  • Tt600, change the front?

Moin moin! My driving school time is so slowly approaching the end and I am of course thinking about my future vehicle. Be sure to, I say 90%, for the tt600 decided because I don’t think it’s very nice to ride an all-world moped. I also like optically very well (unfortunately they had no chance to see them live) up to the front, in particular the headlights. Now my question: Is there a possibility with the tt600, or generally with motorcycles the Fron t to change without much effort? With car ́s is such a normal (spotlight masks, spoilers, aprons,…). Thanks already and have fun biking!

  • Bonnie hibernation

Hello Bonnie friends! It’s not quite that far yet, but I would like to collect opinions: What do you do about your Bonnie when you prepare her for hibernation? My dealer offers an annual service of 180,– Euro. However, since I will have driven up to the moth at most 2000km, I am not sure if this is really necessary. I can also change oil myself. On the other hand, I don’t want to lose the dealer guarantee. What do you mean? Greetings, Alex

  • Tach also to all….

wanted to say hallöle…. Since the end of May Bonnie-seater who enjoyed the last 5500km 100%. Except for a torn clutch train at km 800 (the iron pig was standing !!!) I had so far no real probs. Oil consumption equal to zero. Spritverbr. around the 5litres on average. Sure city more, country less. However, in the frame as I find it. The road situation is absolutely OBERGEIL, the SOUND now also perfect 😉 Fun and driving fun – pure lookers (Halsverrenker) included. inne…enjoy the time and be safe Triumph Bonneville America – Seater

  • TRIUMPH SPEED TRIPLE

Hello community. Is there some (or many) Triumph Speed Triple (like other models) riders. Then let’s start a lively discussion here. I had/have some Pesch with my Speedy, e.g. fan defective, tacho failed, battery juice lasts only 13 hours. And once fell on the face. At the moment “You” is in the workshop. By the way, soon there will be a new software update for the Blackbox. So “Friends” Please report abundantly and make contributions, above all.

  • Thunderbird makes trouble before a tour

Hello together, about constructive help I would be very grateful, many thanks in advance… Triumph Thunderbird 1600er with 1700 Bigbore kit, built in 2010 has / did the following: New gel battery in June ran and started well so far. approx. 300 km until then, no short distances. Now was the following: At the start she made only clack,Zündschlüsselen out-waiting, at the 2nd no reaction, again ignition keys waiting out, at the 3rd or 4th attempt she jumped on. 60 km drove, in the evening to the Charger, tried 3-4 times without success the next afternoon. In the evening she jumped after 3rd time. Next morning even the 1st time! But then the engine did not go off when I tried the side stand..4x engine did not go off and digital bezin indicator showed no beam. Then I went to the workshop …and then the display went again…and when I arrived in the workshop, also the engine shut down over the side stand worked. They have there the battery and Alternator checked, everything is fine. When testing the rev indicator makes short fluctuations and the display became bright/dark/light…otherwise everything was good. I think I have to go to the Triumph Workshop, I would also like to do…only on Friday morning is a tour planned in the Palatinate with a total of about 1000 km and I don’t come to the appointment before Friday in a Triumph Workshop. Does anyone have an idea or advice what I can/should?!? What could it be?!?? Driving or not?!? Norma I thank you very much for your help Michael

  • Trophy SE Child Diseases

Hello everybody, it would be a real miracle if a new model (Trophy SE, June 2013) doesn’t have any children’s diseases at all. Maybe someone knows the ones here – and also knows how to fix them? – The handle heater reliably blows through the fuse after a maximum of 5 minutes. According to ‘Motorrad’ of 25.04.2013 a 15A – fuse instead of the existing 10A – fuse is supposed to remedy. But they don’t write whether this really helps. That can’t be the yellow one of the egg, it has a Grun d, why 10A are provided. – The seat heating from both the driver and the seat of Sozius are also dead. Do they hang on the same fuse? – According to the operating instructions, the audio system is compatible with Garmin Zümo 660 and 665. Mounted on the original Triumph Navi holder, the Navi – announcement cannot be integrated into the audio system. In addition, the Navi also interferes with the radio reception. (This works perfectly if the Navi disappears in the tank truck.) a pity that such kinkers cloud the joy of an otherwise excellent moped. Let’s see what the workshop says next week. Greetings BuschF

  • Speed Triple suitable?

Hello Since I soon belong to the motorcyclist group, I would have some questions about my favourite machine. My favorite is the Speed Triple in black. 1. Although I have a three front, but is the Triple suitable as a beginner machine? Possibly throttled? 2. What about the handyness of the machine – mates drive more often e.g. to South Tyrol (passes) 3. Is it suitable for me 1.90 m large? Questions about questions, but look quickly is not with me, since the next H ändler is about 150 km away. Greeting Tobias

  • Disc experience at Thunderbird 1600

Moin, moin together, has one of you experience with roadster, medium-high or summer disk at the Thunderbird 1600? If so, which one? I would like to know which panes you have mounted and why (e.g. height corresponding to?). Is it loud behind the disk and does it exactly what it is supposed to do or is there strong turbulence? I’ll consider whether I’m going to invest again for the next season to be able to go motorway speed without hanging like a flag in the wind n 🙂 Greetings Peinchen

  • rocking test run !

hello leutz ! since today we had to give our triumph-family stock to the inspection ,hamm we get a rocket 3 as replacement bike … … when the first respect before the massive appearance of the rocket was gone ,on the box and cruisen was announced ,… … absolutely easy to handle ,shortly pluck on the gas (no matter what speed ) and off goes the “luzie” …. on dry ,cleaner road never a moment of uncertainty despite the original force , force unfolding is brutal ,the poor are long and the piece of shit doesn’t want to fall into a performance hole,…. well, sometimes you switch the passage higher and roll further, always in the consciousness only one movement with the right hand and the inferno finds a continuation. the 240 rear tires can be wonderfully driven, without the usual track offset and rerunprobs, which criticizes the harley community at various conversions (… which probably is based on the sampt concept of the chassis geometry, restriction and so on, the street r od I did not drive, should come walls) brake well dosable, with massive use effective and zero probs with the weight of the machine. the sound is too thin for me..,only at load let the box with a nasty growl hear, what she has on it… personally far too little, without gscheite plant would get me the box no in the house,…but the question does not arise, my nurny dogbird I give never here and for the rocket I lacked the necessary small money,. would be for my gus to an alternative to some other large-volume cruisers,****…,of course the alternative, but I’m triumphant, and after the ride I would seem to be on the right one….,. like everything in life … SUBJECTIVITY
