Would you say this is a ranger who doesn’t have 200k on the clock yet and say we don’t have to be reliable for 7 years when it comes to regular checkbook? How is the 3.2 compared to the 2.2Diesel? I’ve already read and heard about weaknesses such as rusts, oil shortages etc. My friends wil have as everyday and camper/land tours. For this he should get a camper set up. The desired car is also prepared in the direction. Is a transmission oil change planned for Ford in the service after checkbook?

Hey people have a 16er Ranger 3.2 R5 Diesel and have the following problem with my climate control: Was my tires changed today and since then the ventilation flaps of the climate no longer open, there is no air in the interior. I had the problem once months ago and had it solved then by first turning on the circulating air and then pressing the button for the climate which controls the middle flaps, then the flaps opened quite loudly and since then the function worked perfectly. Unfortunately this does not work today. I have already read out the error memory but there was nothing relevant stored except a tire sensor. Backups could be checked tomorrow in the Hellen but otherwise I am also really helpless. Quite a lot of parts of the climate plus interior filters came again in January this year after the climate compressor had gone up ??. MfG and nice weekend

We only have our ranger (new model 23) a few weeks and again a problem: from 20 km/h to 30 km/h occur in the first and second gear during the ride, independently of the speed, probably in the front area. It is quite clear to hear, however, when you are between 20-30 km/h “off the gas”. It is very difficult to describe. Not laugh, but it sounds as if you are driving in a storm and the wind is blowing into the wheel box or underfloor protection. But it is a mechanical noise. The polter occurs only when the gears are inserted during the ride. As soon as you step in the clutch, it is gone. Strangely, it is only in the first and second gear in the speed range 20-30 km/h. The vehicle is nail new, already came out of the factory with a bent anchor plate (closed during the ride), totally unequal gap measurements and various qualitat faults. Hello Tach! The article is not a question – rather an experience report. I sunk my ranger last week into a 70cm deep clay pit. Since I still have no winds I had to drive out. This took an hour thanks to the distance discs only the mirror was scratched by the 45° angle. Distance discs are therefore not only for the optics! The subsequent cleaning took longer however After the mess I had no vibrations, although the carre carried 50 liters of clay and stones (partially fist gross) with it. After three hours of steam jet insert lying on the stream and a very angry washing system owner I drove home first. At speed 85 I got vibrations that could only come from the Kardan. I then only scratched about 10 grams of clay from the cardan shaft and this is the reason on the big disk in front of the rear axle. Immediately the vibrations had disappeared. The following problem: On my Ranger Everest, the speed pointer spins, it stays at about 1000 rpm with a slight up and down. 1000 rpm therefore, because the idle could not really be adjusted. As soon as you give gas, it drops off to zero, and then to go back to about 1000 rpm. I can exclude the combination instrument, because a construction equal was used for testing, with the same result. I think, first of all, the sensor, perhaps someone knows where this seat? According to my documentation, there is a sensor on the switching gear that is specified as a sensor tachometer. However, I do not know if this could be related to the speedometer. Moin, my father’s Maverick has recently made rattling noises when starting up and at low speed. The Ford workshop in which the car was always maintained probably noticed loose ceramics in the exhaust system, more precisely I don’t know. I drive a Ford Ranger Wildtrack with the 213hp machine and have actually always had smaller problems with the battery. 1. In 5 years the start stop has worked exactly 2x, otherwise not 2. The heating works in the winter only the first 20 minutes. After that it gets cold in the vehicle.
