Hello in the round, I’m thinking about whether my next car will be an XPeng G9 performance. An important factor is the trailer load and the consumption as I want to pull a trailer. The trailer load would fit, but has someone already pulled a trailer with the G9 and can say something about the consumption? How about the assistance systems? Will they be shut down or restricted in trailer operation? Would I be happy if there are experiences/knowledge about this already. Thank you in advance!

( Germany ) We are in despair, the dealer here in Berlin is more than unable (will only sell, no service) and an E car workshop can’t go any further. Who knows a (contract) workshop for the little one? Error description: After a travelled journey the error occurs, sporadically not provocative, that the driving stage (forward or backward) cannot be inserted. Sometimes the complete helps to switch off (when turning on the roadway may even be dangerous), sometimes the frequently pressing of the brake pedal helps. Sometimes nothing helps at all…… I would be happy about hints where we can get the repair. Thank you

Hello, I had the necessary software update OTA installed yesterday after collection of the vehicle. On the final check for changes I noticed that the DVR mode (video recorder) has fallen away and was replaced by DVR playback guardian mode which only renders recorded videos in the gen. mode. The previously existing possibility to turn on the recorder to record the camera view(s) e.g. as a dashcam during the ride has apparently failed. There is also no way to configure the app. Does anyone have any other insights? P.S.: The “watcher mode” works perfectly. In the sensitivity setting “Highly tested, in empty parking space, the recording started already when approaching the vehicle at approx. 2 m (movement detection). So not to be recommended in a busy environment… I’m testing the other sensitivity settings. Lt of a Chinese test on YT, with 3 EV – whereby the G6 is the best section – the current in the “Sentry mode” is pulled from the main battery in 24 h = 2h.

I’m very happy with the car. In some points you have to agree with the skeptics about Chinese cars. The radio reception is not always the best. The operation of the Info Intertainment is also not always easy. I rely on my dealer when purchasing spare parts, who confirms that this works without any problems. But also the standard equipment could be a bit more extensive. For example, it has no outside temperature indicator. Seat heating is only available for the driver. He doesn’t have lane hold assistants. etc. Otherwise, the equipment in my opinion is enough. However, something bothers me, is the time. Has anyone ever noticed that the clock is always going on for a few minutes after a certain time. To place the clock, you have to do a restart in the infotainment every time. (or know how to place the clock without the restart.) Otherwise I’m satisfied with the car as I said.

Hello, now that I have been driving my XPeng G6 performance for exactly 1 week and 500 km still very satisfied, I have found some defects that are not necessarily noticeable during a vehicle transfer: 1. hanging doors on both sides, when opening the doors “fall down by 1-1.5 cm, and when closing they are back up again “pressed” – photos attached – 2. capacity loss drive battery of 2-3% in 24 hours of service life (so-called “Vampir effect”), with corresponding range loss “over night”, without any consumer being connected to the vehicle on my part. 3. loud surging operating noise from the front area when/after activation, as well as during the entire operating time of the stand/remote air conditioning. (similar to grinding pump or Ritzel). Can someone also detect this with other G6 / Performance? In driving mode, the air conditioning system is completely noiseless. 4. Error message in the vehicle is displayed at the start of the charging process “Error at the charging connection”, i.e. the charging process is still resumed. If the battery level is reached 98%, the charging column suddenly stops?

We were interested in the Ford Puma GEN-E.
