Yamaha DT 80 start after long service life
Hey I bought a Yamaha Dt 80 today. It was very long, you can kick (so not fixed). But there is no other sign of life of itself, will be carburetor, air filter clean and see if fuel arrives and a spark is present. Is there anything typical of DT what I should still look at? Or take out the engine and check it out immediately?

Yamaha TDR TZR 125 cylinders on DT125
I would like to build a Yamaha TDR TZR 125 on my DT 125, because I have this cylinder and the cast iron socket in the DT cylinder is worn. The TZR cylinder has a Nikasil coating. Can someone tell me if this fits and which piston I can install? Do the power rollers fit together? I only have the bare cylinder

XJ 650 4K0 – Start button without reaction – Start problems – Electronics
Hello community, I hope you can help me here. I bought an old XJ 650, which was poorly maintained and almost always outside stand. Lief so far but and still has TÜV. Unfortunately I have the problem that the start button on the right handlebar amature has no function. If I am idle, turn ignition, then the green leper lamp is on, turn turn on and brake light. But horn and dipped light do not work. When I press the starter I hear NO click from the relay, no ts! The battery has over 12V and if I have the start relay (on the left side of the battery) with a key overbridge the box is also in front of it. Therefore the starter must be OK in itself. The oil control light does NOT glow when I press the starter. The motorcycle is like dead… The Killswitch on the handlebar has function, I measured it. Therefore it must be either the starter relay (have already ordered a new one – does not cost the world) or there is a problem in the cable The blue/white cable from the start button is mass, right? Where does this cable run along the XJ everywhere and is there still a Releais under the tank that I have to check? Unfortunately, I am almost completely blank on the topic of electronics and don’t really know how to handle a multimeter…It would be great if someone could tell me step by step what I should measure everything and how I can do it! Thank you so much? We nn is a little unclear, just ask! Greetings Lukas

Newbie…
A general hello in the round. I still have to make my appearance and I have got in mind a YZF r6 Bj 2003. Since I am, as I said, beginner, as far as the motorcycle is concerned, I would like to have a few opinions about the motorcycle. In how far it may be good or bad for a beginner. As for the model of known dimensions for Macking etc… Thank you, Pie

Helmet release
Hello, I can’t handle the helmet. As soon as I put on the helmet I don’t feel comfortable especially in the city. On the highway is no problem. What do I have to do. Go to the special doctor or how ?

yamaha xs360 needs more steam!
Moin, I’m new here and I want to ask the experienced bikers what you can do to get more power out of my machine. It’s ́ne Yamaha Xs360, I shot them last year on an oldtimer market cheaply and it doesn ́t go away enough. At the dealer near me they told me that I should try it with new nozzles in the carburetor and a sock instead of air filter box. The bike is not registered so can be tuned to heart pleasure. If I should get nozzles, which one should I take, so how much should I increase? and d is there something I have to pay attention to? e.g.: output size of the nozzle 92 to 98 or how much??? I thank you already in advance and hope you don’t have any good advice. p.s. the machine now has 27ps

New R1 2007
Hi guys, so what I’ve seen so far (on pictures) from the “new” does not really rise me from the stool. Apparently, a lot has not happened on the outside either – of course, it looks awesome, just like the 2005s. Externally, I especially like the new color variant (white/red) which looks really strong. But the actual improvements are apparently inside – engine technical, clutch etc. I’m really curious… Werd in December/January at nem schönen W intertag then shake to the dealer and test the part. So long…. Greetings

Purchase advice Yamaha R6
Hello, I’m new in the matter with 2 wheels that officially drive faster than 50Km/h and looking for a good and cheap machine in the field of super sports. I came across the Yamaha R6 and would like to hear from Yamaha experts and R6 riders opinions, reviews and recommendations on what to pay attention to with this machine, which is negative which is particularly positive etc. What is important to me: – Reliability – Maintenance costs should not be paid to a Duc ati kommen – Preis/Leistung – Optik – Leistung – ein volter Sound so mir eine Exhaustrecommendation von R6 Fahrern quite right Which series to recommend I have now thought about R6 from 2003, since I do not want to buy a new box for 8 – 10,000 EUR. I prefer to equip a slightly cheaper one and then with exhaust, turn signals etc. a little better. A friend of mine has a 2003 R6 and recently called Mivv GP carbon slip-on and the sound is sometimes breath-taking I can only say u and that despite DB killer without I like the sound not quite. Thank you and many greetings
