I wanted to go to HU today. I turned the other way around because I noticed that the rear brake is not working. The K75 is from 1993 incl. ABS, the documents I changed about 4 years ago. The last brake fluid change is a long time ago. There are no steel hoses on it, but there is no leak and no inflating. The brake fluid is in it, the discs are not oily. The operation of the foot lever is possible with extremely low force until the stop. I. But there is zero delay. Of what I could find about the search function here is the most likely cause of the footbrake switch. The machine was about 1.5 years ago, can something have been fixed there? She is already 30 years old.

Presumably camshaft damage S1000R
Hoi together, I bought a used BMW S 1000 R privately in September 2021 Year of construction 2016 with 13400 km. After the purchase I first had to get to know the machine and at the beginning of this season I always noticed a quiet kind of clacking / rattles in a constant from 4,000 revolutions it became louder and louder. Current mileage is at 16400 km. That can not be healthy my first guess was on the chain tensioner, because the machine always at the start a loud rattle of itself now I suspect a camshaft damage with abrasion of the towing lever. Callback from BMW ? Is it a known problem of the series ? Does anyone have experience what it looks like with culant from the manufacturer ? Does any of you have similar experience with its S 1000 and can give me possibly a hint ? ?? The previous owner called the rustling as completely “normal” only it has now become ever louder and louder over time.

Supersports Driving behaviour
Hello, I hope I get a few helpful answers here. To me, I am a beginner and own a super sportsman with ABS and a few electronic things zb like rainmode, I have a few questions about this. I read and hear a lot that you should not brake with the front brake at step speed? Can anyone explain this to me more precisely? With a 600 nakedbike this was all no problem. On the Internet I find unfortunately not much. Can you with a supersport What do I have to pay attention to when it rains for braking behaviour? I was just riding nakedbike before, but I don’t think that you can compare it. Now the last question is ?? there are many rides that are stamped out of gravel and sand and therefore tight, can you ride on it without any problems? Or do you rather slip away because the tyres of an athlete don’t have a lot of grip? I am happy to receive further tips from experienced bikers.

Hello guys, I have completely overtaken my K100. Unfortunately after assembling, I noticed that the engine is not running properly! Turns suddenly up and down again without someone giving gas!! Power off ! Does not drive more than 60kmh ! I have motogadget Motoscope Pro installed but shows it no speed ! Did I myself buy reverberator adjuster and set it myself, but I don’t know if I did it right! I have the same problem with original wire harness and origi nale throttle valve. Almost all parts are renewed’ Ignition coil, cables, candles, battery, complete harness Motogadget, I don’t know the problem what there is! Unfortunately I forgot to mark the reverberator during the removal! Did I rotate 2 times crankshafts! I think the setting con Hall sensor is not quite correct now! Does anyone have a solution for this?

Beginner motorcycle BMW R100RT
My father died and now his beloved BMW R100RT is in the garage. I’m currently taking the A-leaving license and considering whether I want to continue driving this great motorcycle. I like this motorcycle and sitting alone that feels great. It’s from the year 1990 and of course without ABS. What is your opinion about it? Is this big heavy motorcycle the right “beginner” vehicle or should I sell you and start with something else???? . Greetings Patrick

Equipment , Packages
Hello I am re-entering after about 30 years. Have already driven several machines (rented, sample) among them also the F 900 R. Now my question to you which equipment (packages) have you configured for this? Or since you even satisfied with the base? I find the larger the selection the greater is also the torment of the selectable features. Which packages are useful, which can be left out of it? Thanks in advance

Starter runs without ignition and does not run out
Hello together, I have the following problem. Yesterday I took a short lap with my S 1000 R BJ 2017 only about 6500 km down, turned. Motorcycle went on without any problems, nothing strange noticed. Short stop after 2 km, air controlled, restarted, no problem. After another 20 km, again short stop, maybe a minute break… Problem :ahh: Starter just rolled up, did not stop until the motorcycle was completely “dead” after a few seconds. Woman called, who came after a battery, which was very warm, but not hot, but I found funny. So, Moped left overnight, wanted to charge the Baterie at home … 5.4 V residual voltage, so in the bucket. Today bought a new, built-in, as soon as the battery was connected the good started to hop away because the starter immediately started again (no key in the bike). Well… motorcycle then started anyway and hoped for miraculous healing, drove home, miracle healing not a The new battery was already unloaded on 11.4V, after about 15 min drive.. Starter roll immediately after he has “saft”. So the relays under the seat removed (yellow and green) all tested, switching flawlessly…. now…desperate What could have been “fixed” there where would you most likely suspect the problem? I would be very grateful about every advice LG Andi

Hello together, I am 1.93 m tall and I am looking for a motorcycle that fits well to my size. Which generations of( BMW S1000rr) can you recommend, where it is worth testing to drive? I am particularly interested in which models are ergonomically best suited for large riders. Do you also have tips for used motorcycles up to 10,000 €, which I should definitely look at? I have found almost only contributions to the latest generations so far and would recommend Thank you in advance for your help!

BMW R18 times tested
Hello everyone, have a nice weekend and come through the heat! I drove the BMW R18 times sample. I think of it as the first thing, when I look at the two monstrous cylinders. 1.800 ccm – boxer in its perfection. In addition: chrome, no cheap plastic, metal, and valuable workmanship – just the way they used to build motorcycles. As I liked the cruiser, very much you here:https://youtu.be/cV3sPg2kYvE
