Hello guys, I have a problem with my Citroen C1 II 1.2. Yesterday it was quite noisy on the highway. It got pretty poltert and rumbled. Then I immediately ran right and saw that the rear silencer hangs something wrong. On the left side it is fixed and on the right side, the bracket is broken or rotten. I fixed the whole temporarily with clamps/clamps so that you can drive. But it is not a definitive solution. Since it’s broken, you have to sort of weld it together again. Unfortunately, I recently sold my welding machine, because I didn’t need it anyway. And then something like that… How can I solve the whole problem without welding and without buying a new end pot? Citroen C1 – Water in the spare wheel mould
Hello and have a nice Sunday! I have a big problem… and that’s when the spare wheel pit in the trunk of my Citroen C1 (built in 12/2008) turns when it rains into a lake. A few days ago I accidentally took out the spare wheel during the spring cleaning of the little one and found out that under the spare wheel water was gathering. It was just under a millimeter high. I put it all dry and wiped it up. d clean. Then I put them back in and checked whether they were sitting right. Then I put the newspaper in the spare wheel-muld and also the spare wheel-muld at the place where it hits the bumper/case-room flap nicely lined with paper. Yes and then the storm with the cloud break and as I looked the other morning, was again the whole newspaper soaked through, really wet. Now my question is, if anyone can help me here and sa The trunk panels are all dry…

Keys lost from car rental C1! What now?!?!
Hello, since our C3 yes, as is currently written here in the forum, does not really work, we got a rental car from Citroen ( a C1, EZ: 2010 ). My wife has now lost the key when shopping. The stupid: the key is the name of the car house and the car’s license plate. What if the key does not show up again? The car house says, if necessary, the locks have to be changed. What does that cost? And who pays this? It is not a radio key and the C1 has no ZV. I have my insurance conditions of liability: Loss of private keys will be replaced up to 500 euros! Is this a possibility? Or pay them only if I lose my own key!??? Greetings

How do you drive the C1 (petrol) in general most economical? When to switch? When to go under?
Test my C1 (2008, petrol) to get it on the 5L/100km or even under it. Currently I am at 5,8L/100km (winter, city/country). A few questions, whether city, country or highway.

C1 Peripherals
I now drive my C1 exactly since the 13.01 .2009 (1st series) – then brand new and still convinced after all the years and 183,000 km. The C1 is a very reliable and economical car. It is noticeable that the C1 uses Toyota genes. Defects so far: 45,000 km – Wapu changed as part of the warranty 134,000 km – wheel bearing replaced at the rear 171.000 km – rear silencer replaced (own direction) All maintenances (except the unique brake fluid change) I myself have dur The average fuel consumption is just under 4 l/100 km. The first 7 years long distance at least 52 km and back, for a 3/4 year only short distance.

C1 Repairs / Change
Drive now for almost three years the C1 petrol engine. Have since the 70100 km on the speedometer. My question to you. When should one replace the control chain / water pump? Are there other important parts that must be changed? I changed in time only 2 bream lights and at the front right the Simmerring. My oil change intervals were at: 1. 15,000 km (at Citroen) 2. 44,000 km (at ATU) 3. 70,000 km(at ATU) As oil I use 5W40. Because of the warranty I have at 15,000Km made only the only service at Citroen. Since then only refuel and drive. Ask for numerous comentars.

Contract workshop for inspections C1 area Düsseldorf searched
Good morning together, I’m now on the verge of the 1st inspection (15,000) of my 4 month old C1. I’m on the road a lot and will therefore be allowed to inspect quite often. There seem to be big differences. I would be very happy if a contract workshop in Dueseloof or surroundings can be recommended here, which is reasonable and affordable. Thank you in advance and always good ride.

C1 1.4 HDI – used with 50 tkm ??? how durable is the little one ???
Hello, actually I wanted an Aygo, 107 or C1 with the 3-cylinder petrol. The car is driven 70% in the city and rest of the country road, about 10,000 km / year. Now I have found a nice C1 with the diesel. How durable / repair prone is the small engine? How expensive are repairs? Can one retrofit a filter with the actually one? What do you mean with my profile the extra price with tax and insurance? Greeting

Help! Does my C1 II have no secondary air pump?
Hello guys, it’s me again. My car makes buzzing noises at the start of the cold. The workshop read out the error and said that the cat is defective… A nice member gave me the tip to check the secondary air pump or replace it. Bloss now comes my problem – where can I find it? I have already looked for pictures on the internet to search for them in the engine room. Without success. Can you tell me where to find them and if the Citroen C1 a such pump at all?
