  • Questions about the CTR

    Hi @ all… I’m new here and would be happy if you could help me with the purchase decision of my next car. This should happen soon and I’m about to decide for a Civic Type R 30th. But I heard that the one should be quite expensive in the insurance. To be honest, I waved quite a lot between three cars: the said Honda, an Audi TT with 225 hp and a Leon Cupra R as well with 225 hp. What gives me a Civic Type R more than the others besides the Infernal V-Tec sound and the unique look. I’m really at the end with my nerves because I tend to the one and the other times. What does it look like with the processing quality of the CTR? Because the Leon and the TT put the measuring bar quite high. Must say that I had the TT from the buddy more often for a week or so and that of it chipped on 280 hp and makes me hell of fun!!!

  • FN2 vs Audi A4 B8 2.0T Quattro

    Hello guys! so my buddy and I have a theme that really burns us under the nails: I drive a Type-R FN2 with 8.5×19″ and my buddy drives the new Audi A4 B8 2.0T Quattro with 211PS with 20(!) inch wheels… So…. We both drive next to each other at the traffic lights… Start… I’m minimally ahead until 100, then I can do what I want it slowly but surely pulls past me! Although it’s much heavier… now we can’t both explain why this is so So don’t get me wrong, I don’t have a problem with it, only the power weight of the two vehicles speaks clearly for the FN2… I say: Since it has 350Nm torque his vehicle has less “problems” with the heavy rims than the FN2 which has just 200Nm… Corrects me if I’m wrong! And please don’t learn to switch or similar answers because it’s just a few times and it’s always the same! Ok the type-Roo did not really push me!

  • Additional instruments

    Now I have to make a few additional instruments in the A column and there are only the Schei.. Universal parts and nothing special for the EP3. So where to with the things?! Should I take such a uni holder and make myself a little bit or plant the instruments elsewhere?! But where? In my DIN shaft I have no place anymore and on the Amaturen board is already a tachometer… For tips I would be really grateful!

  • Exhaust hits Stabi

    Moin, I have a big problem and need expert help. Have an exhaust from Mongoose on my EP3. He has a 70’s pipe from Kat. In left curves this pipe pushes between the middle and end pot to the stabilizer at the back right. Has this problem also occurred with other CTR drivers and could be fixed? Would not like to insert the pipe and without Stabi I also don’t want to drive. My workshop could not help either, they just loosened the end pot and pulled it backwards. As a result, the pipe did not come against the Stabi, but the MSD came against the holder of the Stabi. As a result, more annoying noises have occurred. After I have removed the pile from the workshop, it is again only the stop of the pipe in left curves to hear. Need useful suggestions to stop this annoying noise.
