Moin, a question not only for Honda: Why are there so few drives with timing belts with the “normal” mopeds ? What advantages/disadvantages do the chains or timing belts have ? Running costs CBR 600 RR Hi together, I planned next year the purchase of a CBR 600 RR (Bj.03). Starting from that, one makes 6-7tsd. kilometers a year and avoids race tracks. In what dimensions do the maintenance costs per year move? That means insurance, taxes, repairs and inspections. I once heard the athletes are partly strongly above “normal” tourers. Greeting Ivan

Drosseln = engine damage ???
Hi @ all. I’m “unfortunately” new enthusiast and I want to get a machine. I have a big problem however. namely: 1.What does it do to the engine if it is throttled ?? 2.Can it be that the engine then has a defective or a damage or anything else after throttling?? 3.How much ccm and PS would you recommend me to look for a machine that can also be throttled well ?? Exhaust turbocharger for the bike
Hello dear biker friends, I know you probably think I’m crazy or something. But I suddenly had a vision this morning. I imagined that my 600 cbr needs an exhaust turbocharger. Of course I’m fascinated by this idea, look into the internet. Then the shock! The turbo conversions are mostly only available for the larger engines.So so 900 and so. Then the second shock! this turbocharger kit costs about 500€. It’s worth another 3000@. What I wanted to know about you, if you want to help a crazy one like me at all. Are there such turbochargers converted for the 600 class? Are there used turbochargers for a more acceptable price? which parts are available for the engine? what does it look like with TÜV? …etc. and I don’t think so. I’m also interested in it, as I can count more to my knowledge. I thank you for every beric ht….if not then I have to live with it I imagined myself a total of 150ps before I drive a cbr 600f pc 25. has 37000km so thank you for your contributions

cb250g lean engine
Hello people I have the following problem The engine of my cb 250 g runs too thin, the candle picture is snow-white, anything but deer brown. I don’t think that’s enough power, I’ll get off after running on 110. Then rather break off, afraid to saw the engine. I checked the float status, the petrol is almost at the upper edge of the float chamber. The nozzle is original according to the manual. Carburettor is set in very good, clean condition ignition, contacts new. It is a Mititaire machine from France Bj.76 it has run credible 8200 KM. Thanks for your tips Greetings – purer

Motorcycle purchase Cbf 600 or Suzuki Bandit 650
Hello, I will start my training for the A driver’s license next week. Of course, a motorcycle should come right after that. Although I can only register my 18th birthday in the summer, I’ve been inquiring about different dealers in the area lately. Of course, one can now say that there is still time with the purchase, but the dealers who visited me said that from the beginning of April the motorcycle prices of new models would rise by 6-10%. My two favourites are the Cbf 600S and the Suzuki Bandit 650 S. Both from the year 2008 were offered to me by the dealers for 6400€ (including Honda: 1000€ driving licence subsidy; with Suzuki strong cash payment discount). And now I am unreliable, for which I should choose. The Cbf should have better handling and a little better brakes. The Bandit is supposed to convince by a stronger engine less Turbulence behind the windshield. Even though I’m here in the Honda Forum, there are maybe some of the one or even both of these models have driven and could tell me about it. I would be very grateful about that.

Hi, I drive a CB 500 S and have to change my front tire before this year. Since I have a relatively new Arrowmax D 103 on it at the rear, the following question arises. Can I, since both Dunlop Arrowmax are in front also the GT 501 up? As far as I have read the 501 is better than the 103 therefore the question. Greeting Lucky

Honda Dominator NX 650, spark plug key
Hello municipality I’ve had an NX 650 Dominator for a year. EZ 09/2002 with 2600km, goiles device problem, the part does not start any more, first the battery weakened, some start attempts but was too weak, then I charged the battery 1 week, now it spins again properly, but still does not jump on (has stood for several months outdoors). Except once a twitch, was not to get out. When starting it smells like unburnt fuel. I wanted to unscrew the spark plug, but with me in the tool there is no spark plug key and with the nut from the ratchet box I can’t reach it, because the candle is too deep sunk and the nut is too thick Now the question, what fits there for a candle plug on it ??
