  • Petition 18111

Dear fellow combatants, as you know, I submitted a petition to the German Bundestag on 25 May 2011 at the website https://epetitions.bundestag.de/. Like many of you, I have longed for it to finally be switched online. Today, on 24 June 2011, I received a written reply saying that the petition was rejected because it would “not bring the desired success”. On the one hand, it was explained that the order service and/or the police were very much where In addition, it was also stated that NO order service and/or police could control, if there were no official signs (painted symbols or self-made signs). The countries were also responsible, not the federal government. Now I ask myself, who is issuing such laws? Who wants to control the traffic on supermarket parking places, etc., if an official sign (parking place with additional sign wheelchair) was ordered by the local road authority. I do not know at the moment how to proceed. Probably I will submit the same petition text, which can be read here, to the Landtag, in my case with the Bavarian. To this end the text would have to be changed a little, because – as the answer says – with existing traffic signs can be controlled very well!! I would advise you, the gle This is the only way to get ahead!! Here’s a link, you can find out the addresses and see if you can also enter petitions online.http://www.rechenkraft.net/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=9229 What unfortunately can’t be done, I can only speak for Bavaria, is the fact that the petition is treated as publicly as on https://epetitions.bundestag.de/, where you could also agree online or not. As I understand, however, the meetings of the committee are so if you like to read the answer, please send me an e-mail to [email protected]. Please write to the subject “Petition”, then I know that the request comes from one of you. Greetings Rainer

  • Start engine from passenger side / outside

Hello, I am a wheelchair user and have a T5 with electric sliding door, cassette lift and electric seat console under the driver’s seat. The vehicle has two batteries. Both I renewed about 1.5 years ago. Unfortunately I now (in the 6th year) have problems with the battery power. The second battery supplies the additional installations and the sliding door. The first cares about the starter. Recently it often happens that I do not get behind the wheel alone, since the second battery is too hot. It’s not until the engine is on, it’s working fine. I had the batteries and alternator tested by the ADAC and VW. It’s all a good idea. Now my question: is there a way to start the engine from the outside or from the passenger side? Which modifications would be necessary? The starter battery is, by the way, at full strength. Thanks & Greeting.

  • Disabled-friendly conversions after total damage

Hello together, I have the following facts: Had now with my 2008 disabled accessible converted and subsidized car a total damage. The damage including disabled reconstructions was now taken over by my comprehensive. BUT: The evaluator has evaluated only the disabled installations, but not the wage costs, which would apply if I ever wanted to remodel a new car and these are almost as high as the parts themselves. My question: If my additional equipments now do get utt are and I buy a new car, then the employment office does not have to pay the full disabled equipment without deductions? I would then just give up the subsidy for the car itself, but take full advantage of the costs for the conversions. Is this possible? Greeting

  • Reha Group sells used products !!

Good day, I would like to sensitize all users of a disabled car before a conversion at the Reha Group Automotive. They sell there some used articles at dumping prices and accept by that that you as end customer is dependent on good service, can no longer drive to the conversion of your trust in your place of residence, because the cost bearer cheap / compares with more expensive / new, partly without knowing it. The old things are reimported from Israel ( especially applies to lift systems and swivel seats of all kinds ), since there is a legal provision there, which provides for the new payment / new supply within each 3 years. Whoever supports these machinations, saws on the branch on which he sits. Gruss H.

  • Apply steering wheel knob

Is it actually possible to have the knob carried out? e.g. from the TÜV. I have been driving without the knob on the steering wheel for 10 years now. Was also never a problem. Only recently I had a small accident and the policeman was unfortunately very attentive and has choked me a procedure for driving without driving permission, because just said knob was not on the steering wheel. And now I want to have this thing legally away.

  • Steady write-down for tax reduction makes sense?

Hello, I’m the owner of a car and would like to register my grandmother as a holder, which meets the requirement to pay half of the car tax. I care my grandmother and live with her in the same apartment, as if it is not so that I just want to save money. I always take my grandmother in the car, as I can not leave you alone at home, we do e.g. excursions. What do I have to do now? From the social services you got a shrine where you can decide if you can eat I assume that you will return this letter to the Social Security Office again? When should I report the car? Do I get back the car tax that I paid for this year pro rata? And what do I have to submit to the Tax Office? I am authorized to do so, the hot I can do everything without my grandmother, (not that this is the impression I get to use this power of attorney to my advantage, I am not allowed to do anything without my grandma. For years now my grandma has been looking for my grandma). That my grandma always rides, that is in 99% of cases, because I am your caregiver. Is that worth it, or should I rather let it be? Greeting jordon

  • T5 Multivan and K90 Underfloor Cassette Lifter or Linear Lifter

Hello together, after a long time again a request from me. The return processing of my caddy still employs the court after 8 months, whereby I can report positively, that Volkwagen has now surprisingly explained to a comparison. However, the moment is currently on the summer break. As a replacement I plan the purchase of a T5.2 as an annual car – meanwhile there is the T5.2 already a little longer, so that there are already offers. Therefore, I want the 5.2, we It is of course all a question of money. K90 underground cassette lift I would have liked to know if (1) it can also be mounted under a T5.2 Multivan 4Motion or if the cardan shaft is in the way there, or (2) whether it can also be installed under a T5.2 with a long wheelbase. In general, a K90 underground cassette lifter is probably suitable. nter the normal T5.2, that’s well known. But I’m not sure about the other two versions. In addition, a supplementary question : (3) Is it right that a smaller tank must be built under the T5.2, if one supports a K90. Somehow the tank display in the Mlutivan should no longer function properly – or is there now a new solution ?Linearlifter by Braun (or so similar) Does anyone have experiences with it in the T5 ? First of all I would be interested if the inside mounted linear lift tends to be annoying flapping during the ride ? How did you decide and how are your experiences ? LG and thanks in advance ! • Disability without ID, people unfriendly

I know it doesn’t have something to do directly with mobility or parking spaces etc. but I have to ask a question. A family member broke both legs in a serious motorcycle accident. Unfortunately, there were very complicated fractures close to the joints as well as debris break directly in the ankle. First of all, you can appreciate “happy” that it “only” hit the legs, which I am very grateful about, it could have come a lot worse. Of course, this is louder than the Doctors have not been permanently disabled, they have used a lot of metal in several surgeries to heal it again. The accident has now been 8 months and the patient was able to walk in a wheelchair after many weeks of hospital bed and months in the meantime straighto wobbly on crutches. If he was driven, of course, a disabled parking space was never used. However, I find it very bad, as with such persons is dealt with. and the patient can just walk with crutches and then one of the neighbors just slams the door in front of the nose. Of course, one is not very pleased about it. A little later one talks to the neighbors, why he shows no understanding for “disabled” people and he bangs on the head, that he would be a civil engineer and according to his experiences permanently disabled people would place no value on it and not be treated preferentially Of course, I treat disabled people quite normally, but you can also support something. I can’t understand such behaviour at all and it makes me very angry, moreover, the person concerned is now sitting in a wheelchair again, because a metal rail is broken near the knee joint, which made a new operation necessary, which means at least 6 weeks of total rest. Now I am so educated that I have obviously restricted fellow human beings always stop the doors, leave the entrance etc. and do not distinguish whether this is unfortunately permanent or perhaps only for a certain period of time. I also do not say that I do not keep the door open to older people, because they then feel old. I would be interested in how people think about it who have a permanent disability. Did I always act wrong? I can understand this very hard and the behavior of the neighbor makes me so angry.
