Hello, well you can help me, had my yamaha virago 535 bj93 rebuilt, and now she no longer jumps on or, I need the bensinpumping relay with mass over bridges to start it, and even then she only runs on cylinder 1, I assume that the cdi does not pass any mass to the relay because the cable goes directly to the cdi. Had anyone ever had such problems and had advice for me still spin through, relai I worked tested, gasoline pump works even after exercise rbrücken, I assume that the cdi is broken or just that it does not release the mass because what andres is broken like e.g. kill switch or magnet switch in the petrol tank????? Just how to check???

XVS 1100 – 2.Gang spings out
Hello, my second gear jumps out. Before I now cut the engine halves I wanted to ask which spring is meant exactly, if you say that after the switching process the shift forks are not kept enough in their position. Where does this spring sit? Inside or outside of the engine housing. Does anyone have a photo? And second question, when turning the engine to see what the gear teeth look like it happened to me that a piston has tilted and is now lying up, I the engine but Is that maybe the starter free run that is blocking? Or what else? The cylinder and head are off. See picture. But he was not yet misunderstood. I just wanted to show the state of disassembly. VG Jukka

RD 250 522 Gas sliders sit bomb-proof
I am doing a Yamaha RD 250 522, which has been standing for 20 years to get back in order. I wanted to expand the carburettors, but the gas sliders are boom-proof. The bike is in a bad condition. In the carburettors a covering has formed in the float chamber of old petrol, consistency between stone and rubber, which I can only scrape out. Ultrasound can be forgotten here. I suppose the same residue holds also the gas sliders. With pull or push through the egg noss (screwdriver) is nothing to do. How glued in. Rostlöser is pointless (Alu), creep oil does not help. Does anyone have an idea with what I can solve this solid covering? Or carburettor cut off, dispose, buy used? Thanks in advance! Gruss, Rick
