Moin, as a man-made follower of French automobile construction, could soon be a Citroen with me. I like the most C3 and DS4, although the latter is probably not quite in the budget. I would like to spend a maximum of 10,000 euros plus a 2012 Megane dCi with 100 tkm, for which I hope about 7,000 euros in exchange. It should definitely be the equipment line Exclusive, and either 82 or 120 hp, preferably the latter if possible. That’s a 1.6L suction with a steering chain, Right? Something like that is going in the right direction: http://suchen.mobile.de/…/197743577.html?… My questions: Does the engine have known problems? I mean to have read mixed from something older VTi 120. What features are mandatory? I definitely want Zenith, but my girlfriend says that the car looks like a man with a brow bell Does the Navi do something? I am grateful for every input!

Board computer reports defective lamps
Hello, it’s about a Citroen C3 HDI 110 FAP built in 2007. In winter the on-board computer reported: “devil headlights defective” So I went out and see, all the lights still went. The message was also nothing new for me, actually he spat out this message every winter and 1-2 weeks later the dipped light was defective, which he also correctly recognized and reported in case of actual defect. So I did not do anything for that reason. more false error messages spit out: “Brake light defective, fog closeers defective, etc.” Meanwhile it is so bad that he sometimes beeps for 2 minutes and longer on one piece because he ratters all the lamps once and reports you as defective. Stupid is only that everyone is healed! It is so annoying by now that I have started to change all the lamps gradually. Soon I am through with all once, but it has brought nothing. Last weekend is back right the whole Lighting panel failed, which led me to deal with the problem a bit more precisely. It turned out that the plug had a wobble contact on the ground. I successfully removed the problem. However, I noticed that at the back there are 10V on the left side and 11,5V on the right side, which should not be his. Which is the correct voltage 10, 11,5 or 12V? Where is the on-board power supply controller at the C3 so that I can start can you measure whether the voltage is wrong or the line is to blame? Does anyone else have any idea what the problem with the wrong error messages might be?

Potential purchase of a C3 Pluriel
Hello I’m looking for my first car at the moment and I’m looking for a Citroen C3 Pluriel 1.4. He didn’t get down until 62214 km when I first registered in September 2003. 73 hp and a petrol engine. It should cost 2990 €. According to the listing 3 previous owners had what makes me slightly stunned :/ According to the last inspection report no big defects. Now I have looked around on the Internet and have to read many weaknesses but also strengths of this eye-catcher. I ch would like to know from someone completely constructive: Is this car recommended or should I rely on the numerous fault assessments (e.g. roof leaks, loud etc) and look around me further? Maybe someone has experience and can tell me what’s up to these reviews and what’s not. Wouldn’t want to completely rely on all the reviews on the internet and would like to get some more opinions. Oh and what I would like to know: How much rain holds a convertible roof like that? Because unfortunately the car should be outside. Thank you very much for every answer! I hope it is allowed if I make the ad available via link so that potential helpers can get an idea of it : http://suche.mobile.de/…/195454719.html?…

Question on consumption C3 1.4 16V (88 hp).
For 1 year we drive in the family a C3 Confort 1.4 16 V with 88 hp. Except for a recall action (generator) so far no problems with the car. What surprises me is the consumption. Although the car is mainly used in the short distance area (but in the country) . Occasionally also bigger rides. Has now 9000 km. down. On average the car still consumes almost always over 8 liters. Last I had as previous peak an average of 8,7. Is the consumption normal with the car? Citroen itself indicates a maximum of 8.1 l. for city traffic. I tried to search here already, but unfortunately did not find it. Makes me stubborn, because the company car of my father (Golf GTI, 200 HP) needs with the same use “only” 9.8 l.. And from the performance the C3 is far away and still swallows powerful – probably a thirsty guy.

Citroen C3 Aircross – Particle filter announcement for petrol engines – Update
I have followed the discussion and your contributions with interest. With the exception of the proud buyer with the written (contractually valid) statement concerning the particle filter (delivery July 2018) I cannot confirm this impression as my previous queries at Citroen NL in Berlin-Brandenburg have not made any clear commitments at the present time. It is always said that this comes at the beginning of 2018 – for the cars that already want to be sold (so my experience) k I had received a mail from Citroen Deutschland in which clearly the Euro 6 d temp. for this petrol engine (Puretech 110 EAT 6) confirmed, but the reality looks different here. There is probably no printed-so-paper-brochure this could also be a hint. It seems to me that the “mother” Peugeot is still slowing down because there you want to bring out the new 2008-Anfag 2018 with particle filter…. Let’s see how the Developing things further…

