Hello, someone has already been successful on a new (2016/2017) C4 Picasso a network connection for access to TomTom traffic data, weather, … setup? Apparently, something has to be registered/unlocked here by the dealer (e.g. according to some UK customers). My dealer (in Austria) meant that this is still being worked on and is not yet possible with us. Does anyone else in .at/the German-speaking region have any experience here? I fear with the topic map updates wi rd similar chaos prevail. Has anyone here heard how this happens with the new Connect Nav systems (TomTom, no longer Here Maps)? MfG

SECURITY RISK at the C4 Picasso Grand: parking brake attracts automatically during driving operation!!!
Perhaps a case has become known, which is comparable to ours? This would certainly help to find more understanding among the defense experts (with this reference for the actually experienced procedure). Our vehicle braked quite suddenly and unexpectedly “in driving operation” fully automatically (!!) at approx. 40 kmh – to a standstill, fortunately in urban traffic ….. Conclusion Citroen-Germany: This from the headquarters by remote diagnosis (PKW in the specialist workshop) The reason for this is “hand-operated driver”. Recommendation: “The C4 is technically impeccable. You can therefore drive with the vehicle absolutely safely”. This does not convince us, because the cause of the error has not been found so far. We do not drive the car anymore because of fear of the repetition of the event. Our bad luck that the error occurred with us for the first time and there are no more witnesses? The dealer has been trying for two weeks now, the demanded hindrance The result is not foreseeable. Is there a tip in the matter? How do you get your right to error-free goods? Or is there only the right path with an expert? For hints we are grateful.

Exhaust gases in the interior
Hello dear Citroen municipality, I have been having a problem with my 1.6 HDI Citroen C4 for a long time. When standing/waiting at the traffic light, exhaust gases enter the interior. The funny thing is that there is an error from time to time “Service”: Control speed defective. From this point on, so when the emergency program is running, no exhaust gases enter the interior. At the next restart, all errors are gone and exhaust gases arrive when standing in the interior. I don’t know which component in the emergency prog and why then no exhaust gases come into the interior. Thank you for your help.

Hello, the My Citroen app is in itself a great thing. Nevertheless, the question about data protection: In the app you can see very exactly the individual journeys, date, time, place of departure, destination, etc. If you want to keep a travel book, certainly helpful. However, I want to know how to prevent this. The app could be misused. So how can I prevent Citroen from collecting and storing the data at all? In extreme cases, for example, the employer (fa The question cannot be solved by not using the app, because the data seems to be determined and stored in any case. Or can I at least determine how long it may be stored? With a storage period of a few minutes, I might still be able to make friends with it. Thank you for your help. Offer Exchange Car dealership Grand C4 Spacetourer
Hello, I have a short question: I live in Austria and have been driving a C4 Grand Picasso BlueHDi 130 S&S EAT8 (Feel Edition incl. additional packages (assistant package, steering Bi-Xenon headlights, drive package without stop function, emergency bike) since 2017. Currently we have about 55,000 km at the speedo and there is also no accident damage or similar. I had the service or “pickerl” done diligently and well every year, everything wonderful. Now the car dealership has called me that the C4 Grand Spacet ourer is left open by Citroen and they want to give me this info because they call all the owners to give them the chance to buy a new car again. For my current vehicle they would “offer”, according to them the list price is now at 11.500 €. For the new C4 Grand Spacetourer in Feel Edition I should then pay about 34,000 €, i.e. I would have to pay about 21,000 €. At the ÖAMTC (ADAC) query I get the info that my car is currently worth about 14.700 € . but so around the turn I would get between 13,000-15,000 euros now. With a new price of 34,000 € it actually says that I would have to pay about 19,000-21.000 € for a worse equipment and lower version, but of course would have a new car for it. I paid for my car just over 26,000 € then, because I got BC conditions at that time, unfortunately not anymore. From my point of view now the change is not really worthwhile. Nevertheless, I wanted euc h ask for your opinion, because I just don’t know about the car market at the moment and maybe this subjective feeling could be wrong. How do you see it? Will the C4 Grand Spacetourer really be hired? They also meant it is not a successor in sight, there will be more SUV in the future. Is that so? What recommendations would you have? I am simply grateful for your opinion, because as I said, I am actually overwhelmed by the “history” and of course a nudgement. want to make a future decision, because my boys are only about 4 and 2 years old and we probably still like to have a lot of room for more Thanks for your effort!

