The motorcycle drives very well no indication that something is wrong. Everything works as it should. Unfortunately I had to separate now from my motorcycle, because I just need some money. On sale the buyer wanted to write in no “accident machine”. But at the column: Pre-damage by previous owner = “Slip” Is that right? Can the buyer charge me if there is something on the machine that I don’t know about? If there really is something, I would give him the money again and take the machine back. Thank you in advance.

I have advertised the car and sold it. The buyer has examined the car and inspected everything, very carefully. Now he reports and sent me pictures I would have allegedly concealed something to him.. that’s not so Now he demands repair in which he prepares this to a car. I am really not aware of anyone’s fault and have given everything a scratch and a dent that I noticed. Can I sit back, do I need to repair? According to the buyer, he had washed the car 3 times.. Hello, I have posted my TT on the Internet for sale. Among other things, an Audi center from the area I know has registered (serious dealer). We made an appointment on site for the price evaluation via the Dekra. The purchase price surprised me positively. I received this offer in writing and promised a few hours later by e-mail. Now an appointment for the vehicle transfer was made next week. How does this usually work out? How do I get my money? I would not want to accept cash payment (with the sum I certainly do not put myself without a car in public transport). I only hand over the vehicle letter / registration certificate part II if the car is fully (!) paid. The accounting of the dealer will not cause the payment in my presence and even if, the money is not yet credited to my account. If I would be obliged to visit the dealer again a few days later and submit the letter ? I assume that the dealer would like to have the letter directly at the delivery of the vehicle. Hello, a few days ago I sold a BMW with a little more than 200k on the speedometer. Everything with a model contract in which the liability for defects is excluded. Now the buyer calls and says that the car has run at least 300kk and whether I manipulated the speedometer. Of course I denied that because I bought the car myself with about 6k less last year and the mileage was recorded by the seller in writing in the contract.
