Hello, I drive a Berlingo B9, BlueHDI120, BJ. 2015. After I had the usual AdBlue problems last winter (pressure too low/high) and after a lot of research with an AdBlue-additive and repeated reset of the counter got under control (for 10 months error-free!), the Eoys-pump gave up the mind a month ago. This is now changed, but since then (since when exactly I don’t know) the DeNox-system does not speak anymore: Error U029D 87, no communication with the DeNox system. Unfortunately, the KM counter can no longer be reset… I am faced with the following problems/questions: – How can I get the AdBlue tank removed? When I release all the screws, the tank depends on the filling nozzle of the diesel tank. As far as I can see, I would have to remove the diesel tank or at least remove the supply line. First, the diesel would run out completely, second, the connection does not look dismountable at all… – According to my research, the data lines of the CAN bus would have to be approx. 2.5V each. If the AdBlue tank is plugged down, I measure 3.3V and 1.7V. All other devices speak well with the car. If the tank is plugged in, I measure 2.5V and 2.5V (e.g. on the plug of the Nox sensor). So the tank changes the voltages on the bus (sounds bad), but to the expected values! Here someone knows more, which values are in order, which devices still hang on the bus (and may be to blame) n) etc.? I’m still afraid of the cost of a new tank, as long as I can’t say for sure that the tank (or the internal control unit) is to blame, or as long as I can’t look at the control unit, if only one relay is defective, which I can replace… LG, Wolfgang

Citroen C8, 2.0 HDI 163 HP, Bj 2013 Help vacuum system hose loose
Hello, I am looking for one of you who also has a 163 at home which can help me further. I recently bought an above-mentioned C8 with allegedly turbo problems. I am newcomer to the brand. Because of strange turbo behavior I suspected leak in the vacuum system. When searching I found 2 hoses which are defective or loose and I do not know where to plug them again. This can solve my problem if necessary. Once the vacuum hose is the one from the back d the engine goes past the vacuum pump and was usually scrubbed by the air filter box. The other loose end didn’t find where that belongs. Right nearby is a bit thicker air hose thinking that is also loose and I don’t see where that should go. Put a couple of pictures with me and if one can tell me where to go with it I would be very grateful. Many greetings Asmir

Engine stable on the highway at RPM > 3000
I have the following problem with my Citroën Berlingo (110 Ps petrol from 2018, 70 000km +): In normal everyday life (urban traffic/urban road …) If the vehicle runs without big problems. A while ago the engine light went on after the engine start, but after a few restarts it went off again. Yesterday the real problem started: If you give gas on the motorway, so drive with such over 3000 revolutions* (5/6 gear) the engine goes into a kind of emergency mode. In the cockpit the STO lights up P lamp and the oil lamp (red) and the on-board computer prompts you to stop driving immediately (oil pressure is too low). The engine no longer takes any more gas. If you stop now and start the engine again, everything runs back to normal until you just exceed the above threshold. I have also read out the error memory today: p2176 throne actuator control system – idle position not learned The car goes to the dealer in a few weeks and I get a new one. That’s why I want now Does anyone have an idea what it might be or what I can do about it? Thank you in advance Paul * (The values might differ somewhat, I have not documented that so precisely now)

Change cooling water
Servus with each other, ́ got me a Citroen Jumpy as a everyday car. Bj 2003 2.0 Hdi with 94 HP. I changed the timing belt about 2 weeks ago. I changed the water pump with the same thing. When I only wanted to finish at night, I tipped Glysantin G48 into the car with my youthful sense of lightness… I then read a day later on the internet that silicate-free antifreeze has to be in the Jumpy. Now to the actual problem: I want to change the cooler water. b ́ tries to remove the lower hose from the cooler (I removed this fuse clamp). Unfortunately, no success, because the closure is extremely rusty. I tried to get the hose (lock also sprayed with rust releaser) out by turning, because the closure looked like it was like a bayonet closure. Is that right? Now my question: Is there another way to release the cooling water, so a drain screw or something? If not, how do you get the S The last possibility I can think of right now is cut open and pop out somehow. Thank you very much.

Berlingo/Partner 5MF NFU 1.6 16V – transmission code?
Moin, so slowly the French drive me into madness ;-( To the problem: – 2003 partner/Berlingo construction 5MF (i.e. Stino passenger version without snap and snap) – engine code NFU (1,6er 16V petrol with 81kW/109PS) – manual gearbox 5-speed Now the clutch is through and must filter new. Ergo – search lists… Result 1: transmission code MA (is the same as in the C2/C3 saxo, Picasso etc. with 1.4er 8V and 16V – i.e. 73 or 88p petrol) Result 2: transmission code BE4 or BE4R (which is normally a m 1,6er Hdi is located) ?????? And now comes the upper quirk: 200mm is given as a coupling measure – which is only 180mm with the 1.4er MA and with the BE4 220 or 210mm (depending on the manufacturer). Wat nu? Who lies? My catalogs stupidly also say everything possible – except that of PSA, who says only one number, which does not appear in any of the others as an OEM comparison number. Sorry, but sooooo rare is the box really not ;-( What comes out everywhere is that vehicles with GKB MA 18 I have a set of Sachs (No. 3000950020), which has 200mm and is supposed to be for the MA AND this car! Hmmh… Does it fit or does it not fit?????? Greeting Roman PS: Since you can read the GKB so “extremely good” in the built-in condition, I of course have to make the body delicti first before I am smarter. But then I can also measure. Here are two of the bizarre sources: http://www.mobilv erzeichnis.de/…/…gerüßecodes-gerüßeoversicht or http://www.mobilverzeichnis.de/…/…gerüßecodes-gerüßeoversicht

Infothread PSA high-roof comb
In the new PSA high-roof combis forum for Citroën Berlingo, Fiat Doblo, Opel Combo, Peugeot Rifter and Toyota ProAce City, the topics for these vehicles can be discussed in bundles. They all use the PSA EMP2 platform and are technically almost identical. The topics can also be found reflected in the respective brand areas. This means that an answer can also be seen directly there (no double contributions).

Y tires on eSpacetourer?
Hello everybody, in my vehicle license this is on our Spacetourer (electro) tyres of the size: 225/55 R17 101Y belong Y = speeds up to 300km/h The eSpacetourer regulates at 130km/h. Is there a higher sense for this or can I also have flaps in V (up to 240km/h) drawn up? What would be very easy to get with winter tyres…

grand picasso, berlingo3 or C8 ?
Hello, as our third child announces, we need a bigger car. We have to accommodate 3 children’s seats and have limited ourselves to C4 Grand Picasso, C8 or the new Berlingo. We drive by car into the holiday home holiday, so space for luggage for 5 people should be available. Which of the three vehicles above can you recommend? I have listed our Pros/Cons and hope for addition (e.g. maintenance, experience, safety, consumption values etc. Reperatura Thank you and greeting Frank Berlingo possibly too little comfortable, suitcases too small, only 5 seats, sliding doors, cheap purchase, little frills, children’s diseases?) Grand PicassoCoffe room too small for 2+3, children’s diseases?, no sliding doors, more comfortable and chic, max 7 seats C8 (or prefer Peugeot 807?) still expensive, “old” model, high maintenance costs? sliding doors, lots of space
