Hi, I’ve been driving Kia for over 10 years and now I’m about to buy a new car. Actually, there’s a Ceed planned. Actually, I’ve been stuck with Hyundai with my alternatives, where the i30N jumped into my eye. A totally unreasonable car, but this box would irritate me so much… So it’s clear to me that I’m not going to achieve the consumption of my current Rio CRDI, that probably every inspection will cost a little more, al the ‘normal’ i30 (or similar Ceed) and that in particular certain spare parts (e.g. braking system, shock absorbers) will certainly be more expensive. But a bit far it is also worth the driving pleasure of course. But is this all reasonably proportionate? Yes I know it will be more expensive, but I don’t want the car to nibble my hair off my head. If the inspection costs 600 or 800€ instead of 300€, a set of brake discs instead of 500€ maybe 1,500€ and I instead of 6l Diesel as before uses 20l super gasoline, then I would have to consider whether it is worth it to me. As I said, I am aware that it will be more expensive, because in return it is also the adrenaline pusher in the square. But how satisfied are you with the costs and even more important: how satisfied are you with the car itself? Hello together, my new I30 Fastback (Premium, 1.4 GDI ,Handschaltung) has now about 650km down. So far I am very happy with the car. I had not even made a test drive at the dealer because I liked it so much. But now with the time I have some problems with the reverse gear. That is a bit “hacky” compared to our mocha. I have to couple the reverse gear several times in the stand, because it does not really fit in the first time. I have tried different positions with the coupling pedal. Although I step up to the stop, the gear is not easy and soft to insert. The other gears are nice soft and exact. Must (or will hopefully) still enter? This was not the case with the mocha (new car).

Hello, I am looking for a new car in the category Hyundai i30 and am particularly interested in the facelift model from the year 2021, specifically the 1.5 T-GDi with 160 hp. I also think about the variant with automatic transmission. Unfortunately, I have only been able to find a few information in the relevant forums about the reliability of Hyundai vehicles and especially about this engine and transmission. Moin, According to the manual from the car I can use the 0w30 and 5w30 engine oil, after agreement with a “specialist workshop ” I was told it no matter which I finally tipped in there, as long as it is nothing else as in the manual (of course with the correct ACEA number etc). In the car parts trade the gentleman did not want to sell me 5w30 oil, because he has no release, say according to him my car is not allowed to drive this oil. But when buying this car was already 5w30, I use e s also since I am my own vehicle waiting and not a friend of 0w30. Vlt has someone trzd a clue why the Lord has no clearance for the 5w30? Hello together, since my current summer tyres (Pirelli P ZERO – 235/35 R19) are soon at the wear limit, I consider having Pirelli P ZERO CORSA (PZC4) raised. I promise to gain the overall driving dynamics. The bolide is moved exclusively (sometimes relatively fast if the current situation allows) on public roads – so no race track. Who is/was in the same situation (please with the same vehicle – no VW Golf GTI e tc.) and has been able to gain corresponding experiences, which he would like to pass on here. Hello together, I drive a Huyndai i30 1.4 CRDi built in 2012 from august with 90ps running power about 161tkm. Before I tried to find the solution about existing posts and other forums unfortunately without success. Therefore I opened a post. I have problems with cold start. I have to catch the car very long organs until it is on about 10-15 seconds. Once the is on and something has run it starts the rest of the day without any problems. After 3-4hd standing time at 5 degrees outside temperature di e problems again and it squirts whitishly like the sow. What was done error memory read out -no errors engine cleaner of LM inturned all glow plugs replaced. Inspection new diesel fuel filter new All fuses tested. Battery tested Has anyone an idea or even the problem and could eliminate it? Many greetings
