Hello, I want to sell my V70 and need a few tips on which way to do it. Built 2008, petrol, 170 hp, climate, cruise control, leather, almost 170tkm., TÜV 02/2019 Winter tires bought on Alu 2018 and almost 5000km down. I bought the car from Private and how in the course of the time it turned out with a proper maintenance jam. In addition to a non-functional display came a defective cooler, heat exchanger and some new parts like brakes completely both axle n, suspension leg bearing VA, engine bearing top and bottom, wheel bearing front. About 20 minutes later the buyer shouted upsetly: The electronics had gone off, the car was dead and didn’t jump any more. He doesn’t want it anymore and I should actually come by the same evening and pick it up. I didn’t do that and asked him to call us again “in peace” today. It was a private sale with a corresponding purchase contract (from mobile.de). I drove the car completely normal until the end, without any signs of such mistakes. What do you do in such a situation with an extremely upset buyer on the phone? I actually just wanted to get rid of my old car. And now I have a stressful weekend thank you for your advice! How would a good purchase contract look? What is this purchase contract of HUK Coburg – purchase contract? Hello dear community, I sold my car about 3 weeks ago (no accident damage, TÜV until this month, over 240000 km mileage). The buyer was able to test the car and I sold my car to him to the best of my knowledge, without bad intentions. Now he comes after 3 weeks and demands of me that I participate in his repairs, which the TÜV put him up. I did not answer to him until then and he has allegedly already paid his lawyer far I’m a student and so I’m short of cash and the story is making me sleepless nights. Do I have something to fear or can I turn on a lawyer for his threats as a mere attempt to pass his repair costs on to me? That’s why I try it this way 🙂 The following situation: I bought my smart ForTwo directly from the smart dealer 2 years ago as a demonstration car. Now I want to sell the car again. Question a) Must be specifically pointed out in my ad that it was a pre-car at the time of purchase? Or does it matter in the meantime, since it is a white car? teren owner (i.e. me) gave? and question b) How is the indication “number of previous owners”, e.g. at mobile.de to be interpreted? Is the indication of “2” correct? So the dealer and then me? Or should I not even count myself here, since the car is not sold yet 😉 Hehe, stupid question – but maybe you know what I want to get out of it? Since I want to do everything legally well I am interested in questions of course 🙂

In the course of a new purchase we have an old Micra (K11 Bj.1998) which should get an owner as quickly as possible. Now my father has planned to sell the car tomorrow on the car market in Essen (Autokino), but would also like to reach an acceptable price.
