  • Speed Triple 595N. few questions

Hello I’m new here with you Triumph people and wanted to ask for your advice. Let’s get to me. I am 25 and have been driving a Honda CBR 600 PC for over 5 years 25. But now I’m tired of having a 4 cylinder under my ass and wanted to switch to a 2 cylinder. Because of sound and better driving behaviour in the lower speed range. I sold my CBR for a thousand and would like to get something else with another one and a half thousand. ze. I also know that you can’t move worlds with the money. But I got into a triumph. I can’t say anything about driving behavior, but that looks exactly what I want. And I know it’s a 3 cylinder. Now I want to do a test drive and I also found a volunteer for tomorrow. I wanted to ask you what you think about this offer and maybe what I should pay attention to when buying. Here’s the link:http://suche.mobile…city=75 0&noec=1 And please no comments, that I should take time and save more money. More money is not an option. I prefer to take an older motorcycle or something else but more than 3000 euros is not in question. It may not be exactly this one either. It is here around the corner and I may be able to ride a test to see if the machine fits me at all. The seller also knows that I may not want to have it at the end because then doc h don’t agree to the 3 cylinders. But I don’t know that until I drive them. I tend to this one. Because it has a lot less down. But because of wear, I’m a little too far away because of test drive: http://suchen.mobile…bicCapacity=750 Look forward to your opinion.

  • Street Triple Beginner (25KW)

Hello, I’m still 17 at the moment, but look around for my first motorcycle. I’ve already discussed it a lot with my father. He also showed me his favorite, or his recommendation for me, the Triumph Street Triple 675 (R). I wanted something exclusive and not something that everyone already has. Of course I was blinded by the Daytona 675, but I read that this is a pure sports equipment. My question is now: Am I well served with the Street Triple 675, a ls the new driver? I worry most about getting started, that it doesn’t work. I have great respect for this machine. Since I live in Switzerland, of course, I have to “castrate” the Street Triple to 25KW. How much more expensive is that? Should I buy the R – version and then pick it up after 2 years or should I buy the normal one and then exchange it? So far, I have only read and heard positive about the Street Triple. Also in Other Threads & Fore n is described that it should not be a problem for new managers. I wish you a nice evening and thank you now for the answers

  • Repair (on culant) without success

Hello guys, I hope you can help me here somehow or at least tell me your opinion. My motorcycle is currently being repaired on Kulanz, because after just over 2 years and only 5,000 km the engine block is not very dense in some place. It is a very small oil grease film to see, but by far not so bad that it would drop. So really very little, but leaks in some place. At the first attempt a seal was changed, all that gs the phenomenon reappeared after a short time. Currently it is back in the workshop and they do not seem to find the mistake :-(. What would you do in my place now? Thank you for your help. Greetings, step

  • Speedmaster purchase advice beginner

Hello! I’ve been travelling a lot with my scooter in my youth, but I’m a beginner. This year I made my driver’s license and now I’m looking for a suitable vehicle. Had rented a Honda Shadow 750 for two weeks, but I already gucked into the Triumph Speedmaster some time ago. Unfortunately I’m informed about zero in terms of motorcycles – just want to sit up and go. Here in the area someone wants Speedmaster Triumph w he following: Year of construction: 2005 Km-Stand: 20,000 Price introduction: 4.500 € Other information I don’t have at the moment. Now I have two general questions: 1) What about the machine for a beginner? Suitable or NoGo? 2) How to estimate the price presentation? Details about my person: Height approx. 1.80 m Weight good 80 kg My driver’s license authorizes me to steer all possible two-wheelers!