C4 Grand picasso – Engine Question 155 THP
Hello, I’m new here and I’ve read a lot. Great forum, great community. I’m probably going to buy a Citroen for the first time in my life! I happen to have discovered the C4 grand picasso at the dealer. A super cute car, the panoramic disk is the hit, as well as the dashboard! So I even moved away from my previous MUST, namely sliding doors. But a very different question: I’m very interested in THP 155 (156hp). For the time being FocusKombi (Bj2011) with 1.6 ecoboost and 155hp , it is also fun ( consumes 7.6l on average). For me, the diesel is out of the question. But almost all tests and forum questions revolve around a diesel. The gasoline players are almost ignored. Do you have experiences, what to say about the engine? I find maximum speed and acceleration of 0-100 appealing. (Please no issue, whether the petrol is the right one for me or not better implementation.. . I take the beziner or no- this has personal reasons that don’t have to play a role here).. Love thanks for experiences and hints. Consumption does not st my main topic, since I get mostly sprit paid by the AG. And by the way another question: the 12 ́ ́ HD Bildschrim is still missing with the line Seduction: do you miss the, how do you get the information alternatively? I tend to the seduction at the moment, because this is enough and has everything I need or can order and but stay cheaper. For me only the HD screen is questionable. Last remark: I can’t get a petrol truck to the test here, all diesel vehicles, therefore my question here 😉

Hello together. I have a Grand C4 Picasso in mind. 2015er, 2.0 110kw BlueHDI Question: Can you share with me your experiences with the automatic and manual transmission? I recently had a KIA Carens 2.0 GDI automatic which I liked very much. However, I had to manually intervene with the pedals because this transmission had just very bad switching times. It switched very late, which went on my nerves and of course also in ́s wallet. the question how your experiences with automatics and switches at the Grand C4 Picasso are and which transmission would you recommend to me. 6 gear automatics or 6 gear switches? Engine error / motor control light + loud fans after vacation
Hello together, since yesterday a problem with my 2011 C4 155 THP. I got off the holiday on Monday after 2 weeks. A short round to the shopping turned (no 5km). On the parking lot to the home way then at engine start “Motor error – Please let repair” in the on-board computer (more or less the wording) + motor control light. Since then the cooling at the start of the engine goes on full thrust and runs after shutting off the engine also on full thrust. So I did not even after s I had not noticed any defects before the holiday. Did anyone ever notice that? What could that be? Due to the “longer” service life I might have thought of martenbiss or could anything else have changed by standing? Thankful for every tip! <3

Citroen C4 Grand Picasso I (2008) is very funny – file number XY MYSTERIÖS
Dear Motortalker, I have a riddle for all citroen and/or air suspension experts: our 2008 C4 Grand Picasso 2.0 petrol engine, approx. 150,000 km, has been sagging again and again since recently. But it is not clear what it might be like. It’s up to my hair… Here I have summarized the most important findings: 1. it doesn’t always pick up, and it is absolutely confusing: at home it sucks off about 50%, at work at 100%, when shopping never (really!) – and it’s in all 3 falls. I’m going crazy! 2. He’s always sitting on both sides evenly from 3. Sacking happened “over night” at first. So at some point after many hours he was down. Meanwhile it’s when he sucks off so that the air goes out directly when parking. So even when you get out, the ass is chopping down OR you still hear air escapes. 4. The pumping up usually only passes when the engine is already running. Sometimes even when you roll off. That means it’s s 5. It is definitely not related to the weather. Does anyone have any idea? My regular workshop is not a Citroen professional and it is going to do a huge diagnosis for a lot of money as I know it. Blasebalge is unrealistic based on this strange behavior – as is the compressor, but it is even more so. Or? Is there a valve or a sensor that could spin? I am happy about anyone who has anything to do with it. Please help me before I go to the workshop without any idea. I thank you already in advance and keep my fingers crossed.
