Hello everyone! I have a problem with the wiper water pump from our Berlingo (Bj 11/2002). Since it was very cold for us the last time I think the water pump was frozen (we already had the last winter). But when the temperatures normalized again, the pump still did not go . Now my next idea was the securing for the pump. The manual (12/2001) was not much help to me. The fuses make a , in the visual control, good impression. I am grateful for every help, as the TÜV is standing in front of the door. MFG Adi

cart suddenly takes no gas
Hello, here’s a question to the expert. We suddenly didn’t have any more power on the highway when speeding up. The car is rolled out, it buys stationary gas, there’s no fault on the on-board computer. The car is starting normally, but it doesn’t take gas, in a!ten vehicles I would say a gas train is torn. So now the vehicle came into the workshop. The workshop found an empty urea tanker and as a result of this reason explained a complete exhaust system as defective t. damage ca 5-600€ When I looked at the damage, I noticed a hose, in which the inner wall was detached from the external one. This hose goes below the engine to the turbocharger. The friendly one told me that the hose also broke through the overpressure. I think much more that only the hose collapsed and therefore no air went through, why the air mass meter took back the sprite supply, and therefore only s My questions now to the expert What happens with a hdi engine when the urea container is empty, and agrees with my guess about the defective hose. The company took advantage of my emergency situation (we needed a car to get on vacation, no one was to get a rental car at short notice) and sold us another car, at the same time for the old still 500€ offered for overseas. Thanks in advance for professional information Boldorwolle

Buying advice Citroen Berlingo Multispace
Hello, in advance, yes, I have used the search and found no suitable post. My wife and I, we are currently planning to buy a Citroen Berlingo as a practical family car. It is already certain that it will become the Berlingo. I just want to know what I have to pay special attention to at the Berlingo? Weak points? I don’t need to worry about rust, said one salesman to me. 12 years warranty on rusting and fully galvanized car bodies. It is to become a diesel. the engines mature and durable? I only drove VW and Audi and therefore don’t know me at all at Citroen. We have models in mind that were built between 2009 and 2012. We don’t want to spend more than 1200€ in any case. Merchant purchase would also be best, as we then have at least 1 year warranty.

What kind of childhood diseases has the new Berlingo 3
Hello you, I want to buy a new car soon. It will be a family car. I like the new Berlingo 3 very much (HDI 110 Ps). Now my question, since I have never had a Frenchman. What diseases does the new Berlingo have? I have already been informed about something from a “Poltergeist”. Some owners were talking about noises in the chassis (lutes clacking and polter). Also the gearbox is not spared. In the electrical system it seems to give me problems. . Please indicate whether you have a petrol or diesel. Greetings

Hanging problem coupling train Berlingo
Hi, I have a problem introducing the clutch pedal into the clutch pedal. It slips out of me again because I can’t get it down properly. In the mortor room I pressed clutch rods together with the screw clamp. In the drive room I have a problem getting it into the mounting part so that it is hung in the very bottom of it. Do I have to hang the rope completely in the engine room first? But then I won’t get it over the pole later??? How do you do that??? Do you really need help Thank you.

Citroen C8, 2.0 HDI 163 hp, year 2013. Low pressure box exchange Garett 806499, Citroen 0375R1, engine RHH
Hello, as the title says, one of you has already changed the vacuum box with 163hp in the model? According to various sources there were contradictory statements turbo center and repairer where I had bought turbo and sent back read the negative pressure box three screws on the attachment and “securing” on the Vertseller VTG etfernen, hook out and install new can.No adjustment, probably goes automatically ? A workshop and an experienced screwdriver as well as si and the opinion of the models C4 and C5 with 128hp I believe until 2008 will be set with sheets / plates. Lt. Citroen no documents for setting is also not provided, whole turbochargers exchange. Sure! Whole problem is that the poti/receiver always gives 100% signal position as feedback to MSG. Water entry, /electronics defective. Pneumatic part is dense and only the sensor data works far apart(clear if always 100% are reported) and the car is up to 200 revolutions lame and sometimes dropouts. MSG can no longer rule it out. I would be very grateful for constructive help. VG from the Ruhrpott

