  • First ride alone !!!! Question about gasoline cock

Hello together! Today it was finally time. After I made my FS 7 months ago, I sat today for the first time again on a motorcycle! The best thing about it is it’s mine, because I bought it fresh After I was already on the way full of anticipation and honestly also a little bammel totally sweated through. Then everything went very fast. Conclusions, short instruction and already it went off in the thickest professional traffic in the city (Berlin), then via country roads to Home, bike, riding feeling and enjoying the landscape What should I say….. IT HAD MEGA SPASS !!!!! Now I have a question, unfortunately there was no “use instructions” to the motorcycle because this the previous owner has buried. Specifically it is about the gasoline tap. For me it is honestly not quite obvious when it stands on “off” “on” or “resrve” ….. Here a photo. Can someone help me Which position is now on / off right ???? Does someone know where you might. still the ha ndbuch get? Online the links are all dead I found. It is by the way a Honda CB1 NC27 with 399ccm. Thank you very much !!!

  • Finds in oil pan.. HELP!

Hello my dears, I got the great old girl (Honda CB 750 K RC01 from ’81) from my father! The last 5 years she was just stupidly standing around in the corner and was not moving an inch.. Horny part! Now I took a week off and wanted to make her fit again & bring her through the TÜV. He says when he put her off she still ran – half as bad I thought.. Now I started today and was badly surprised. With a bit of metal chips in the oil pan I’ve calculated, but THAT exceeds my expectations.. I can still explain the blasted metal pieces, but all the metal pins and the ring? What the hell is this?? A warehouse?? But bulky waste?? Thank you for your help!

  • CBR 125 R Sprocket / Sprocket Combination

Hello, look for another (shorter) translation for JC50. Split 428 series is 15 / 44 Z. Which pinion with 14 z. o. chain wheel with 40 – 42 z. could I take alternatively? (of which model?) MFG

  • Which is the right tire?!

Hello dear ones, once again a beginner needs help. It’s about the tricky question: Which tire should I raise on my CBF 500 ABS (EZ 2007)? Currently I still have the first tire Bridgestone BT 57. These are however from 2006 and already slightly cracked respectively the front tire is soon ridden. Claim: – good general grip – grip in the wet – long life – component tyres (after a highway tour I don’t want to have an angled tire) – stability in the I need my mopped every day to go to university. It also happens that I have to drive long highway routes (up to 800km/day) 1-3 times in the quarter. I also like to try curvy routes, but have no sporty driving style and ride quite well. The slope is slow, even if the rests don’t grind yet. I don’t really care about the weather, I drive in the rain and in the sun. I’d like to know what your experiences with the tyres are or what kind of tyres fit my desired criteria (if possible). Has someone changed from 2 to 3 and can write me his experience/opinion? My rear wheel tyre still looks okay (has about 3mm profile). Can I change the front wheel tyre only or is it advisable at a mark? change both tires?

  • Motorcycle beginner, new CBR500R or born 600RR?

Hello guys, I’m 23 years old and I’ve had my B driver’s license for 5 years. I recently packed my motorcycle driving so I can now drive my A2 driver’s license. I’m currently considering whether to finance a new 500R or rather buy a used 600RR that I can throttle and then possibly drive open later. I like both motorcycles very well, whereby I like the 600RR a bit better, among other things (holds me for stupid :P) because of the So And. Now my question: does a 600RR cut to 48ps pull better than a 500R? Do you think it “rewards” to buy a new 500R in view of the loss of value? Benefits would be two years guarantee and favorable financing conditions, which I would probably not get with a used one. fully comprehensive I would certainly insure them, as a beginner would be the risk of a fall too great for me. Thank you for your answers!

  • Need information about ne honda cbr

Hello everyone I’m new here in the forum and also fresh as regards motorcycles. have learned kfz-technician but unfortunately on truck’s so I got a Honda cbr from a friend that we need the engine for a “project”. he had as replacement in case of his something is to slaughter. The machine had an accident, was only damaged in the front. so front is nothing more about lighting and the fork is also not so articulated. but motor etc is al I don’t want to bring the machine to the front but only the engine! for the first time I need to know which cbr it is? the machine is koomplett naked. no disassembly and not even tank. frame, motor (fork and tire he has built up from another machine) ,tacho, whole wire harness, all electronics and sitting he told me it was a honda CBR600 PC36. however, I doubt it.. on the engine block stands “PC25E-5100371” and on the frame I found a sticker where color etc and still “CBR600FN” so I think it’s ne cbr600 pc25 or ? it’s important to me that I bring the motor to run because I need the for other purposes. I need help to close the carburettor properly. which was dismantled.. I then immediately dismantled it and completely cleaned it. it’s missing unfortunately 3 but the colleague of which she is says he still has this and has to look for it in his garage. so if I can install the carburettor then I unfortunately have to Is there a description in the i-net somewhere? I couldn’t find anything.. I don’t know how the fuel supply works either?! I will professionally use a tank of nem moped.. will the hose be “divided” from the tank to four and one is connected per cylinder side? if there is no description in the net then I could post all the pictures here and maybe explain where what belongs to me? many questions and bits I know.. SORRY would be very grateful for your help!

