Hello together, I drive a K75 year 1986 and have the following problem: When I start the machine in the morning, it runs perfectly. After a few kilometers, when it is warm, it starts to stutter, hardly takes any gas and then finally goes out. Which leads to the fact that one stands somewhere in the Pampa and does not get away again Toll I tell you. Have asked at various workshops, which should know with the machinettes. among others BMW etc. those meant only: “The ka nn you don’t answer so much, can be so much, they have to leave here for a few days or even longer. But can be expensive….”Hmm…Had it taken again, was meanwhile cold :-)… Does anyone know this problem or know where to look??? Would be very grateful for your help. VG Enrico

F 800 S/ST = successor of the CS?
Hi, since I just bought the current mopped catalog and thus got a little closer to the news again’, I also came across the F 800 S/ST. Now I would be interested – and with that I turn mainly to the beloved CS-co-combatants – whether you consider the S/ST as successor of the F 650 CS or not. Would you exchange the CS for the S/ST? Would it be an alternative during the new purchase or would you not be able to join the CS at BMW after the departure of the CS Not that I want to give away my CS, it only interests me once. Technically it is a jump – two instead of a cylinder, open 82 hp…but otherwise? Price is it at the level of the CS. Only optically I am not yet quite convinced…but there the CS is also very own. Anyway I will at least give myself a test drive. Write your opinions. Greeting aggex PS: Please send a weatherman to Bavaria, so that the whole Schn ee is gone until 01.03.. Thank you.

Which BMW would you recommend to me
Hello together, as you can see in my signature, I have an XT600. Now I think about buying a BMW instead, especially since I drive more often in wet weather and since a cardan drive is better, also from the care. My specifications are: Is intended for short distances and in the work (just 35km) Age no matter engine displacement no matter grip heating is a must. PS no matter, stop net too little. If petrol needs lead-free, should as little fuel as possible should also be needed It’s just an everyday machine that is cheap in maintenance. Will be registered the whole year and if possible also driven in winter. Which models would you recommend to me? I’ll inform you about this. I’ve already tried to find other forums, but I didn’t find it that way, so if anyone knows anything else that could help me in this respect, please by PN. Thanks already. mfG Andi

Tank indicator HP4
Moinsen, I have been owner of an HP4 for a week and still a little bit in the detection phase. Since the bike has only a residual width indicator when reaching a certain level, which is nevertheless triggered by a float in the tank, at this point the question is whether you can take the value of the corresponding cable over the entire movement area. As far as I have seen, an identical unit is installed in the 1000RR and that has a tank watch. Has someone with it already The second question would be how high the oil drain screw can be in the housing from the waistband? I want to retrofit an oil thermometer and VDO offers a matching encoder in M16x1.5, which is supposed to be about 25mm high, with 40,- no snapper, but I don’t want to screw in so n part into the filling opening. Here too, the question would be whether anyone can answer that. Thank you.

r60/5 loses oil
Good day to the round, last summer I brought with my brother and a lot of help from the forum here (https://www.motor-talk.de/…/… one-motorcycle-to-wait-t7224180.html) an old r60/5 to run and through the HU. Currently we are faced with the problem that it loses oil. This is not visible at the measuring tab for the first time, but there are quickly a few drops on the ground after driving, on the oil tank hang drops, the main stand is full, etc. With one, two droplets I have Let me say that those are normal with the old boxers — but this is definitely more. Furthermore, it seems to be two types: dark (I suspect engine oil, change is on now again) and bright, so probably gear. Question is, what we should replace everything or in which order. Oil tub seal we do one way or another when changing, but I’m afraid it’s not done. Unfortunately, as a layman, it’s only partially recognizable where there is exit everywhere, I hang photo s on with screws that are clearly sweating. Could it be the shaft sealing ring on the gearbox? We are grateful for all the clues. Best regards Fladnag

Oil change
Hello, I’m going to make an oil change the days. Finally, there was an oil change before my conversion measures still by the seller In my documents received from him it says that he used CastrolPower 10 W 50. Should I use the same or change it? What would be “most meaningful” ? If it matters: During the week I only drive to work and back (only 10 km) , but on weekends then of course considerably more and longer. Thanks in advance for your e Efforts.

Check the cardan shaft
Hello, I haven’t read anything about the subject yet, so I’m interested. Yesterday I brought my moped to the annual inspection. There I was told that the cardan shaft should be checked with the model, I would have heard something about it. I also find the point to retrofit drainage in rear wheel swing on the workshop order. Were there any problems with the model?

Starter does not start
I hope you can help me. My K75 doesn’t start. The starter goes when the starter relay is bridged. Gasoline pump runs, relays are replaced, still can’t. So, put it together, the starter is usually the starter and yet the starter only turns on when the relay is bridged.