Berlingo 7J5 EZ 2013 72KW suction tube/replace pipe from water pump to thermostat housing
Moinsen, where my girlfriend’s Berlingo was leaking the thermostat housing and he also dripped at the water pump. However, not at the front of the WaPu, but at the back where the connecting pipe runs from the WaPu to the thermostat housing. That’s such a miserable installed carrot. How can I get the stupid tube out there only without expanding the motor??? 5 hours today already choked around. Battery and holder is outside, thermostat housing is already out. WaPu I removed, but the misti Is it necessary to get the suction tube out of there? Air filter with housing I have already taken off and have seen from above 3 nuts that go to the suction tube and at the bottom side another one on the right and left. Is the suction tube only fixed with 5 nuts or have the funny engineers there still a few more nuts. What kind of an engineer does this crap??? Has anyone ever removed the suction tube without breaking their fingers? Would be grateful for every tip. Greeting Achim

Problem with defective automatic transmission!
Hello, Our vehicle is a Pössl Campster based on a Citroën Jumpy Spacetourer. It is the version 2L Blue HDI 180 hp with the automatic transmission ETA8. Our vehicle was approved in December 2020 and has about 147,000 km. The problem with our automatic transmission began with symptoms where the 4th and 6th gears were skipped. A first diagnosis indicated a problem with the solenoid valves for the 4th and 6th gears (error memory P0729 and P0734). our workshop was saying that this could probably be fixed by a software update. During the examination by the workshop and according to all methods for diagnosing the problem, the transmission oil was finally drained and determined that it smelled burned. The final result of the diagnosis: The automatic transmission is defective and must be replaced. The workshop offered us to contact Citroën to have the damage repaired by culant. A few days later shared The workshop with us, Citroën gave us a negative answer because of the high mileage! What surprises us is that no oil sample was sent to Citroen for analysis of the contents! We have also been informed that there is currently no replacement automatic transmission available. At present we have an estimate for the replacement of the automatic transmission in the amount of 11,000 €! There are different opinions about the life of an automatic transmission and its maintenance. At Citroën it seems that it is The question is, what Citroën means by “life long” in terms of kilometers and duration? I would like to know if anyone has already had this experience and how it went out. Thank you for your efforts !!!

Wrong car battery
I hope that has a clue about you and can help me. My car battery is empty after 2-3 days. If I briefly solve the minuspole after driving and connect again it stops for several weeks. I would like to know what you think of the explanation. The battery has been changed by ATU. Chat GPT has delivered me the following. Yes, the Norauto car battery 41 (70Ah, 650A) can cause problems with the battery management (BMS) of your Citroën Spacetourer 1.5 BlueHDi xl. Here are the possible hen Impact: 1. Problems with the battery management system (BMS) • The Citroën Spacetourer (from 2018) has a self-learning BMS, which expects a battery with at least 720-800A CCA. • Since the Norauto battery has only 650A CCA, the BMS could classify the battery as weak, even if it works technically. • This can lead to misinterpretations of the charging state, for example: 2. Possible symptoms ? ECO mode remains active immediately ? The system disabled St type-stop to save the battery. ? Battery does not charge completely ? The BMS could not recognize the battery properly and stop the charging process early. ? Rest current problems ? If the BMS considers the battery to be weak, it can keep consumers unnecessarily in readiness, which can lead to faster discharge. ? Start problems in cold weather ? Especially in winter the lower CCA can lead to difficulties in starting. 3. Can the BMS adapt? • The Spacetourer has a self-learning system, but: • The battery must provide the right parameters for the charging process. • A battery with too low cold start current (650A instead of 720-800A) may never be recognized as “fully charged”. • The BMS can learn, but a too weak battery cannot become “stronger”. 4. Conclusion – Can there be problems? Yes, there may be problems as your Citroën expects a battery with higher start current. • In the short term, it can work, but the battery can be nte wear out earlier and start stop could be permanently disabled. • In the long term, unexpected discharges, loading problems or error codes can occur in the BMS.