  • Questions about Honda CBR 600 F Sport

Hello, I have a Honda CBR 600 F sport in front of me. Now I wanted to ask you what you think of this offer:mobile.de Honda cbr 600 f sport The only thing that makes me a little stunned is that there is no checkbook. The inspections were done by the predecessor, he said at least. But there is no evidence. And the current seller started his own checkbook at 30k km. So there is proof only from 1 inspection. But well, the motorcycle was very well maintained. I can’t imagine how bad things were done with them. Or what do you mean? Well, I wanted to know what the motorcycle is like, if someone has experiences. And is the FS variant a “sport tourer” or a “super sportsman”? On the internet I find only the statement that the F models of Honda CBR “sport tourer” are more convenient because they are more comfortable and you can also ride longer distances with it. Is the sports variant more comfortable than other super sportsmen (yamaha r6, suzuki gsxr.)? Then I would be interested if you can throttle the 2002 model on 48hp. Have you seen here: alpha Technik PDF I can only find the 2001 model there, so I assume that I can’t throttle the 2002 model, or what is it like? Otherwise that was the first time. I hope I get some helpful answers edit:// I thought of something else. nn the first thing I should do after the purchase? So it is clear and let the TÜV take off (by the way, someone knows how much this costs to have the 48hp/34hp throttle removed afterwards?), then register and insure. And then? Should I then have a complete check made by the motorcycle? Or is it not necessary?

  • Used shemale or new bike ? here: Used prices

Hello parish, short to me: I am now 39 years old and have the storm and urge times behind me. I am re-entering and my brothers are pushing me already, that I finally go with them on tour again. So… now I need a suitable bike. Best a comfortable travel enduro or touring machine. The limit is so at 3,000 EUR. After 6 months of unsuccessful search I realize that the used prices are somehow outrageous or? Specifically I just have a 2002 Honda XL650V Transalp was found to be sold with new TÜV and ASU. There would be new tyres and 3 suitcases. In addition, all liquids were changed. In 2010 there were new chains and in 2011 the steering head bearing was replaced. KMStand is at 36.000km. Despite all these good characteristics, I have abdominal pain at a price of 3,000 EUR for the visually really great but 11 year old transe with almost 40 TKM. I find this somehow too expensive A new NC700X with ABS costs around 6,000 EU R with the friendly with guarantee. How does that come about? Are the prices only at the moment so high or is there general price stability and I don’t need to worry about the price? How would you decide? Thanks and greeting bullys1974

  • CBF600 SA – Wind noise minimizing – your (>180cm) experience asked

Hi, I’m driving a Honda CBF 600 AS PC38 (’04). The wind noises are very loud at over 100kmh. So far I thought it was on the helmet, since yesterday I tried about 6 helmets at Louis (among others S1 Pro, S2, C3), I know that what I hear about air turbulence/ air explosions is not to be made up for by a good helmet either. Sure I can put in with bobbles, but I don’t like them first, and second it is with the communication to the Sozia (at the moment still yelling at Now I have come to the disc as a source of noise and have looked at a few and to the many offered universal discs also many, mostly positive experiences gelsen. But now unfortunately I have found 2-3 times (so always when one has tested the article with a CBF) posts, where the CBF in points effectiveness makes the exception, meaning it has not become quieter. Therefore I would like to hear now pure of CBF600 S (not naked) drivers the experiences, which effectfo As I have a body size of 1.88m and my seat is at the highest level, experience from drivers of similar stature would of course be more helpful than from small drivers (this should not be a discrimination^^) if you give the following information: – height and sitting position – helmet designation – measure (e.g. which disc has been installed, only attachment or equal to the Ori ginalscheib replaced?) – Experience/change Of course I am also grateful for other useful tips than the disc.

  • CBR 500 R

Hello, since it should not take long until the start of the season (although the current weather scares me a bit), my search for a new mobile kit is intensifying. I have had the A appearance since last year and would like to buy a machine with approximately 48 HP (I don’t like thrushes). Finally, I have now put an eye on the new CBR 500 R. Now I would be interested in certain experiences. Actually, I am not a fan of Neuf This is why I am interested in two things: 1. What about Honda in general compared to other motorcycle brands in terms of value stability? BMW, for example, shows itself quite robust there, but at Yamaha I have already had other experiences. 2. Has anyone already had experience with the driver’s licence subsidy? Is this really an argument for a purchase, i.e. mm me the saved 600 euros at resale really too good or is a lot of the vehicles sold for this reduced price, so that the effect buffs away? Thanks already for possible answers.
