Servus together, I’m just having my car E46 Diesel remodeled at a company. A N54 (petrol) from the E90 series is being upgraded. The company had the promise of a Tüv examiner to enter the engine conversion before the conversion. Unfortunately, this examiner is no longer active. Now the company has informed me that it will be very difficult, if not impossible, to get this conversion registered and I am standing there now. The conversion now takes 1.5 years. Technically, everything is decent, brakes, suspension everything Official parts. They have offered me now instead of the N54 to install an M3 E46 engine, which I do not want, however, this conversion would not cause any problems with the registration according to their statements. I can not believe that it is such a problem to enter the conversion, because there are far more complex modifications. According to their statements I need a vehicle unspecific exhaust gas report of the engine. Now I do not know if they just want to push themselves before the more elaborate conversion, or if d he registration is really not possible. Would be really grateful if someone would speak out on this subject. MfG Manu

Misignition after chemical DPF cleaning
Hi, everybody, I did a chemical diesel particulate filter cleaning yesterday with a spray available on the internet. Then I did a 1.5 hour drive, where the car is perfectly open. This morning, however, there were constant misfires in the engine, so that the car even went out on the road. Can someone explain the connection to this and what would you do in this case? Maybe it’s enough if you had the car for r allows several days that the possible existing moisture of the spray can dry? Thank you in advance for the answer!

Connecting/ branching off electric cables correctly
Hello together, how do I connect the best cable to pick up power? You shouldn’t really take power thieves. In addition, the cable has what I want to connect a smaller cross section. Old tire disposal: Where cheap and unproblematic?
Moin together, I recently paid €9.50 per bike for a dispenser who also works for the circle, and I feel that this is too expensive in terms of a simple disposal. That promotes, indeed, rather that the things land in the forest (which also happened in the circle four weeks before). Expanding and reprogramming diesel engine for machine
Does anyone have any experience with: I would like to extend a diesel engine with ecu from a car (not yet defined) to use the motor with ecu for an own construction in order to drive the hydraulic pumps. does anyone have experience with it? can I reprogram the ecu myself? to release sensors/actors which then no longer exist (brake/gear etc.) to operate the motor with exhaust train only on their own? would be happy to receive any info.

EFB battery with 12.9 volts resting voltage!?
Servus together, I changed my battery a few days ago in my Focus MK3.5 because the old weakened. Due to the dimensions only one EFB battery fits in with me (is also required wg. start-stop and the charging management / recuperation ). Now my knowledge the EFB batteries in full charging condition actually have a maximum 12.7 volts. I have my Exide EL752 with my Ctek charger fully charged and have after about 12 hours still 13.0 volts rest voltage and even after 12,9 volts of resting voltage over 24 hours. How can you classify that? Especially “good” battery or what doesn’t fit?

OPF regeneration
Hello, I own a Hyundai i20 petrol tank, BJ 2019. This week he was in the workshop for the inspection. There the indicator lamp for the OPF was also approached. The workshop then carried out a regeneration of the filter. After that the indicator lamp was still on, after a short motorway ride the lamp went out fortunately. I drive a relatively short distance but try to avoid it even if possible by bicycle. But this is the first time that this indicator light has been on. I have owned the car for 6 months.
