Hello people, I know, vlt a stupid question. Where can you wash your car by hand, so with buckets, water and car shampoo and sponge? So I’m looking for a place where there is water, and a place where the whole plot can then run?? Because, these SB washing machines with steam heaters, I can’t just stand there for 2 hours and clean the car thoroughly or yet? Would the car like to grow there as well. How or where can you get the whole real thing? MfG Jundei

Remove moss or green lining
Morsche together, after I have not found about the SuFu, I ask the experts here among you. How can I remove this green covering (moos) at the edges of the roof rail or at the door rubbers to the disc and so on best and above all most gently. With the high pressure cleaner I did not want to put the thing to rest, because the paint is still sacred and I actually did not want to have a new painting 🙂 Toothbrush is certainly not the banger, but what take I would be happy for one or the other tip. Thanks Kai

Car polishing as a beginner
Hello guys I don’t really know about car care and no real idea about polishing. The last years my car has a Golf 6 (Lack Pearl Black I mean but I can check again if that’s true) very little care seen at least briefly in the car wash. Now I wanted to do my car something good (and maybe the cars of friends) and have a bit of something to do at the moment. Since I am due to another Hobb ys (shrines) have bought a Festool Rotex 150 of which I have heard many times that this ideal (just for beginners) is suitable to polish cars through the simultaneous turning and eccentric movement. Now before I read into the whole topic in detail a few questions if my thoughts are going in the right direction and the whole can be realized at all. I hope that the polish looks like new (okay quite so great he doesn’t have to and that water gets dirt etc. better off, these ideas are realistic and what other advantages if there are still which ones has the polishing of cars? Is it possible for me as a beginner with craftsmanship to polish my car with the Rotex and get satisfactory results at the same time? What are absolute no go’s when polishing I still have no idea (e.g. do not polish the headlights) Do the costs for the equipment of the polisher I already have the Rotex, I had planned for all the polishing accessories so Pi times thumb 100€ is realistic? I would be happy about a few answers to my thoughts.

OT: Your funniest photos related to car care
Hello together, the long delayed part 2 of my ML preparation will appear today. I’m in the last moves, at the plastic seal, and have just searched the entire hard drive for a photo that was created before or during the first application on my TT. Push cake, found nothing useful, but for that a funny picture from 2011. And then I thought, why not, as is common in other forums, open a FunPic thread ? Unfortunately, there is no in the extra “talk” area, it will be in the middle of the “normal” topics, I hope no one bothers about it, otherwise I am not angry when the thread is closed. Please only post photos that have to do with car care in the broadest sense, and if necessary observe the rights of people depicted! __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ch capture the slight overdose of wax on the door. My subtitle to the picture is “Woman in the mirror”

Persistent dirt by linden on the paint
Hello dear forum community, I have a problem with my paint and hope you can help me. Unfortunately, I always have to park my car under trees/linds, so I unfortunately have a sticky mass on my car, which I can’t get down with a cleaner. In the last few months I have washed the car exclusively in the self washing system, a thorough polish took place last about 2 years ago. I have already used various polishes, but unfortunately I had with no success. Now I have heard from an acquaintance that isopropanol is supposed to help, but unfortunately this did not lead to my success either. After some/polishing I still have small points on the paint. Unfortunately I don’t know how to describe it even more precisely and I hope that the pictures give me a little clarity. Can someone give me a tip on what I can still try? Thank you.

Lacquer sealing on the new car
Hello, soon my new BMW will be delivered and I have to protect from the paint immediately by a sealing. I will use the sealing Cquartz UK from CarPro. Since I do it for the first time, I would like to know from those who already have experience what you think about this procedure: 1. Wash the car thoroughly. Start with the rims, then foam and then thoroughly wash with 2 buckets method. 2. Spray wet car with Iron X thoroughly, i.e. 3. Clean the paint with a gentle clay bar. Use without pressure and always with enough lubricant. 4. Degrease the paint, e.g. with Eraser. 5. Polish the paint with Essence from CarPro and prepare it for sealing. Essence will not be engreased with Eraser. 6. Apply the first layer of Cquartz UK thinly with the applicator in relatively no areas and remove after 20-30 seconds with a 320-350 GMS MFT. 7. When the first round is finished, after approximately one 8. Finally, apply Reload from CarPro with a 380 GSM MFT to the entire paint. 9. Do not wash the car for a week and do not let it get wet. 10. Always wash the car with the reset shampoo from CarPro.

Polishing and sealing Neuwagenlack? Collnite 476s?
Hey guys, I get my new Fiesta ST in Performance Blue in 2 weeks and yesterday at Lupos alone I spent a good 150 euros for new toiletries. Finally I bought this 2 Grit Guard bucket. With this car I want to make it perfect and wash it only with the 2 bucket method. If the car comes new, I will definitely wash it immediately and seal it with Collnite 476S wax. That should give the new car shine a nice look. After every laundry w I will treat it alternately with the P40 from Chemical Guys or the Sonax Detailer, in order to give the wax protection over and over again. But ask now, for me as a layman, the new car coat looks great. Would it make sense to polish it before? Menzerna 3800 Plus zb? So only a pure finish polish? How much can you get out of a new car with it? Even this polish has a slight removal to remove holograms etc., however, I do not know if this can be done with a new car. I don’t think it’s endless…I’m thinking about giving him a polish after a year.

Chef Chemistry
Hello, I have been using the products NanoMagicShampoo and the AllroundQuickShine for moped and car for years. I wash the vehicles 2-3 times a year and I like to drive the car (E46) into the washing machine. Now I wanted to polish my car by hand for some time and wanted to know which products from Koch Chemie are to be recommended. In the meantime I learned that I have to knead, then polish and then seal. I am also unsi So far I have always sprayed the cart with the hose, washed with a bucket of water / sponge and the NanoMagicShampoo and then leathered it. Do you ever get a foam with the NanoMagicShampoo? You see, I am quite inexperienced with the topic and don’t want to exaggerate it either. The box should just shine a bit better than before. Many greetings, Andreas
