Vulcan S next year. What I have seen and fingered so far fits very well for me. Do I see correctly that the biggest change from 2015-16 to 2017-ff, apart from colors, is the Integrated Gang Display? And, what are the weakest or the most problematic parts? Is there any reason to avoid a year of construction or the like? And, by chance, someone knows the registered db with standard or Arrow? Sound is generally something nice, but no one has to drop their ears for that. Thank you for your help!

    Hello, At the moment it is still quite cool and while driving I noticed that the cooling water partly does not reach the 70 degrees. even if I have a long warm driving distance behind me of about 30 km. Which actually does not change anything about it until I arrive at home again. What is the water temperature to the oil temperature? Does it mean that the oil does not reach its operating temperature?

  • Main fuse burned again and again after a time

    Hello! Bike rides, come home – Blub! – out. Checked everything: main safety. Well, new part with 30A straight in above the magnetic switch, runs, excellent. For safety reasons 30A fuses plugged in before the next ride. Ordinarily turned up, about 10 km driven – swollen! – fuse there. Ok. Not funny. Thought: Maybe thermal problem? New pure, a time maintained – bike rides. Fine. Speed limit 4000 observed, driven home. For safety reasons all cables, all connections e checked for errors, battery discharge, recharged – everything ok. Errors searched in forums. Read: Charge controller can tear fuse. OK. I try driving without charge controller (it gets quite hot …) and without consumer, properly warmed up and turned up – problem does not occur. Diagnosis: Charge controller has thermal problem. New ordered, lasts until it comes. Ok. A few days driven with speed limit – always so 10 km, then pause, then return. Everything is fine. Today ge So: Charge controller suspended, new fuse in, not maintained, immediately further without all consumers. No 100 meters further: fuse over again (500 meters I would have needed to reach the destination). Diagnosis: Charge controller was not the problem after all. Last fuse in, charge controller again attached, cooled down, driven home with speed limit 4000. Between it worked, bike is at home, and I have no idea how and where I made the mistake. Since the fault was without the charging controller, it can’t be the alternator either. The battery probably wasn’t, all the other consumers weren’t there, all the other fuses are ok – what can that be, which suddenly starts to eat more than 30A after a time, and goes again after a cooling break? Something else struck me: Shortly before the fuse goes, there’s a stuttering engine and rev counter playing crazy. Please help! Thank you! PS: Is the old GPZ, EX500A

  • Kawasaki gt 550 does not start.

    Hello, I bought a gt550 from 1986, was then my first motorcycle, and wanted to get back in with it… today I wanted to start the first tour, but when I tried to leave the bike on, smoke rose below the battery. The roaring noise didn’t make any sense. So far I have no idea where that came from. After I built some things, I would say it comes from somewhere under the air filter box. And now there is also a hose somewhere a bfallen (was suddenly under the moped. Sure, plastic about 40 cm ??) I removed the side panels but can’t see anything obvious there. All plug connections solved, but can’t identify them as a source of error by means of a trick or a view. I’m thinking about whether I’m installing the battery again now to see what exactly smears.     Moin moin from Hamburg I have an old er5 and now build me the daytona Velona 80 Tacho on it. This one has a light for the neutral gear. Is there any way to tell the tacho when the idle is inserted on such old motorcycles? If necessary I have to leave this signal unused. Thank you Mango

    Hello, I have a Kawasaki 750 GT , with Kardan. So I need a motor now. My question, can you mount the cardan angle gearbox on an engine with chain sniper, e.g. KZ750 E, or better GPZ 750 UT, or do I have to get a 750 GT engine? Would be nice if someone who has already dealt with it would answer.