Used purchase – Citroen C3 (2016) Pure Tech 82 Shine – How many km are ok?
I would like to buy the current Citroën C3 and have been on the Internet and on the phone for days, I have already done a test drive. I finally found a few offers. The Citroën would be my second car after an Opel Vectra B built in ’96 and therefore in many ways a big jump. Now it is that they told me 2, 3 times in terms of things, like “such a new car, you can’t buy that with 20,000km. That’s what you do with a ‘n’ euen’ car for 13.000€ simply not” – I used the Opel at the time with 110,000 km, but since this was my first car, it was not so bad or important etc. and it lasted almost 5 years. The cars are usually not older than 18 months and fluctuate from 8.000-25,000km I am now a little unsure – of course, you never know with a used one how it was driven and with so much money you don’t want, of course, that the predecessor the thing somehow “scratched” for hr. As an example I had selected a Shine incl. Navi, return camera, and Keyless System for the price of 12.690€. Admission 08/2017, 24,000 km on the hump and I was told directly that this was ‘too much km’ for such a purchase. I don’t know if the question itself is a bit stupid, I am simply a little unsure now.

Citroen C2 1.4 VTR Automatic/Half Automatic BJ 2003 Problems
Good morning dear community, I bought my first car in March this year, a Citroen C2 1.4 VTR 73ps Bj september 2003 automatic/semi-automatic transmission. Since the original radio wasn’t enough for me, I had built a new radio, everything ran out. Suddenly the car just ran out at the intersection. He paged 3 times and went out. I turned the car off, did nothing. This happened to me 2 times. Then my friend and his good friend (both cars Me) said Chatroniker), that it would probably be on the radio. So the old radio was installed again and everything ran again 2 weeks without problems – until yesterday I just remained on the highway. He beeped again 3 times and did nothing, no gas, just jumped in the STEHEN into the 2nd gear, 1st gear could not put in at all, the engine did not even cry anymore. After 20 minutes a couple pushed me on the side stripes, again nothing went. After about 30 minutes he ran like r quite normal. So I continued on the federal road, again he paged 3 times (happily then I drove to the side in the grass) and went out. Again the same game from the front. My friend, my mother, father, and the good friend of my friend had already informed me on the highway. On the federal road finally my friend and his buddy arrived. After a total of 2 hours drive home I arrived at home. My friend drove the car, until home everything was good. Later he told me that they had stayed on the way to his screwdriver hall (20 min away) 2 more times. Afterwards they had found out a trick, they turned off the car, turned it on again, started the reverse turn, finally the first gear and he drove again. Both of them are from a gear damage, I bought the car privately. Does anyone know this problem, maybe had the same situation? Is it perhaps another problem? Thank you in advance for your answers.

C3 blower problem…Please for help!!!
Hello, the blower from my C3 just went out during the ride today and doesn’t run again until now. I had it on the highest level because it was very warm in the car. Have the fuse F18=Blow and F15=air conditioning system already checked, but are both OK. I also checked the plugs of the actuators etc in the passenger compartment. What can this be? While searching on the board I couldn’t find so much that helps me. Data: C3 Exclusiv HDI 70 / BJ: 2004 / Klimaa utomatics Thank you [translated by motor talk from the topic ‘C3 – blower no longer works’.]

Refurbishment/refurbishment (C3 2002)
Our C3 is a 1.4HDi SX 50kW. With my tank display I always have a fault. Although the tank is full, the display starts to flash and to beep like when jumping on reserve tank. Here is a video of the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hmX6QtZjV_c I could fix it then for several months by adding winter additive, but last autumn it appeared again and comes sporadic again and again. It will probably be the sensor defective (glued float) The problem is quite annoying because sometimes the error appears again and again during a trip and then you have 10 minutes nerve-killing long-term beep. I have already googled myself quite crooked, also in French forums (fleteur de reservoir, jaugeur, level de essence, capteur etc.), but have found so far no information where the part is located let alone a removal instruction. Does anyone here possibly have a plan? Is the part possibly under the bench? Thanks in advance for all the tips!

Renew threshold
Good evening, today the Tüv unfortunately had no plaque for me… All right, except for both thresholdrs. We agreed that it only needed a new “outer sheet” and that this should be incorporated at best in point welded. Is okay for me. The sheets offered on the internet vary between 30 – 130 euros and more. I tend to be a solid and also somewhat more expensive variant, but am not sure what I buy there…? There are “full threshold” repair plates like this one. My questions are: 1. What are the differences between a full swinger and a repair sheet? 2. Is a full sleeper different in the installation / welding process? What is different? 3. How would you do it? Thanks and LG Töfli