  • Triumph Explorer driving report

Last Friday I had the pleasure to get to know the new Explorer. Long enough it had been presented in the engine press as one of several BMW GS competitors. So far I (bin Yamaha driver) always gave up a test drive a new purchase. Thus my 900er Diversion with me 14 years old – of course with a structure with no stone on the other. I tried beside different BMW GS models also the 1200er Yamaha Tenere and on the brand new Honda Crosstourer sat. When I saw the Explorer at Triumph in Düsseldorf, the love was at first sight. She looked (and looks) really like it is presented in the advertisement. A 100 km test drive in the city, on the highway and in the mountainous country convinced me now to become also triumphal driver – even if the ride was only a first impression. I signed a purchase contract for the first time directly after a test drive………. Ic h is currently working on a detailed report that -who wants – everyone can read in my blog. fredis-garage

  • adventurer commutes

have a 96 adventurer with single seat and disc since the latest. Since the original tires were already too porous, he gave me the tire binding and I drive now dunlop. at 130 – to 140 km/h the part starts to commute horribly. the steering head bearing seems to be in order. does someone have experiences with the disc, if that’s possible? already thanks dks

  • Expensive inspections

All in all, I’m very attached to the T-Bird.The driving characteristics, the fuel belly, suspension, comfort, etc. The only thing that bothers me are the very high inspection and maintenance costs. My last inspection at approx.11100 km,and HU,costed a total of 526.-€.I bring the maschine into a work site near Bonn. What do you think about this. The low-maintenance (according to T.Advertising) drive belt should be stretched every 4000 km,which in turn should cost 50.-€ according to the dealer. ette? The tool (three different) should be awarded 350.- €.Somehow I feel like a joke. What do you think about it. Do you know other dealers where you get the whole price cheaper. Even if you should get 100 km more it might be worth it. Especially since we all like to drive a little more and if it makes sense! What do you pay for the service, I would really be interested in. I fine that the above price is exceeded.

  • Triumph recommendation?

Hi guys, I’m thinking about getting a Naked bike. I used to ride super sportsmen, but you change over time. Find the Triple Speed pretty nice. Is there anything that speaks against a Triple Speed. I used to ride Suzuki before. I would be interested in a Naked Bike, even if it seems funny to one or the other, the sound… I don’t like these Naked Bikes, which sound exactly like a super sportsman, it should be a bit more “blobbing” If you’re not is what I mean. Many people can recommend me a different motorcycle, but please don’t shoppers, just because I used the word bubbles ;-). MfG hangover

  • Thunderbird 1600ccm

Hello T-Fans! I didn’t find a similar theme in the search, so here’s my thread. I made a round last week with the new 1600 Triumph Thunderbird. It’s fun, the planer, a typical triumph level. Brakes, chassis and engine are beyond any doubt as well as quite good detail processing are on the side of the hat. Critical points are high focus, narrow handlebars, cranky handling, more sitting on it than in it (as with a softail) and little sonor he paralleltwin sound. What do you say about the new T`Bird? Have anyone ever driven the part? Or even bought it? How does it arrive in the fan base?

  • Exhaust for Speed Triple

Meal! I’ll buy a Triumph Speed Triple (if the spring sorority prices have gone away). The 1050s. The rear is definitely shortened but so the optical should remain standard. Sometimes apart from blinker, mirror etc. The moped is my dream for years and eig. GENAU as I want to have. Only it sounds much too good to me. If I already get a fat liter machine, then it should quietly hear half the city. My problem is that you don’t listen to exhausts ‘probe This is why I hope to be able to share their experiences with me on members here. I’m looking for an eat that’s dull, lean and above all roaring loud! I can’t use the high-touring sum of the racing machines. It’s supposed to sound good from the stand gas… But now the problem comes to TÜV. I noticed the food with dB Killer/ dB-Eater when searching the dealer. Always with a hint that doesn’t unite for STVO when you unscrew the thing out. Now the question: Does this bring v om Sound? And how expensive is it if the guardians pull me out and I don’t have the dB-Eater in it? Or is there the exhausts that fit in with my sound wishes? At the price I had set a thousand per pot as a limit, would also sacrifice more with the corresponding sound. Is with what important on the car ^^ Oh yes: one more… I saw a speedtriple, where the two exhaust pipes under the ass reunite and only a pot on the back was on it. hnisch what? because the sounded relatively good, or you get something duller with 2 pots? Yes I hope you can give me a shopping tips By the way, it’s not bad if the performance suffers something from it. I don’t plan to hammer with a Nakedbike with 240 over the highway anyway. Thanks in advance!
