Hello guys, I’m just thinking about whether I should get the new Focus ST for spring 2006 or if I should wait for a stronger Civic variant. I like the Civic from the optical point of view better than the Focus, I think the long-term quality at Honda should be better than at Ford. Now I have heard from an acquaintance that should come from the beginning of 2007 about 200hp strong Civic. Does anyone know something more about it? Your driving style
It’s kind of right now… so your driving style and what you’re fueling and what kind of oil you have and when you’re changing it. I’ll fill up depending on the mood and mood, 95,98, 100… last time 98, because there’s no shell or aral nearby On average, I’ll always get to the 600km and more. Drive mostly country road and up to work I have 3 traffic lights. 25km drive it’s total. Oil at the moment Castrol 5w40. in a few km I wanted to try AMSoil, but there are problems because of customs regulations lol. So maybe Motul. I’ll turn on mes only 4 courses. In the cold condition 1-3, 4-5 or 6, depending on. In the warm condition 1-2, 4-5 or 6 depending on. Very rarely I pass all 6 courses. 40km in 4th, 50km in 5th, 60km in 6th. On the tank 3-4 times VTEC comes through 2-3 courses.

Incredible potential of the CTR
Well people, because anyway not sooo much runs in the forum: I picked up my CTR from the 60,000 service this afternoon with which I had the 2500 ferodos installed by the way… well, anyway, my way home lasts about 45min and I was in Eile because the weather report had announced hail for the evening. When I was quite fast into the highway ascent bog braked me out a ferrari heartily, I of course only saw red (the ferrari was red) and thought, let yourself fall back and then overtake it on the autobahn with proper running! Said, done! I was off the gas and in the 2nd… I then fully pedaled to the metal, the ferrari became ever faster… I 3rd walk…., 4th walk… could just take the hand out of the middle console there I was already past… uff managed! Have today the first time a ferrari overtaked, and that with a CTR photo still nice evening!

JRSC inside
Hi guys. Here again a small part of the JRSC installation. Wednesday afternoon we had a good time. My buddy (kfz’ler) and I got started. The installation went without big problems. Here also a nice greeting to Morn and many thanks for the Hondata IMG. Hat great fit. All in all we needed about 5-6 std. Also the strap, which I had worried, fit wonderfully. 7PK1220 remaining for 4” strap disc without climate (thx menfou). We then wanted to turn on the same day also another round, but the CAI did not fit so properly, because he stands with compi a little further out. The next morning then came the completion. Front off, CAI turned on, map on it and off. I skipped here once again our “input phase” i.e. one time time from the compi, datalogging, strapping up etc. The first impression was rel. sobering. Until 3000 has not changed so much. And then one time seems easy.

HJS Kat CTR EP3 again
I wanted to get the whole topic up again. Maybe the one or the other of me also gets in touch, I don’t want to list them all here. The thing has now also slipped into a somewhat more professional track. We had initially adapted every cat to my cart. Now we have built a template, to which both ends are screwed on and then only in the middle are fried together. The cats are then even more fitting. Price has also not changed. Heating
Moin, after finally the steering no longer knärzt (geil!), I probably have a new problem with my R. This morning I wanted to turn on the heater, turn the controller completely to the right, and the thing just jumps back again (so on 3 o’clock position). “Well, that’s already 80%”, I thought and never thought about it again, but out of the ventilation came (100km long) only cold air! CTR11510 had mentioned that this probably happened more often, but I didn’t realize how to get it back. Can someone just help me? Ciao Ralle

Price for a used CTR
Hello everyone, I’m just looking for a CTR and have now two offers where I just wanted to ask if they are good. 1.:EZ 05/04 15tkm New model, climate, fog., Seats from CTR 30th 2 summer driven €16.500,- 2.: EZ 01/05 12zkm Old model (!!) no climate € 15.500,- I already had a CTR two years ago and now I absolutely want to have another one, only I have to find out that the market is as empty as it was then. Again, with some dealers who for 3 years almost demand your new price because at some point a dip comes that thinks, “the Golf R32, Leon Cupra etc. is also expensive, so I have to put so much on the table for a CTR too”. Therefore, only private purchase comes into question for me. Would be grateful for a few opinions on the prices, I think they are fine. Greetings, Michael Cupra

Type R Tuning
Greetings, in the Type-R-Us country One question : I have the new Civic FK3 as a diesel with a chip on 175 hp. So runs like dirt. Since I have seen the pictures of the new Type R however, I became very curious, because not only the performance but also the optics and the handling are much more ingenious. But now I have 200 suction cup hp somehow too lean from the torque. I want to keep the engine simply net always at speed, in order to get some progress. My consideration therefore : Are there nameful tuners that provide the Type R with turbo or compressor? And : Are there experiences? The engine is the same as with the old Type R, therefore the corresponding tuning kit with a few changes would have to fit well. MfG, Avantgardist P.S.: Ahja, where we are already dreaming… how about all wheel? 😉
