Hello community, I have read some posts on this topic, but unfortunately no solution found. First of all: I didn’t have a second key, there was only one. Yes, I should have let you do it, but afterwards you are always smarter. Yesterday I went on a tour with my machine and lost my key. I made a big round through the city and ran the way several times, but without success. Probably someone has the key of course it’s a Saturday, and today on Sunday no find office has opened, so I hope that the key will be delivered somewhere over the next week. I will also ask again in all shops. Fortunately someone could pick me up and take me home. Now to my question: It’s a Yamaha XVS 650 Classic from 1998. Can I just call Yamaha and have a replacement key made? I’ve read that this is possible. If the key is no longer available, what is needed? Of course, the proof that I am the owner, but possibly also a number from the ignition lock? Alternatively, only the replacement of the ignition lock would be possible. However, the problem is that I switched off the machine with the steering lock. Should it be a problem for the ADAC to pick it up? Maybe someone has a tip what else I can do. My old Samson I used to use a screwdriver It’s probably not going to work on such a machine, is it? If I have to change the ignition lock afterwards, it would be worth trying. In any case, it will be an expensive lesson (unless the key is found again). Thank you in advance for your help.

Maintenance costs of an R6
hi @ all admitted, I am still 16 and ride only ne s51 (with whole 3.5 HP!!!) but would like to buy me later ne R6 or a comparable bike. 1. ask, if you do with 18 A, you can not drive all bikes, right? -> should I drive the r6? 2. Change of tires very expensive
Hello guys, I need a new eraser at the back and ordered it online. Now I’m looking for a workshop that changes the tire. In some threads I could find out more often from 12€ or so. That’s far away from my results asked for by phone. Are you building the tire yourself and just letting me do the rebalancing? So without the same rebalancing of the tire (back) it costs me in Berlin between 50 and 100€ WITHOUT REIFEN! Does someone in Berlin know cheap tyre changers / workshops? Greetz, lace

Removing throttle despite trial period ?
Hi, I wanted to buy a R6 in the next time, but I had to let it throttle because I don’t have the motorcycle ticket for two years yet. Can one easily make the throttle ineffective without notice or stress with the race management? I honestly don’t want to drive around two years with 34 HP. I am used to 200 HP with my car and wanted to feel more in the bike and not have a Vmax of only 160 or 170. What is your opinion about it? Do not have a lot of idea in the field with motorcycles yet. If the throttle is ineffective, so the bike is open, the police can somehow recognize it or detect it in the case of a check and is the danger that I will fly with it? Hello again, I need your support again.Hab had my aerox so far to run and also the driving was really good.Had made 6.5g weights after the yamaha frie said that the originals were better.Before 3 and 5g weights were in from the previous owner.suit super but final speed equal to 0.After changing to 6.5 he comes down sluggishly to the back out he spins well.Fill me net,have now mixed with 5 g and 6.5g.At and pull well,although I manc hmaal has the feeling that he always has a small hole in the middle area.If it is on the weights, does it fit at all or can one mix it or is it net so good.The other problem is that I can’t adjust the carburettor (GurtnerPy12).Has the mixing screw out 1.5 revolutions before which it went quite well.Only when starting it went short after leaving the rotating extremely high so that the rear wheel turned with it.Is it at the setting?Today at once the adjustment adjusts ng with 1.5 revolutions no more, the mixing screw turned completely in and then 1 revolution out again,so he remains at least,but when I drive he suddenly does not take any gas properly in the middle range.When starting it goes through well,only when taking off gas and then accelerating again it does not work, does not accept as and no speed.How do I have to adjust.When I turn out af 1.5 change again, so left around, the speed goes down and then it goes out. Yamaha FZ1 / FZ1 Fazer How good is she?
Hello, I’ve been searching the net for a motorcycle for me for a long time, The KTM Super Duke would have liked a lot of what, only the price, 2Cyl. sound and the fact that the engine will probably never see the 100000 scares me off. The Kawasaki Z1000 probably a great motorcycle, remains in the selection, only the exhaust-oy, I don’t spend any money on it to build up the other… Now I’ve been looking at the FZ1 Fazer, I don’t need 150hp, but what should it be… from the optics… I find the Fazer more beautiful than a Honda CBF, am I just thinking about whether I should take the Naked or the Tourer? Is there the FZ1 Fazer with end pots under the bench? Have a picture where this looks like this… From price/performance really good the Yamaha. Yamaha R6 engine control lamp
Hello guys, I’m new here and start with my question right now. About 2 weeks ago I brought my Yamaha R6 Rj11 Bj.2006 to the mechanic to make my pickerl (Austria). The mechanic is about 500m away from my front door and where I was about half of the track lit up the engine control light. I told him that he really should check everything to make sure this fits all. Also the one with the indicator light that you just approached In the evening I picked up the motorcycle from his workshop and where I started the motorcycle was there again the lamp. I personally did not feel any loss of performance or anything else. The machine runs nicely and round. The next morning I called the mechanic and mentioned this with the lamp. He meant that I should try to drive you maybe this is just a mistake and he goes I’m driving now and she’s still there. I tried to do a diagnosis myself, and that’s at “d61” . ( see picture ) Do I still have to press something on self-diagnosis or do these mean “00” that there are no mistakes? Look forward to your answers!

The XSR is theoretically the better offer, but the “inability” scares me off to make proper pictures from the seller. Also the extras at the XSR are better (fall pads, USB loaders, bags) The MT09 optically tells me less, but is deutlic to the purse. h do better. I have a budget of 6500. Technically, both moppeds should be the same. Is there anything you notice, which categorically excludes one of the ads? LG Haasinger
