Hello dear car friends, I want to sell my Seat Toledo (Diesel) because the clutch has to be replaced and I can’t afford the repair at the moment. So I set the car on eBay and jerkzuck I had 40, 50 requests from people who want to buy the car for a four-digit amount for export. The Seat has over 200,000km and comparable, working vehicles you get already for a low four-digit amount. That sounds really too good to be true Thank you in advance!

Test drive with deregistered car
Hello. We want to sell our current car because we buy another one. The license plate from the current one is supposed to be on the new one, i.e. I have to unsubscribe the old one. So far so good. But how do I do it best if someone wants to test this car then? With a day registration or are there other possibilities?

Warranty for used cars from the dealer
Good morning, two months ago I had a used Opel Corsa D 06/10 130 tskm. TÜV Neu Bin actually satisfied with the vehicle. Now my neighbor KFz expert took the car and had it on stage. The following is broken: -Flex tube leaks and damaged -Connection to the end pot to the front silencer on the bell leaks and ripped -Axle cuffs torn left outside -Renew front windows and coverings. Now my question: is this still in the warranty inside Or do I sit on it myself? Thank you Frank

Transfer Switzerland to D or Spain
Hello together I would like to buy a car from Switzerland that has already been registered off and also no TÜV has (is ready to drive ) and to introduce it to Germany or to drive it right away to Spain. What do I need for this? Are there overpass registration marks in Switzerland or do I have to bring one from Germany? Since the car does not have a TÜV, can this become a problem for a overpass registration mark?

Car purchase in Italy and transfer on your own axis
Hello. Will buy a Mini Convertible in Italy, R52 for 6,500 Euro. I know, there’s a lot of it in Germany. But look for one with DSC and these are rather rare. In addition with guarantee, new service and sought-after color combi. Now it’s more of a blind buy, I trust the dealer. Two questions: 1.The dealer says, he provides the transcription marks, so I can transfer the Cooper on my own axis. I try to take into account as much as possible in the contract (I transfer 2,000,- in advance and 4,500,- on the spot at collection), but please for experiences/tips, which should still be taken into account. 2. For the purchase contract he needs a copy of my identity card. I feel uncomfortable to send them, than to transfer 2,000,- in advance… am I doing this unnecessarily? someone else has a hint, what should I pay attention to when buying and transferring a car from Italy? CoC to avoid TÜV full acceptance is clear. I will have a contract reread by an Italian friend. And otherwise? Greetings Flaco

Private sale with red license plate
I found a car from 2014, 60000 km, from private for sale. In the pictures on the mobile.de, car has no license plate. I asked the seller if test drive is possible, and he said yes, the car has red license plate. 1) Isn’t it strange that a private person has a red license plate? should I pay special attention to something? 2) I have heard that there is a used car test by Dekra or ADAC. Which is better? Can the “KM manipulation”, “problem Find in the engine” or “problem in the gearbox”? Thank you

Wrong equipment in the report and sales contract
Hello, My Auto Astra H GTC 1.8 has suffered a total damage. (200% of the replacement value.) If everything about a lawyer only the expert has been commissioned by my workshop. Now I have an offer from the opposing insurance or an authorized company that should check the report and receive a better purchase offer. I have of course agreed to the offer because it would be 300€ more than from other buyers mentioned in my report. As far as so good, jetz However, I noticed in the sales contract that the equipment, as well as in the expert report itself, is not correct. According to the expert’s report, what wouldn’t be used would be: exterior / interior mirror with automatic glare, interior mirror with automatic glare, windscreen wiper with rain sensor and audio system CD30 (radio/CD player) (was replaced by the previous owner for a CDC 40!) Of course, I covered all this only when I wanted to send the contract back. from Monday. What can I do now, because that would be selling fraud. I also don’t know where the expert has the data from, because a mirror with abblend automatic has below no knob to hide to manually salutes the Spessart

Car sold to Poland, now comes buyer with alleged damage
Hello! On 20.08.2019 I sold my Audi A4 B8 Bj 2009 via mobile to a Poland. He took him after five hours of journey and a short test drive around the block. All right so far… Yesterday the news came suddenly via WhatsApp that the car would probably have had a hail damage and the whole spatula would have torn which he now has to repair for 300,-€. I was not aware of any damage, I have the vehicle with 90tkm in 2011 and now with 200tkm sold and visually no fahler seen in the paint. He now threatens to come by tomorrow by car, after he offered we could do 50/50 and later even went down to 100,-. Of course I did not consider it, especially since it would have been the easiest for him to send pictures of the damage, he did not make and I also do not want to ask about it. I assume that this is a trick, in order to pay even more money in the following ommen. Have you heard of this before? What if the guy is really standing at my door tomorrow? Does he somehow have the right to demand something from me? Even if I don’t assume that he can return the money to the gas station right away to drive home.

Car with defects purchased; according to seller all wear parts
Good evening community, my girlfriend bought a used car 5 months ago. Couple of days after the purchase we noticed that 2 loudspeakers do not work and the lock is defective. The warning light and the light above the head do not work when the driver door is opened. So the lock does not recognize whether the door is open or closed. My girlfriend has already 4-5 months ago the dealer only had no time to take care of it (is just in the referendariat and ha Now that the six months are running slowly, she has again informed the dealer and asked when she can take the car so that he can fix the defects. However, he claims that both the loudspeakers and the lock are wear parts and that he will therefore only pay the work but not the parts. Both things were already defective at the time of purchase as said. Are there any paragraphs, laws, official messages on which my Freun Because a lock or the loudspeakers are not wear parts for me. In the first 6 months the dealer is obliged to correct the defects, as long as they are not wear parts. I hope you can help me/her. Greetings, Simon
