Hello. I have been reading silently for a long time, but today I need some help. It is about a Golf 7 which is still in the warranty. In May the workshop A changed the clutch cylinder. After about 2 months and 3000 kilometers the gears could only be inserted difficult. Since driving was not possible so, workshop B, which was just around the corner, would be commissioned. Workshop B carried out adjustment work and ventilation of the system. After 4 weeks the order with VW cancels the payment, because Workshop A is not supposed to have worked properly. The workshop contradicts this. Of course, the 2nd workshop insists on the payment. VW refers to the autonomy of its contractual partners and does not want to help. What possibility there is not to settle the invoice. At no time has Workshop B announced that any costs could arise for me. Thank you for the help

Where do the cars paid for by the car dealership go?
Hi, the question is in the title. If you buy a new or used car at the dealership or at the dealership of your trust, this car usually takes the old car into payment (unless you want to sell it privately). Often you get only 500 € off for this car given in payment. This car taken in payment is offered by the dealer/car dealer but in the rarest cases on the farm and sold officially, since broken or too old or it is due to un Where do these cars end up? The car dealership has to make another profit after the purchase i.e. 500€….Who buys these cars from them?

Used car warranty obligation, liability for defects
A known person bought a vehicle yesterday 2250,– € from private (probably advanced person for dealers). Contract with Excluding the liability for defects in material ( form) . At the inspection the engine ran calmly. Oil new in order. Test drive could not be made due to lack of registration plate. The car was now registered and on a journey after approx. 25 km a clak core similar to diesel (probably camshaft or defective hydrostössel. This is why a car mechanic was consulted for inspection, which also detected an accident damage. In the purchase contract only slight rust damage was mentioned which was known. In this case, according to the new legal situation, there is nevertheless warranty and the seller has to withdraw the vehicle plus registration costs. The seller himself is of course no longer available. Should he require the purchase back in writing?

Status 2019: Test drive without TÜV at dealers now history?
Servus miternand! Since I have found no current and crystal-clear answers on the above topic, I have to become active myself: Is it really not possible since 2015 to arrange a test drive with a dealer (in my case the one with the star on the roof) even with a 06 red license plate, if the intended used car currently has no HU+ AU anymore? The reason seems logical, but unfortunately has an enormously counterproductive flip side: No test drive! I don’t like to rely on the seller’s assurance that the bearings, transmission, engine etc. are in perfect condition! Quotation: “Since all service intervals have been adhered to and you don’t have to worry about anything within the 1 year used car warranty, you have nothing to lose. After all, we have a reputation to lose!” So a new methodology crystallizes out here? You let the vehicle run the TÜV, share the potential with: TÜV will be re-made at purchase and cover as long as possible that the test drive date was only a decoy move… Have you had similar experiences and how was it dealt with? Merci

Problem after buying a car.
Hello. Hope here someone can help me. I bought a car yesterday from private. Tüv had expired in July. According to the seller a few crossbars would be made. Therefore for me no problem. So yesterday the car fetched. On the return drive after about 200 km motor control lamp. Well, who knows maybe the installed gas system swallowed itself. Errors deleted and further. Another 200 km further again warning lamp. Well Nachm tüv ehh goes to the workshop. So today to the tuv. : Not to exist, whole engine oily, crankshaftsimmering leaks and Lambda regulation does not work. So I called the seller. He says he knows nothing about nothing… He refers to purchase contract entry -> bought as seen In the purchase contract, however, there are defects: none of this but just a few repaintings. So I called the workshop where the seller has always taken the car. So I am told that the car was presented to the tv in May and the defects that I have already been known and therefore the car did not get a tuv. I asked the sellers explicitly about problems like oil loss and whether the gas system works perfectly. Was everything answered with no problems. I looked under the car but it is relatively deep so that I could not see any oil and the motor control lamp was also not up to. Is there thus fraudulent deception? Greetings

Buyers don’t come – a scam?
Hello, I’m trying to sell our car. I also posted an ad on ebay-kleinanzeigen and mobile.de. We don’t lack offers and interested parties. Several dates have already been made for viewing and also for purchase, with various interested parties. Of these 7 dates, however, not one has been noticed until today. I don’t understand that. You write or phone for hours, sometimes agree on the price, another time for viewing. This is really frustrating and I feel like I’m being fucked up. What’s that supposed to mean? That’s a lot of trouble to get to the date and address, for nothing? I don’t understand these potential buyers. It wouldn’t be dramatic if you changed your mind, a short info and good! bar means it would be a trick to wear us out so that we can sell the car at a mock price… Can that be? How are your experiences with it? Is it just us? What are we supposed to do? That’s how we never sell our car…

Buyer accuses covert defects
Hello dear forum, I’m a bit bald this morning because I received an e-mail about my sold vehicle…. Brief history: I sold a small car with repaired accident damage two months ago (driver’s door). I explained this damage, explicitly explained the accident and what was done and here also demonstrated that the door of the car sometimes does not close so perfectly when you shut the door too weak. The whole thing is also as repair two days later the buyer called me and said the passenger window would drive from time to time “high down” if you steered it from the driver’s side. I told him quite frankly and honestly I forgot to mention this mistake because he only appeared sporadically and even offered to have this checked at my expense, but he said it would be half as wild and otherwise he would report again. I thought it would be all done now. t and read now (more than two months later) an email with the cheeky subject “hidden defects” in which he accuses me the problem would have become much worse since then (the windows would both go down by themselves! although no one is sitting in the vehicle) and at the driver’s door would loosen a hinge that he would have to keep following…. Now the email reads after an indirect demand I would have offered a repair at that time and since the mentioned points become so worse h At the driver’s door, I personally believe that the risk is there in case of an accident damage and that I can’t do anything for worse. With the window electrics I had offered directly after sale and there was nothing left, now that the problem is spreading I don’t see myself in the guarantee to be able to do this anymore. Has anyone ever had similar experiences with such cases?

Weighting / evaluation of extras for merchant payment
Servus, a dealer purchase price can be determined online quickly, e.g. at DAT There you enter only the very general data for a naked basic model and get price X for it. But now my car still has a top equipment like a certain model line, large Navi, head-up display, sports seats, panoramic roof etc. usf. Is there a guideline, what you can expect or demand on-top, so plus X%? How are your experiences?
