  • Remove holograms and use LG

Hello! Yesterday I couldn’t see it anymore and cleaned my car with Poorboys Spray and Wipe and microfiber cloth, I didn’t dare with water at the temperatures. But I have always slipped out of circle movements and now the paint is unfortunately very easily provided with holograms. Now there has to be a solution with hand and foot, but I have planned it this way but must know from you if this fits: First Petzoldt’s filling polish, then Liquid Glass Pre-Cleaner and then a few layers of liquid glass The Ultimate Auto Polish/Finish. Or is there something duplicated? And what do I take best for cloths/swimmings? There is a sponge in the Liquid Glass, is it ok? What do I polish with?

  • Easy car maintenance

Hello I will soon get my new black car. How should I best proceed with the paint care? beforehand I used the search, but…. I have neither desire nor time to stand up every few weeks and to grow my car, to caress in a good way or anything else. The car is for me a useful object. I also do not have to sell before it again after 3-4 years. What I want is that it is reasonably clean and protected and the paint is not after ass d Friedrich looks. D.H. if I have to put on a hand once a year this is just OK, then it shouldn’t take the whole day, but not longer than an afternoon. (Where you can grill afterwards) Are the washing facilities (fabric) with Wax Really such a mess? About Nano you can argue, but somehow I think that’s almost the thing that I’m looking for. Wishes all still a nice weekend. Greeting spacefront

  • Decision for a WACHS !?!

Hello guys! I don’t want to bore you with the question which wax or seal, but would like to ask you to participate in a decision! I have everything necessary there, but I can’t make a choice for the right wax, that’s missing! The following problem: Have Lime Prime Lite from DODO and must say that stuff is really lace. Less lace, however, is the DODO SN, too hard and has not brought a special effect. In view of the price I don’t want to use it anymore. I decided for the Insulator of Collinite, this should be easy to process. Since I have only limited possibilities I need an easy to process wax. Problem I don’t know where to get it, at Lupus car care it is out of the assortment. Meguiars I don’t want, because the product range is too large, somehow it seems like the American Sonax. LG too elaborate in processing, several layers, external temperature dependent. What choice do I still have, dac hte maybe at R222. Which also has a good price -performance ratio and is available at any time on the market. Please make suggestions! Greeting and thanks.

  • Meguiars Carpet Interior Cleaner alleged forgery

Joke come out, you’re surrounded. I had a whole bath full of care products here a few weeks ago and ovp taken over from another member. The articles were absolutely impeccable before something is misunderstood here. Now I have sold everything I don’t need on eBay. Today then a noticeable complaint flutters into the mailbox, so the Meguiars Carpet and Interior Cleaner is not original. The packaging would not match, the smell does not and it would not I know that the bottle was unused and impeccable. I suspect that the buyer was not convinced of the effect and has now justified himself in order to blackmail me to a withdrawal by means of a threatened negative evaluation. So allegedly many friends would have smelled of the bottle, who are familiar with Meguiars and the smell would not be right. Did you ever hear of fake Meguiars bottles? Then also of Lupus car care, I think I don’t know what I’m doing now, but I don’t know exactly what I’m doing, I don’t want to take the article back for 7,50, send it to Cologne for the exam, and then get what I’d like to do, all of it would be paletti. I’m not allowed to torpedo my absolutely pure eBay profile.

  • Very many fine scratches

It must have been either a sponge or a washing machine. In any case, the previously flawless varnish of my red BMW E81 from May 11 is suddenly completely covered with tiny scratches. You can only see it with a strong light. You can’t feel it, the varnish looks mirrored and soft when I stroke over with the fingertips. I treated the car with Meguiars Deep Crystal Step 1 and 2 and then Collinite 476s after discovering the scratches. nd from a few meters distance great out, but with a close look and strong light sources the car is completely scratched. Meguiars Step 1 seems to be ineffective. Or did I only polished too gently by hand? Order the media with Meguiars pads and removal with Microfiber Madness summit 800. However, I was already wondering at Step 1 how easy the removal was. Should I have polished more and more strongly with Step 1? In any case, it did not use anything. us, but if I look closely I get angry about the cirka 54307 scratches. Now I have ordered SwirlX. Will this be useful?

  • Question of principle: T2000 or T3000 (or comparable), is the surcharge worth it?

I’d like to talk about a basic, technical discussion on polishing machines without forced delivery. The all-round and rightly popular Kestrel DAS-6 and its derivatives are offered by various providers in different versions, e.g. as Kestrel DAS-6 and DAS-6 Pro or as Liquid Elements Tornado T2000 and T3000. The main difference between the machines is the power consumption and the price – the “small” machines pull about 500 watts, the “large” around 800 watts. Machines without forced delivery have a slip clutch in their drive, which ensures that the polisher stays at high load, while the machine continues to run. The actual drive is done to my knowledge on an excenter weight behind the clutch, which, so to speak, rips the polisher away. If this excenter weight is the same with the “small” and the “large” machine, then I think the 300 watts of the “large” machine in the Nirvana is coming to the point. The “big” machine only brings a benefit to this forum?

  • Rims cleaned – Black deposits do not dissolve

Hello together, have recently a new (used) car. The previous owner gave me the summer tires in dirty condition. I sprayed my aluminium rims today first with the high-pressure cleaner and then cleaned with brush and sponge. Something has deposited between the spokes (brake dust or fresh asphalt, see photo). How can this be removed best? Thank you for your answers

  • Paint care for new cars

Have a 1 week old new car and have already read through a few hours here and already studied the FAQ up and down. Nevertheless, I didn’t really find how to take care of a new LAck (brilliant black) best. I already got a few care products this week: 1. DODO JUICE® Sour Power Glossenhancing Shampoo Wash. 2. DODO JUICE® Lime Prime Lite 3. DODO JUICE® Blue Velvet 4. DODO JUICE® Red Mist – Protection Detailer und natür the corresponding MFT’s the question, however, is whether I should already use DODO JUICE® Lime Prime Lite for a 1 week old lacquer and then grow …. What do the experts say about how to maintain a new varnish!?!?
