  • Honda CBR 600 F as a beginner?

Hello, I’ll be 18 soon and soon I’ll have the driver’s license ready. I wanted to buy a real motorcycle right away and I discovered the chic CBR600. The question is: if it makes sense to throttle a 105 HP motorcycle on 34 HP and if it makes sense to take a quite expensive CBR as a beginner motorcycle. I hope someone can help me further. Thanks, ..::[Slater]:..

  • electric CBR600 PC25

Have the following problem: The babe has killed me within 2 weeks two batteries. Now it is so that it starts from time to time but after some time (up to 5 minutes) the backup of the start circle is shredded. As a result it is no longer possible to start (it is also logical). Sometimes ( with new backup ) it catches them directly at the start process. I already made some measurements but can not fetstellen. Oh you Honda Gods please help me !!

  • Purchase advice CBR 600f pc25

Hello dear ones, my first post here and I’m asking you for a big favor. Don’t blame me, but as a newcomer you want to do everything right. The following: I’m right in the middle of doing my driver’s license and I’m looking for a good beginner’s bike, which forgives me any mistakes and where I don’t feel bad when I hit a scratch (God forbid!) Anyway, I’ve come across a Honda CBR 600F PC25 now. However, my question: Is 50tkm too much? Or is it too old? It doesn’t have to be a luxury for me. I just want to have a machine that is “enriched” for the beginning. How about your assessment? I would try to take someone with me who has more idea than I do. But I would still have an estimate of the amount of money I need to pay for the visit. People who are experienced and can give me advice. What do you think? I look forward to your answers, thank you in advance and wish you a pleasant evening.

  • Bridging – Motorcycle goes off completely when ignition

Hello, I seem to be doing something wrong, please tell me something. I want to bridge my motorcycle from the car (both 12V). The battery on the motorcycle is so very empty, which does not even light the neutral light. I proceed as follows: 1) Red cable to PlusPol at the car. 2) Other end of the red cable to the plus pole of the motorcycle. 3) Black cable to the mass (not the minus pole of the battery because of banging gas) from the car. 4) Other end of the black cable to the minus pole at the motorcycle (would have ic h should also use mass because of banging gas on the motorcycle battery? 5) Car turn on, consumers on the car (ventilation, heating, radio, light) turn off, car engine runs 6) Ignition position on the motorcycle, the neutral lamp starts to flicker and finally lights up, also the position lights from the motto wheel unfold their “luminosity” 7) Ignition on the motorcycle press –> *popp* everything from the motto wheel, no neutral lamp, no position lights, no Muchs, car continues to run 8) Ignition position o ff on the motorcycle 9) Checked fuses (as far as I found them on the battery were 4-5 pieces (one could have been a replacement)), nothing seems burned 10) new attempt, ignition position on, the lights go back slowly on 11) see 7, this time with a little spark on the black cable on the car (if that happens that it strikes sparks, is that normal or have I obviously done something wrong?) 12) 8 and 9 Repeated, this time the lights on the motorcycle didn’t go m The next thing I want to do is try to charge the motorcycle battery with a charger and try it again without bridging it. But I don’t understand why this is not possible, should it have nothing to do with the battery, even if it was empty or if I would bridge it directly to the pole connections from the motorcycle without a battery, would the box have to go on or not? What happens here and what happens? Thank you for your reply.

  • Honda CBR 600 RR 2008

Hello! As mentioned in the title, I bought a Honda CBR 600 RR model year 2008. Now I wanted to ask if some people can say what you can do to make them sound more core. Which exhaust manufacturers could you recommend? As far as I know, the motorcycle is almost identical to the 2007 model. Maybe someone from this section can help me. Thank you already in advance. MFG

