Build your own trailer?
Hello guys, I’m looking for a snack truck or trailer. Unfortunately, these are extremely expensive or totally come down and then the idea came to me to build a trailer directly according to my ideas. I’m very skilled to say 😛 and screw also some years on cars. On tools I have everything there and place without end also. I had thought of buying a very normal used trailer and building a square tube frame there. Of course nice stable and as walls I thought on sandwich plates. Then I would build a large flap on one side that opens up as a sales surface and a door as an entrance. Is it so easy or what is there for regulations? Would be really very nice if someone knew and could help me. Greeting TheGreek90

Questions about the Böckmann horse trailer
Moin Moin. I have a Böckmann Classic horse trailer Bj 92 full-poly since Monday. Now I have to go to TÜV on Friday. I have never been with a trailer at the TÜV. What do I have to pay attention to or what is the TÜV paying attention to. Is the tailgate relevant? It is rather rotten. What leads to further questions. How strong is the tailgate? I have to install a new plate. Is the outside front painted or is it also poly? I know this is quite a lot at once but if we could pick it apart. ?? It would be very nice if you would help me.

How to transfer roofer elevator without papers
Hello Community, Will mir einen dachdeckeraufzug hat einen Auflaufbrake hat. The problem is that this trailer is a brake and no papers are available. The elevator is technically in an impeccable condition. My question would be which possibilities exist so that I can drive this roof elevator abroad. Should run as fast and uncomplicated as possible and of course also remain inexpensive. Would prefer to drive down with my own car roof elevator by means of trailer coupling. Already to all many thanks for your answers

Purchase advice, 2.8T high loader
Hi folks and a nice day I want to buy a tag for myself. I’m happy about tips and shopping advice. I’m looking for a long tandem loader or revolving store. Up to 2.8T (or 3.5T with loading. Towing vehicle is an Iveco with 2.8T trailer load. I’m looking for different crates to build, workshop, apartment, warehouse… I don’t want to pack them on the trailer as needed. It would be nice to use it as a box trailer and also as a flat plate, i.e. without the side parts, so that I can better transport larger items. I’d prefer a used trailer only there on the market is not so much in size. And even then they are quite expensive… I thought of something….www.blyss.de/products/high loader/high loader hanger-atlantishttp://www.aluliner.com/ten-places-one-price::183.html http://www.aluliner.com/Med.

Car trailer tyres
At first I don’t even know if I’m in the right forum for my concern. Anyway, a few days ago I bought a trailer Built. 1969 1.2t braked. Has still TÜV until 01/2013 The tires are a bit cracked and the profile also suffered a bit. I would like to mount in a few 15 or 16″ aluminium rims with corresponding tyres on them. At the moment 7.00 SR13 tyres from Michelin are on it. Unfortunately, I can’t start with the size at all. Do I have to find these tires again somewhere or can I have to register with other tires & rim combination without any other tires & rim combination? And, do trailers also get an oldtimer approval?

Function inlet brake
Yesterday, on a 14 month old car transport trailer, I wanted to have the §21 made “still fast”. Data: Empty weight approx. 400kg, tandem axle, ZgG 3200kg. As far as everything is good, until the tester pulled the thing onto the brake test bench and then, what is a joke, wanted to test the brake on the run, namely by placing 2 wheels in the test bench and driving backwards with the car. Of course, nothing went. §21 did not work, trailer traffic-insecure since brake on the run without function. Handbrake and ATC function perfectly. Any attempts of the explanation did not arrive. In my opinion, the run-up brake can not work at all with unladen trailer, the damfper in the run-up device has 5KN (500KG), according to H ersteller this is so that in the unladen condition the run-up brake is not required, on the contrary, it could then result in loss of control on the trailer if the 4 wheels block. Therefore the high resistance. The ATC works. The tester says it is wrong, the tester does not have to rule.

Passenger car trailer: reduce payload to 1,000 kg by increasing the unladen mass
Hello, I would like to buy a new trailer (new vehicle), which has a permissible total weight of 1500 kg. The payload is 1182 kg, the curb weight is 318 kg. In order to save on the insurance, I want the trailer to run with 1000 kg of registered payload. This would halve the insurance contribution (I would slip from the class from 1000 kg to 2000 kg into the class up to 1000 kg). However, I do NOT want the trailer to be loaded in a classic way, but instead I would like to increase the empty weight by 182 kg, to exactly 500 kg. My question: Is this possible? What can I grow more or less meaningfully to bring the empty weight to 500 kg? Is it legal to remove these additionally mounted things after registration (the new empty mass, not the part)? With the insurance I have already spoken. Those it is only about the 1000 kg payload, which are registered. Of course, a tax evasion would not be possible, because on the total mass nothing changes.

My trailer’s gone (caught)!
Hi guys, I’m still on vacation until Sunday 14.6 (Turkey). A friend of mine has borrowed my trailer from me this time. Now he called me yesterday and told me that the trailer is gone. He has also made an advertisement with the police. He has already communicated this to my insurance company. Now my questions. I bought the trailer a good 1 year ago for 250€ used (so this is also in the cover contract behind). In pinch I invested about 800€ again for the 100 kmh registration (steamer, antishlinger cup, new brake ropes and new running brake) All my vehicles and trailers are partly cascade without SB insured. Since this has never happened to me before, I don’t know how it goes on and what I get from the insurance now and when I get something. Can you give me information about this and what I have to pay attention to with the damage regulation. I thank you already in advance for your information.

8″ tyres on Heinemann Z4012 change to 16,5×6,5×8 incl. track broadening track plates
Moin together, have a question about the tyres on my Heinemann Z4012: There are original the ingenious tar slitters 4.00-8/4PR mounted on a steel rim with 3,00×8 ET0. The tyre size 4.00-8/4PR is entered because I have to hang the trailer 90% behind my ATV for gardening and firewood, no bigger tires come into question, at least as far as the diameter is concerned. Now I thought, I mount there the following, wider, wheel/tire combination, which I, as should be different, have already been at home: Felge: 5,5 x 8 ET0 tyres: 16,5 x 6,5 x 8 which would have worked theoretically, if I did not have the axle flange, where the wheelbabe is located, in the zeal of calculating and measuring would have overlooked, because now the tires grinds very much for it. 🙁 Now I have put under to try larger washers and would need a lane widening of 10mm per side. Can someone tell me, if there is no suitable answer for that.
