Hello to everyone, I’ve been C4 driver with the Pure Tech 130 engine since 2016. The vehicle is year 2015 and was bought by me at a PSA branch as a used car. Until 2 months ago I was very pleased with the vehicle, especially I was enthusiastic about the engine. Meanwhile the car has 76,000 km on the speedometer. The enthusiasm is now gone. A month ago the engine on the highway fell into the already operation and at the same time the brake power amplifier failed, so a e highly dangerous situation. The workshop diagnosed a “dissolving of the timing belt”. The rubber particles had spread in the engine oil and also blocked the sieve of the high pressure pump, which led to the failure of the braking force. The damage was repaired and a bulwark application was made, but which is not yet approved. After the repair I drove still about 4000 km and noticed a high oil consumption, which I also reported to the workshop. This suggested to me an accurate documentation of the consumption I did not come to this point, because today the car stopped on the motorway again, only ran on a cylinder and from the exhaust came recognisably burnt oil. The workshop now proposes to me an replacement of the engine for 6300 €. Kulanz offers it in the amount of 25%, which is not yet certain. I know that this is not a new car and that the guarantee expired a year ago. Nevertheless, I think that it is an unding that a car with 76000 km has an engine-total damage. What do you mean? Hello, I already had the problem a few weeks ago that I had received the message “Error parking brake: let vehicle repair” and “Berganfahrhilfe defective”. I got a Citroen C4 08/2012, 1.6HDI (3001/AKX) After this message the mountain starter aid really didn’t work anymore. After every restart of the engine the message went away and then came only a few time later and the mountain starter aid worked again. Since yesterday however, I get :”STOP! Error braking system: stop vehicle” It lights up the “handbraking symbol” (so an unfinished “circle” with the exclamation mark in it) In the manual it says that the brake fluid is empty. I still drove on, but now I wanted to see if there is any liquid in it at all. We have in Berlin -2 degrees and when I had turned up the cap, there was a quasi “layer” that was frozen. If I look at this from below, I see the reason and what black The brake fluid was renewed/replenished as part of a major maintenance in January 2021 (this year), braking system was also ventilated, etc. It was filled up 1 liter. I never had such a problem. I can now of course simply buy and refill DOT 4, but first I don’t think that this is good while there is dirt and second the problem is not solved. I did the inspection in January, would call there on Monday and try so fast w I’ll put some pictures on, maybe you can help me. Hello dear readers In August 2019 I bought a Citroen C4 Spacetourer (new). In this vehicle the directional speed specifications (50, 60, 80 etc.) are missing in the navigation device via satellite. Also no signal detection is not available – sad but true! Especially when driving on overland roads these specifications are very helpful and were to date available on all navigation devices I knew. Who has experience and can give me advice as to how to get a suitable n additional device comes that I could install and use independently of the navigation device in the vehicle. Can I conclude that my exhaust gas cleaning also has a “fraud software” or that there is another “error” annual output August 2015 to August 2016: 12,200 km, AdBlue consumption: 7 liters (~0.6 L/1000km) annual output August 2016 to August 2017: 11. 600 km, AdBlue consumption: 9 liters (~0.8 L/1000km) This is only about half of the expected consumption. On the internet you will find a real consumption of about 1.5 liters on 1000 km travel distance. My diesel consumption is about 6.4 liters/100km – that indicates the way of driving!?! What is a normal consumption of AdBlue for my vehicle? What did you do if you have determined similar values? Hi, I have a question. I drive a C4 Cactus Diesel, and I noticed on the weekend with the obligatory check (oil, wiping water etc.) that my cooling water is already a clear piece under min. Was a good 2 – 3 years ago already under it, then I was simply given a little sip of water in the workshop. But now I want to fill it up a little properly. As far as I have searched correctly, for the cars G33 and G34 is pre-arranged. G34 is in the tank, I guess, is G34 in it. Can I then just tip G34 over? G34 is getting on the internet in proportion but very rare. There are also many universal ones…. Are they going or would G34 be the better choice here? About experience or advice I would be very grateful, or the chance to get G34 on the tank is certainly very low, isn’t it?

Hello together, at the SA I wanted to start a small trip with my family (woman + 3 little children) (400 km one-way) after 12 km of mountain trip we had beeped and stop standing. Oil pressure too low. Error disappeared again. Came again and disappeared again. So vice versa and car turned off. Phenomenon occurs at left turns. So I thought vl. too little oil oil stick showed oil level nicely in the middle. So about 1/2 liters refilled. Error still comes. No massive oil loss available. Ke in oil in the water. Error memory empty. Should I try again to change a 5W-40 oil pure? Built 07 1.6 Hdi 80 KW I suspect that he is actually dead. Too bad. Had a Zafira as “Leihauto” from my sister. Hi. I changed the timing belt in my own direction. Engine runs and starts well but on top he pulled from 6000. He doesn’t do that anymore. Think the cam adjustment doesn’t start any more. I’ve done very hard to find the sockets of the camshaft. I hit a point on the left on about 19/20 clock. A passagehole. Right also at about 19/20 clock. Since the sockets are always symmetrical on the Internet, that surprised me. Can someone with the P Or does anyone have an idea what might have gone wrong?