  • Help! CBR 600 does not start

Hello I hope someone can help me. I have a CBR 600 Bj. 97 and she just doesn’t want to start. The E-starter turns. I checked air filters too. She ran excellently so far but when I wanted to drive today she jumped after about 3 km (suspected: no fuel) and then went out. Because suspicion of the lack of fuel I still have (tank is full). I once put a little fuel into the air filter and then she wanted to jump on. Then I checked the lines – OK.. Si e seems, at least, to have an external petrol filter from the factory. Through this I blew through – worked. Furthermore, it seems to have a petrol pump – but I’m not sure. I think it’s the carburetor or this device that looks like a pump for me. Can anyone tell me if this is really a pump or what else, this device is after the filter and before the carburetor. For me, however, it’s actually unlogic that you need a pump? Is it often a valve? And how can I check this device. I couldn’t blow through it. 2 cables go in or out, can I measure it somehow? My problem is that the repair manual I bought doesn’t tell me about the fuel supply. For help I would be very grateful and I want to know what this device is before I break the carburetor. Have I missed possible faults? Many Dan k Moped

  • CBR600F PC31 intake nozzles

Hello to each other, drive since last spring ne CBR 600 PC31 Bj.96, but unfortunately still n year old throttled(34PS). the mopped is only throttled over the suction nozzles. I thought if one could also grind these suction nozzles a little bit or file up to get more power without the original suction nozzles again, because on the throttled yes the designation 25 KW is on it, and with a control I think I only look at this designation (by the police). it hurts the engine or carburetor if you would file or mill the sheet metal in the suction socket, for example, up to half, so that you can drive at least with approx. 50 or 60 hp? or would the machine not start at all or not run cleverly because of any swirls or something? Would it probably not do anyway but would I be interested if it would work.

  • NX 650 Dominator Gearbox Problem…Help!

Hello, I have the following problem on my Domi: In the 3rd gear the gearbox gives a grinding whistling tone of itself as if the chain were grinding… In all other gears the gearbox sounds normal and switches relatively clean… Achja and there is still a problem and I had controlled the oil level in the cold saddle because I didn’t know that you can only control when the engine was running warm… That’s why I assumed that there was clearly too little oil in the system. i… It was too much now. I then drove about 100 km until I noticed that the machine drips at the bottom of the engine housing… Now my question would be: What can be damaged by the too large amount of oil, which seals and Simmerrings may have to be replaced? Does anyone know advice…? Thanks already in advance…

  • CB 400 N engine vibrated with new crankshaft

Hello guys, I heard this here the best screwdrivers give their opinions. But now to my problem: had got me at the beginning of the season nee CB 400 N for my girlfriend, it was called (private purchase) that the engine in warm condition easily Klattert… At home arrived, gasoline and new oil on it, and fired off. For the first time nee round around the village. After a scarce hour the flap was unbearable and she also didn’t pull right. Of course the valve game once looked at… was very different… the But still there! It got stronger with increasing speed! I then removed the cylinder head and found out that the left piston had a game of almost 2mm to the right. After complete disassembly of the engine the truth opened up. The left pleul had separated from its bearing shells (well no oil got) Pleul shimmered in all rainbow colors. Well, I got new crankshaft with pleuln over E-Bay nee (one without running tracks) and from the dealer new bearing chalen and + new pistons. Wanted to put everything back together because my first real problem! How were the counterweights arranged to the crankshaft? From the crankshaft two smaller weights run with a chain opposite the crankshaft. Well after hours of long airwork and strained memory and good hope I screwed the engine together again. The other morning I put the engine under the moppet, connected everything and hoped… Ignition ON, Empty uf inside, starter starts… Nix … Choke pulled ^^ button pressed … engine runs … and runs after about 5 min I give a bit of gas, from 1500 tours it starts to get unpleasant to vibrate and increases to the top. At 8000 the teeth start singing. ^^ One of the little ones fell out of the chain when I moved the engine (due to lack of space on the table)! So how do the weights get so installed that the engine no longer vibrates? On the weights there are two markings TC u nd HC. And on the crankshaft is also a mark! But which comes to where? With greetings Michael P.S. Is it a disease of the engine series that the left cylinder dies over the course of life?
